The clinician called me to ask if I could come in early and I said yes hoping to be feeling better but as I began to work on some things at home I felt worse and worse. (I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

Great costumer service and place is sanitary. I really enjoyed myself and felt relaxed. The girl who helped me (can't remember her name) really took care of me, AND it was really cheap for what I was expecting getting callas remover and all... This took place on 2/27 a Saturday late afternoon... BUT ! On 3/1 I saw my gel chipping off of my nails, and before you knew it, one fell off.. Leaving me with one plain fingernail, it just didn't look good. I soon realize the gel on my other nails looks as if it will pop off any day now. This is coming from a girl who gets hell ALL THE TIME, every two weeks, and have never had issues before, PLUS uses her hands a lot so they have to look good... BUT decided to go to this spot because a friend recommended me and they have way better of a selection of colors than my original spot.. Kind of bummed out :/ read more

The glue ended up flooding onto my skin and making my nails bumpy. I was very disappointed seeing the end result and to top it off, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she said she was tired and I should understand, I should have said when I didn't like something. 3 hours sitting down for a set of nails that I consistently communicated about with her and being told I did the opposite is unacceptable. She charged me $85 after insulting me, insinuating I wanted a free set all along. I have had all positive experiences at this location but after this encounter, I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Then an older woman walked in, sat down, and suddenly the staff told me, "She has an appointment, so we're going to take her first for her mani and pedi." I reminded them that I also had an appointment and had already been waiting 20 minutes. Their response was that she specifically requested them, and I would be seen "when the other technicians are done", even though those technicians were clearly busy and nowhere near finishing. My appointment was overlooked without any communication, and as a long‑time client, I was extremely disappointed. The only person who acknowledged me was the woman cleaning the nail stations, she was kind, brought me colors, and checked in. No one else did. Shame on you guys. I won't be returning, and it's clear why your reviews have been declining.
