I had gotten my gel color changed a couple weeks ago by a younger male tech; everything went well. I go back today with my daughter and the older male tech botched her nails - they were so bad she had to get a full new set. He didn't clean up any of the glue or trim her cuticles. When he was done he quickly got up and moved to the next client. Today I had the older female tech. She kept burning me with the drill. I told her my nails are thin but she insisted she was being gentle. I also got my nails redone the same day. They added builder gel and used the color I actually asked for. Lesson learned, will never go here again. read more

Honestly I hate that I'm even having to write this review but I really took a whim and tried to come to a new place I first called them to see if they had time for 3 pedicures and they gladly said yes so I came in with my sisters and we all got in the chairs fast , everyone is really nice here they gave us free water and everyone here is very professional , I honestly am really disappointed in what I got for what I paid for , I came in and got acrylic on toes with French tip and a pedicure , And never mentioned a price just began working , When she started to apply the acrylic first she didn't clean anything she used before we started didn't clean my feet before she started and also my toe was literally burning when she applied the acrylic honestly this was probably the worst pedicure I've ever received she didn't scrub my feet at all I will be honest the nails itself look so good but I was so shocked to see the price , honestly I didn't even say anything because I didn't want to be rude and fight over the cost of things since they already did the service for me I paid 85 total , my sister got French tip acrylic on her two big toes and a medium tier pedicure , they also didn't scrub her feet or even massage even though her pedicure came with a 10 minute massage her total was 77 plus tip was 87 .... My last sister got a basic pedicure which is 32 plus jelly (5) make it's 37 ... and then we get to the front and they charged her 42 at the door and then she tipped 10 dollars not realizing they had added money to whatever they did for her honestly really disappointed and won't be coming back everyone is so nice and the salon itself is a good vibe but I just can't get over what just happened I just wanted to leave as soon as possible honestly I felt so annoyed and upset read more

I went in just for a paint and it didn't look good at all. I wasn't going to complain as I just needed to look decent for the day. I requested a polish with regular color, and the lady questioned me for about a minute on why I didn't want shellac. I usually get acrylic, but I don't live in Cali so I want to get my nails done at home. The vibe was okay. They made me pay before my service, which was very weird. I didn't like that at all. I don't know if they thought I was gonna steal or if they thought I would ruin my nails. Idk idk. Not the best, but not the absolute worst. read more

I called to make a same-day appointment for a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived, it was clear that making an appointment wasn't necessary, as it was not busy at all. There were only three other people getting their nails done. My pedicurist was amazing! She took her time and made sure I liked my nails. I didn't care for the manicure I received, as she didn't paint the entire nail? She left a small space at the top of my nail bed. I should've said something, but I rarely get my nails done and feel too awkward. They were playing a Jennifer Aniston movie on their TV screens, which gave me something to look at. I just got my nails done here yesterday and I don't think that they look good I had an inspo pic and everything but I feel that for the price I paid they should have came out better I have one nail that is blotchy like she didn't put top coat properly and the design doesn't even look like my picture. I loved coming here and have been coming since I was 18 but if a nail person can't do the design they should just say that rather than let me leave like this. I'm not one to make a scene or anything but for $110 for a full set and pedicure and to not even get what I asked for I think it's not fair. I wouldn't have minded to wait for a different tech but the lady didn't even offer that she wiped off the design like a million times and I even kept unlocking my phone for her to see the pic. Lady was super fast, way too fast. She rushed, didn't even cut my cuticles. I got a manicure and didn't get that. I asked for hard gel, she did an extra coat of gel, not what I was asking for. She charged me extra for a service she didn't give me. My gel manicure peeled off in less than a week. I will never return! read more

I never write reviews but I had such a terrible experience. I went to ATnails yesterday for a gel pedicure. I asked to keep my length and shape them more squared. The nail tech used a cuticle cutter to cut my nails and cut them unevenly. She kept clipping until they were short and not very square After one coat of gel polish, I let her know the polish looked as if it were separating. She kept assuring me it was just the first coat and to wait and see until she was done. After about 3 coats, she looked at me and said "they're ugly, this polish is old". Instead of soaking off the gel polish and scrapping it, she got the nail drill and tried to quickly remove the gel at a high speed then used a nail file to try and remove the rest of the gel polish. In the process she cut me multiple times and filed down my natural nail. I don't like to complain but when she sprayed alcohol on my toes, they began to burn and burned even worse when she put my feet in the lukewarm water. At this point she told me to go home and come back in a few days for just the color since she filed the nail too much . I respectfully let her know my toes were left in pain and I had no intention on returning. She told me I would pay for the full pedicure price since she shaped my nails and removed the gel (that she told me was old and ugly). At that point I was so frustrated , I paid and left with unpainted and cut up toes. This morning I noticed multiple scabs where she cut me around my cuticles with the drill and my nails are thin and tender. I don't feel comfortable going to another salon until they heal which sucks because it's summer and I want to wear sandals. They are quick with the nails but little messy. I asked them to fix the clumps and the edges multiple times and they got frustrated. This is about the third time coming here and there are clumps EVERY SINGLE TIME, even after I ask them to fix it. Also my nails are uneven with different lengths. When I told them how there is no polish on the side of my nail they tried filing it instead of putting more polish. The nail tech dropped the brush on my nail and was not going to fix the polish until I mentioned it. read more

I walked in on Sunday and got a gel x set. On Tuesday night I noticed that two of my nails had lifted. This gel x set was good for 3 days. The last time I got a manicure here the gel polish cracked. I'm a girl that normally breaks a nail at least once during a set but this time in the last 2 weeks I broke 2. Not a big problem for me to come back and fix a nail. What is a problem is the first time I came in, the fix for my broken nail was $3. The 2nd time I came in it was $5. It's disappointing to think that in the same week I'm charged 2 different prices.
