I called to make a same-day appointment for a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived, it was clear that making an appointment wasn't necessary, as it was not busy at all. There were only three other people getting their nails done. My pedicurist was amazing! She took her time and made sure I liked my nails. I didn't care for the manicure I received, as she didn't paint the entire nail? She left a small space at the top of my nail bed. I should've said something, but I rarely get my nails done and feel too awkward. They were playing a Jennifer Aniston movie on their TV screens, which gave me something to look at. The service was $70 and I tipped them 20%.
Horrible experience on my nieces nails ! I told them about 5 times how I wanted my nieces nails done and for the 4th time had to re do it ! This is unbelievable! I've been coming to this place and my family has as well since it's down the street from my mom's and so far it a no for me and my family! Her nails are poorly done & in pain due to the nail cutting and filing. John sorry but I am going to leave a poor review ! I know if you were here this would not have happened !

I just got my nails done here yesterday and I don't think that they look good I had an inspo pic and everything but I feel that for the price I paid they should have came out better I have one nail that is blotchy like she didn't put top coat properly and the design doesn't even look like my picture. I loved coming here and have been coming since I was 18 but if a nail person can't do the design they should just say that rather than let me leave like this. I'm not one to make a scene or anything but for $110 for a full set and pedicure and to not even get what I asked for I think it's not fair. I wouldn't have minded to wait for a different tech but the lady didn't even offer that she wiped off the design like a million times and I even kept unlocking my phone for her to see the pic. I could have even chosen a different design! The shape of my nails is square but they are too wide. I even came home and had to file them more. They had new ladies working but still..
I never write reviews but I had such a terrible experience. I went to ATnails yesterday for a gel pedicure. I asked to keep my length and shape them more squared. The nail tech used a cuticle cutter to cut my nails and cut them unevenly. She kept clipping until they were short and not very square After one coat of gel polish, I let her know the polish looked as if it were separating. She kept assuring me it was just the first coat and to wait and see until she was done. After about 3 coats, she looked at me and said "they're ugly, this polish is old". Instead of soaking off the gel polish and scrapping it, she got the nail drill and tried to quickly remove the gel at a high speed then used a nail file to try and remove the rest of the gel polish. In the process she cut me multiple times and filed down my natural nail. I don't like to complain but when she sprayed alcohol on my toes, they began to burn and burned even worse when she put my feet in the lukewarm water. At this point she told me to go home and come back in a few days for just the color since she filed the nail too much . I respectfully let her know my toes were left in pain and I had no intention on returning. She told me I would pay for the full pedicure price since she shaped my nails and removed the gel (that she told me was old and ugly). At that point I was so frustrated , I paid and left with unpainted and cut up toes. This morning I noticed multiple scabs where she cut me around my cuticles with the drill and my nails are thin and tender. I don't feel comfortable going to another salon until they heal which sucks because it's summer and I want to wear sandals. This is what the polish looked like and how my toes were left in the end without polish.

I had gotten my gel color changed a couple weeks ago by a younger male tech; everything went well. I go back today with my daughter and the older male tech botched her nails - they were so bad she had to get a full new set. He didn't clean up any of the glue or trim her cuticles. When he was done he quickly got up and moved to the next client. Today I had the older female tech. She kept burning me with the drill. I told her my nails are thin but she insisted she was being gentle. I also got my nails redone the same day. They added builder gel and used the color I actually asked for. Lesson learned, will never go here again. read more

My mom goes there all the time and is always very happy so i decided to get my nails done for my graduation and birthday trip and they did soo good! I will be going there every time now :) read more

They are quick with the nails but little messy. I asked them to fix the clumps and the edges multiple times and they got frustrated. This is about the third time coming here and there are clumps EVERY SINGLE TIME, even after I ask them to fix it. Also my nails are uneven with different lengths. When I told them how there is no polish on the side of my nail they tried filing it instead of putting more polish. The nail tech dropped the brush on my nail and was not going to fix the polish until I mentioned it. read more

I recommend going to this place. Everyone is so sweet. They have affordable prices which I love about this place. They also attend you right away. Nails always coming out amazing. The only thing I wish they did with their nails is make them a little sharper but overall it's a good place to get your nails and toes done! read more

Have been here 3 times, the first time was good but went downhill fast. Got black tip gel on my natural nails, first time no acrylic, looked good. Went again for nude gel w chrome stars, Nina said it was too hard so I needed to choose a color instead? Came back for black tips but with glitter now, the male painting them got mad that I told him I didn't like how they were turning out, had to redo them maybe 3x's. I asked for a mini stars & tried to show him a reference pic, he ignored me, didn't ask to see the picture & gave me a cross in the middle of the nail? Asked for the name of the person who did my nails the first time and asked if she'd be there the day after to fix them cause they looked terrible. He went off with his coworkers talking about me the whole time I was there in their language, so unprofessional. This is the result AFTER Nina "fixed" them. Nails are round? Uneven, lifting & it hasn't even been 24 hours. I wish pictures did Justice. read more

That was the quickest and best pedicure I've ever had! We came in with 5 girls before a wedding and we were in and out in one hour! The staff was so sweet and worked quickly to get us ready for our wedding. read more

I'm a girl that normally breaks a nail at least once during a set but this time in the last 2 weeks I broke 2. Not a big problem for me to come back and fix a nail. What is a problem is the first time I came in, the fix for my broken nail was $3. The 2nd time I came in it was $5. It's disappointing to think that in the same week I'm charged 2 different prices. I definitely will be reconsidering coming back for my fill. read more

First time here, after waiting for about 15 minutes, this man walks up to me and asks what I wanted...I tell him and he walks away. I'm just sitting there confused, should I walk with him? Should I stay seated and wait? He gestures for me to follow. These are the results. read more

nails were done by Billy. I am so excited to rock theses nails!! Billy did exactly what I wanted! He took his time and didn't rush me through to move on to the next client. Held conversations and made me and my mother in law laugh the entire time. Also gave me some wonderfull advice. I will be coming back just for Billy THANK YOU read more

I am SO blown away and thankful for this place. My family has been coming here for 20 years and I finally came in and gave it a try. Billy did my nails and Jennifer did my toes and I was in and out in one hour! Fabulous job! I am a customer for life! read more
