Found Susan on here and called her to see if she could see me during my lunch break. She accommodated me and 15 minutes later she was greeting me with a smile. She made the whole experience comforting and made me feel at ease. Thank you sooo much for seeing me today. I'll be seeing next month!! read more

I have been going to Susan for many years now and I refuse to go anywhere else! She is amazing and knows how to make you feel comfortable and at ease during your appointments! I love that she decorates the office for each holiday and season, and it really is just a joy to see her each time and catch up. She is very accommodating and in my experience it is best to set up monthly appointments for maintenance. Susan also gives great advice on maintenance and which products can help. I don't spend a lot of money on different kinds of beauty procedures but this is my monthly treatment that I will not compromise on for myself! Her location is also conveniently by the 57/5/22 freeways and there's plenty of parking. read more

Susan is amazing! She is professional, thorough and gentle. I've been going to her for over 10 years and I would follow her anywhere! Her demeanor puts you at ease immediately and you can trust you're in good hands. read more

I had my first Brazilian waxing experience with Susan. I went with friend and we were both in the same room together but of course Susan gave us the option of one of us stepping outside. She was super friendly and comforting about the whole experience. She explains everything she will do before doing it, so you are never caught off guard. I genuinely felt no sense of judgement from her and my friend and I got through the appointment! Already scheduled a return date! If you are you looking for a good wax experience don't think twice about Susan!!! read more

This is my second time waxing with Susan. She is great! The service was fast and she makes you feel very comfortable. She is also great at replying fast through text. Price is reasonable!! I definitely recommend you try her out read more

Very kind and patient considering I got lost. Enjoyed the service, will be coming back.

Unfortunately I decided to write this review for future clients, she does not tolerate ppl not being able to come in and charges not only deposit but extra she charged me 90 in total and wanted more for when I was able to come in...I was a loyal costumer and she didn't excuse my absence although I called. She didn't return my money and was unkind. I feel I needed to post this because I wouldn't want this to happen to a future client also I do recommend Kay's esthetics she is not only more fair with price , she also understands when you need to reschedule in a decent time even if it's not a decent time she was able to understand way more Than Susan. This is the reason for her getting one star . I hope this helps for future clientele. I am aware my previous review was good because in the beginning she seems very sweet and understanding but over all it's not the case read more

I've been getting waxed by Susan for almost 3 years now! I found her through a friend who recommended her and I've never looked back. She's super easy to talk to and her price is very affordable compared to other places. I'm a punctual person and like to get to appointments early (like 10-15 min) and often times she's able to take me in early! Keep in mind that this isn't always going to happen though since it also depends on the appointment before yours, but doesn't hurt to tell her when you're there and she'll let you know when to come in. I highly recommend Susan. Honestly not sure why she has some bad reviews, but everyone has their own opinion and experience I guess. Mine has been consistently great and so have my 3 other friends who've gone to Susan. read more

Susan was so kind and professional. She was quick to respond, flexible with scheduling and made it a very nice experience

Such good service! Such a down to earth person! Definitely recommend, she great and affordable!

I had my first Brazilian with Susan about a little over two years ago and I've always stuck with her ever since. She makes the process very comfortable and painless. In grown hairs have been an issue for me before but Susan has helped me over the years on managing them and almost getting rid of them completely. I don't feel self conscious wearing tiny bikini bottoms now! The salon was closed due to covid for a while but now it's open again and everything is extremely sanitary and safe. Only one person allowed inside the room at a time. The price is unbeatable for Orange County. I live kind of far from the salon but I'm willing to make the drive for her. I've recommended her to a lot of my friends and coworkers and I decided to let others on Yelp know about it too. (: read more

It's a wonder that Susan has even a few positive reviews. her bedside manner and communication is horrific. If you have a last-minute change, she is rude and abusive on text and will not schedule you again. In fact, she'll block your number if you try and reason with her. I have been going to her for over a year and had to cancel last minute because of a issue with my daughter. Even after being a regular customer, she said that she now requires a deposit before I make another appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. That was the first time that I ever had a cancellation. She can wax, but she can't run a business. And her demeanor is rude and she seems like a very unhappy person. read more

Horrible customer service, unprofessional and very rude. I can't stand this woman and will never return again. She seems very full of herself and very unhappy with her own life and relationship with others. It's surprising she has any positive reviews at all seeing how rude and immature she is. I would not recommend her to anyone. read more

I have been going to Susan for atleast 5 years now and could not be more satisfied with her services!! There is no one else I would even want to consider for helping me with this personal favor. She is always timely, reliable, friendly, hygienic, affordable, and accommodating. I can confidently recommend Susan to anyone in the SoCal area interested in finding a waxer they can go to time and time again! She is absolutely the BEST!! read more

Love Susan! She always does a great job and makes me feel comfortable. Her place is super safe and clean.

I love Susan! I've been coming to her for years for my Brazilian. Her prices are fair and she's very quick yet thorough. All my friends love coming to her as well! I go to her every 4-5 weeks but everyone's schedule might be different. I give her a text and she tried to work with my schedule. Book early before holidays especially Valentine's Day because she books fast! read more

I booked a time a lot with Susan at 830 am on a Saturday October 10th, in order to reserve this spot I had to go to the bank to put down a deposit or she could not save my appt. she gave me detailed instructions not to be late or to cancel last minute and if so my deposit would be lost however I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment texted her when I got there, texted her again at my appointment time which is 830 to let her know that I was outside and for her to come get me (policy due to covid 19) YET I never heard from her, she never answered any of my calls or texts! But she was quick to take my deposit money! I have not received a refund for the deposit! This is BAD business and I will be letting others know! I have a newborn and a toddler at home and it was not easy to leave them to come out your way to not even be serviced yet alone even answered! Shame on you!!! read more

THE BEST! From the moment I met Susan she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She's super easy to talk too, she listens to all your concerns and also makes you feel like you are important. I've been going with her for the past three years. Of course like most places they closed down due to COVID. Once she reopen I felt comfortable and safe. She has taken all the proper steps to keep her clients safe. She is very accommodating to any last minute appointments changes. I've been going to Susan since 2019 back at her old salon and now her new one. She is so kind and responds very quick! She makes the whole experience very comfortable, quick, and painless. She also does a really great job! I don't know why others are complaining about having rescheduling issues with her, or even scheduling. I'm assuming these other reviews are coming from people who aren't used to getting their way. She is very accommodating. I've rescheduled a few times with her, and she has been more than happy to give me a different time. Her prices are also very reasonable compared to a lot of other different salons. I HIGHLY recommend going to her! read more
