I also got my eyebrows, lip, and sideburns waxed. All prices are very affordable and the customer service here is impeccable! The main guy is also very helpful and kind you can tell he cares about the women who work there as he is always helping out. Nice music and videos on, everything is very clean. My husband has been to one other nail shop with me but he insisted we make this our go to spot. For all services (2 mani pedi's (one design + gel) and waxing we spent around 160$ and did cash tip! Hannah is the long-time manager who is an absolute pro and who does my gel nails quickly and flawlessly. Linda is another veteran who also has amazing nail skills like Hannah. All the ladies do good work and take great care of the customers! Their business here is very steady due to low prices and quick, quality work, so they will not try to upsell you or overcharge you. 3-4 star nail shop, it could be 5 and it should be but just not quite that. Like I really liked how Lisa did my nails, but they are so thin that my thumb nail broke over the weekend wth! I got them done on Thursday, broke Saturday. I was so sad! I came back Monday to fix my nail, and the wait to fix my nail! One nail! Was 20 mins. This is the part that they suck at, the wait is just too long! Like when I first came here, to get my set, I waited 30 mins. Now they were making me wait, 20 mins for one nail, hell no. The Ritz nail has been my nail shop for the past 3 years or so. This place is amazing. The ladies and gentlemen do an amazing job. Prices are great and staff is friendly and quick. Since they are one of the best in the area they are slammed on the weekends. Expect a wait even if you call in advance. The staff will get to as soon as they can. Hannah is great with her clients. She offers water and is very respectful with everyones time. At times you must just be patient because this shop is busy, but you will leave happy and your nails will look amazing. All the staff do the best job possible, at times they don't even eat lunch. Overall, Ritz nails is priced great, staff is nice and caring and your nails will look awesome. Tina is my favorite pedi girl. Update- most recently you have to wait more then 2 hours to get any service. This is ridiculous. Make an apt if you want faster service. Even then you have to wait at least 15-20 mins. I have been coming here for years, but this is my last time coming here. I am literally a regular. I come every 2-3 weeks. I don't think they should treat people this way. We are the regulars who keep the lights on. We are the consistent cash flow. Also, Annie is gone. She was their best nail technician. Took 3 hours to get gel and a pedi. I took my own gel off and they tried offering me a $5 discount. They nerd to hire more staff or be honest that they can't take your business. read more

Bad service.. Cut multiple times. Pedicure had to be removed due to bad paint job and still paid the full service..

I've loved this place in the past, but I just got my nails done for my baby shower and they look awful. Two of my nails broke so I asked for tips on those two to make them even. Instead she cut my other nails SO short and uneven. I told the woman several times that I was bummed at how short they were, particularly my ring finger nail that's now just as small, if not smaller, than my pinky nail and she continued to argue with me that she had just made them even. There's nothing I can do now but I'm really bummed that they look so bad. I politely told them at checkout about the confusion with mail length and that I wasn't happy with the outcome, but I paid full price because no offer for a discount or correction was given. One plus is that the color is pretty, but I picked that so...not sure if I'll be back again or recommending the location anymore. read more

Didget get his name but the male tech was horrible. I went here for the first time in years as I recently moved back to the area and decided to get a fill on my day off. I tried to explain to him that I keep my nails thick because of the job that I do. He still made them extremely thin. I asked for grey zebra stripes and by the look on his face I should have known he didn't know what he was doing. I got WHITE stripes. Not even zebra stripes. The polish is not clean around the edges and then he filed off the color around the tip of my nails. He also cut my pinky nail and proceeded to say "you're okay". One of the "zebra" nails got messed up because HE shoved my hand into the UV machine. Ummmmm yeah you should have fixed that. I didn't even mess it up. But I was to the point where I just wanted to get out. Only reason I rated more than a one star was because Julie (I believe her name was) and another woman (I missed her name as well) were above and beyond. Julie did my toes and they came out great. The other woman painted my daughters nails and they both gave her lots of attention. Thanks ladies! Overall is was a boring experience. Would not recommend whatsoever! My partner was in a car accident right infornt of this establishment back in 2020 by a dui hit and run driver. Paramedics, cops and all came. This establishment didn't allow her to use the restroom after being checked by Paramedics and waiting for a tow truck. However they were so interested in being nosey in the scene. She has also been a customer here in the past as we live down the street. Workers are rude and so inhumane. Gladly will pay more and drive further for an establishment that respects its customers. read more
