I went to their grand opening a couple weeks ago and ended up purchasing a gold spa package to use later since they offered a sale. I just came in to use it and it was amazing! Honestly a nearly transcendent experience. I've never done a head spa before but I think I might be hooked. Ruby was excellent and I couldn't recommend her more. Will be back for sure! read more

Do not come here without an appointment. My daughter waited 35 minutes soaking in water. I told her to leave, but then the technician came and they rushed and her pedicure was not good. This is not the first time this has happened. Asking her to wait is fine, but not telling her how long it would be is another. We've had appointments before and the start time was not honored. read more

I'm sure there are many talented nail technicians at this salon, but unfortunately, the young male manicurist who worked on my daughter's nails was not one of them. My daughter went in for a Gel-X fill as a birthday gift, and the final result was disappointing. The application was sloppy, the nails were inconsistent in thickness, and the French tips looked blotchy and uneven. My daughter told me that he had to redo parts of the service several times during the appointment. When she got home and showed me her nails, it was clear that the quality of the work did not reflect the $60 price tag or the nearly two hours spent at the salon. My daughter was especially upset because this was meant to be a special birthday treat. I brought her back to the salon and spoke with who I believe was the manager. I appreciated how quickly he addressed my concerns and had the technician correct the nails. While the second attempt looked better, the overall result looked ehh. I do want to recognize the manager for trying to make things right, but based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. read more

An update: Ownership has changed in the last few months and a lot of the technicians have left. My nail lady Mia also left and the prices got more expensive. I will not be coming back to this location as i got cut multiple times and the person i had for my nails, while she was very kind, did not tell me that she didn't have the ability to do the designs i wanted. (i would've been happy to shift to something else if she had told me) so instead i left with nails i was incredibly unhappy with. read more

Kitty Glow Nail Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Orange, California

This is new ownership, kitty glow. I simply went in for a nail polish change. The tech could not do it. She literally started polishing my nail ( I have real nails) from the tip of my nail, not the base, and it was not going on smooth she was not putting enough polish on the brush it looked terrible. I asked her how long she's been doing nails she kind of said under her breath five years. I don't know if I believe that . She seemed to get nervous. I asked her if I was making her nervous she didn't say anything , then asked a different girl to come over and finish my polish. She was a little better . About the ambience I'm not sure why they're open when there is boxes all over the place. It really truly looks like a hot mess. I was not impressed with the nail technicians. They were all so involved on their phones. They weren't interested in working at all the girl that came over and finished my polishing hurried back to her phone after finishing . I will not be going back here. I do not recommend it. I don't do anything fancy though like I said I was just doing a polish change so I can't recommend anything about fancy nails but if I had to guess I don't think they'd be any good. I think these nail techs are all fresh out of school and careless about getting and keeping clients. Price was $15 for a polish change . By the way, I brought my own basecoat and my own topcoat. I had mentioned $15 for a polish change I go isn't there a sign on the window saying 20% off your first visit, so then they gave it to me for $10 I left a two dollar tip. Sorry for the bad review kitty glow, but I'm not impressed and you really need to work on your technicians, Customer Service and their skills . read more

I got the diamond scalp massage package for myself and my mother and we both loved it. We had Rose and Hellen, both of whom created a welcoming and relaxing experience for us. The scalp massage, facial and neck, arm and foot massages with hot stones were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The location is new and super cute. read more

10/10 experience for the head spa - diamond package every second of it was so relaxing and enjoyable.

The best pedicure I've ever had! I came in today and got the signature pedicure and the tech was amazing. She took her time and really was detailed. She gave the best massage her name is linh And would highly recommended her. read more

I really miss the old ownership. When I asked about the old business he began to talk down on their name and disrespect the nail artists that used to be here. I've been going to this salon for almost a year and sadly I will not be returning to the new ownership. They upped the price, branded it "luxury" , except the quality is terrible and my nails begin to chip after 2 weeks which before they would last me a whole month ++ before needing a refill. The new owner is rude and talks badly about people. read more

I brought my daughter in for her birthday mani-pedi and they let me know they have a Head Spa now that they're under new ownership. I didn't know what that was, but it sounded interesting. My daughter (10) and I went back a few days later and had treatments at the Head Spa which entailed a facial, massage and very thorough scalp treatment, hair wash and conditioner with a blow out at the end. It was really nice, and our nails were nice too. Good renovation and upgrade to Kitty Glow! read more

I love Fine Nails! They have consistently done a wonderful job with my nails and everyone is so kind. I always get gel X and a pedicure (occasionally regular and sometimes gel). I love that you can choose from so many different packages - I've done the CBD package a couple times and it feels amazing. I also loooove the massages they give with pedicures - the hot stones are a game changer. My former nail studio was super expensive and I had two gel x nails pop off from one set. I used to love them, but they seemed like the service was declining. When I came here with a friend, I could see the incredible attention to detail and service! My nails last forever and they always look great! And one final note - this last time my nail techs for both my fingers and toes decided they weren't happy with one nail (my pinky finger and my big toe). I didn't even notice the issues and they both redid the nails just because they knew it wasn't perfect. I was so thankful and impressed - I have never had someone do that, let alone two people at the same time! This really hit it home that this place is a great nail spot. read more

I had the diamond scalp massage treatment by Tracy. She did a great job making me feel special and took her time with a very relaxing massage of head, arms, neck, face, and legs. Been here a couple times and the guy at the front is the worst! Dont know if hes the manager or the lead of everyone but very very IMPATIENT and RUDE especially over the phone. I was on the phone requesting a specific Nail Tech and Ive had her couple times and because I kept losing service on my phone to schedule he was impatient and hung up on me and so I called 3-4 times no answer so I tried a different number to call and he answered and lied to me that the Nail Tech doesnt want to do my nails anymore Also I kept getting hurt and cuts here Some nail techs here rush and are not very patient Never trusting this place read more

Kitty Glow Nail Spa - Summer time - Nail Salons Near Me - Orange, California

My daughter and I have been going here - happy with service and price. Yesterday, June 1, my daughter went in for her usual pedicure and it was $20 more. A man told her it was under new ownership now. He gave her the new price as the pedicure was almost over!!! When she said she didn't bring that much cash today as she always gets this service he just pointed, said "ATM there," and walked off. Neither of us will be back for this rude, unethical business practice! read more

UPSET! I had been coming here for a long time and really liked my previous nail technician, who has since left along with several other technicians. Because I had been a longtime customer, I decided to give the new ownership a fair chance anyway. I went in for a regular nail design that I've had done here before as usual. What really bothered me was that I wasn't told the price upfront. I didn't find out what I was being charged until my nails were already halfway done, and the price ended up being significantly more than what I normally pay for a similar service. I feel like pricing should always be communicated clearly before the service begins, especially when there has been a change in ownership and pricing. Unfortunately, I also wasn't happy with how my nails turned out. The design wasn't what I expected, and the overall experience was made worse by the attitude of the technician. It's disappointing because I had been a loyal customer for a long time and really wanted to continue supporting the salon after the ownership change. But between losing many of the technicians I trusted, the lack of upfront pricing, the higher cost, and the quality of service, I don't feel the experience is what it used to be. I will not be returning here again. I hope the new ownership takes this feedback seriously because there are clearly some things that need to improve. read more

My fingers HURT. My usual spot was busy so I decided to try a new spot. I was cut on 3 fingers and the lady asked me to wash my hands to remove the blood before she continued. I didn't make a scene, but wow I was holding back tears from how hard she scrapped my nails with a file and how deep and fast she used the tools. She never said sorry until I finally flinched hard enough for her to notice. I'm never coming back. Pain is an understatement. My camera wouldn't focus on each individual finger but they're all RED and pulsing from the pain. read more

Such a cute salon! I was able to walk in and get seated right away, they have massage chairs for pedicures. I headed in for a gel mani/pedi and they had so many colors to chose from! I opted for a red orange and had my nails done by Rose & Julie. I was offered something to drink, they had tea, coffee and even champagne. It was a cold day so I had a cup of green tea while getting pampered. I visited on March 5th and many weeks later, my pedicure today still looks perfect. read more

They don't follow instructions or they're deaf...I kept telling the nail tech to clean my cuticle before it dries down since it's gel she said once I wash my hands it will go away. I kept telling her she cut me all she says it's "ok" and still wanting to drill my cuticle ... now I have an infection!! read more

My friend and I went on a Sunday. We called and asked their availability and they quoted us 20 minutes. We sat there for an hour and a half. New establishment, we saw good reviews so we decided to try it out. I'm not normally the one to write a negative review on a new business because there will always be things to be worked out. My male friend and I came in for pedicures, we've gotten pedicures a million other times with no one batting an eye. Idk what it was but we sat down, the lady who helped me was nice the one working on my friends pedicure was straight up disgusted by the fact he was even in the shop. We asked for colored pedicures, the both of us and she straight up just looked at him and straight I'll put shiny on your toes. He told her no, he wanted white. She said she will get the colors him and asked him again if he wanted colors. A total of 3 times she said she would get the color and do the color for him but we ended up leaving with just shiny nails because she decided he couldn't have the color. We were joking or laughing, he literally said "I want the same color as her (me)" when she asked what color. Next issue, she straight up skipped the stone massage. My friend and I were watching her and waiting for her to do the massage. I just noticed she completely skipped it and my friend was waiting for it. I would've said something but before we knew it, she said she was done. I was upset for him because he really wanted the color and it wasn't the language barrier. I wish I could say if she couldn't understand us when we asked for a pedicure with color, it would've been ok, but it was the fact she said she would show us the colors and asked us 3 times what colored we wanted and then proceeded to just do one coat of clear was absurd and extremely disappointing. We paid for a decently expensive pedicures too. It's not ok to rush and speed up and make decisions for the customer when we clearly came in with an intention and expected the service to be done properly, I don't think it's too much to ask for read more
