I don't write reviews often but sometimes you just have to give credit where credit is due . I came in here kind of on a whim hoping to find a quality place nearby and oh the relief. They were able to see me right away. My nails and cuticles and hands were in terrible condition. My phone was dead, so I couldn't show her any photos and I wasn't even sure what I wanted. I ended up asking for a full set with long round ombre french manicure. Michell suggested the gel x tips over the traditional acrylic. They were extra but I'm really glad I went with it. They feel much lighter and I don't feel any pressure/ pulling on my natural nail when I press on the tips. I think that's because they cover the whole nail instead of just the tip, so they don't need to built up with acrylic at all. Michell shaped them beautifully. This is about as long as you can get gel x. She worked wonders on my poor, battered cuticles. I took this photo 2 days after getting my nails done without having moisturized or anything. Took my mom and my teenaged daughter in this afternoon for two pedicures and a gel manicure. My daughter's manicure turned out great. My mom's pedicure left her with uneven cut toe nails. My pedicure was by far the worst one I've ever had. I selected deluxe pedi, my toe nails are now uneven, there is dried blood around my nails. The clauses I had are even worse and rough. To top it off she completely burned my foot when trying to do the paraffin wax. The only reason I went her was I had a gift certificate. Would not recommend at all. read more

I went in a couple days ago/on Saturday with my sm and we had a lovely time. The staff all had a great energy as I looked around the place. We were walk ins but they had the staff to take us right then. I worked with Mimi. Whether you know exactly what you want, or you don't, or just have a general idea, I suggest Mimi for your nails. She does a very high quality job throughout the entire process. My nails came out so elegant and classy looking! So much so that my dad was enthralled! While sitting and getting our nails done, sm mentioned eyelash extensions. Mimi talked us through things and we decided to give it a go! I'm very happy we did. My sm'as lashes turned out so full and glamorous! Mine were finer hairs so they looked just as your normal lashes do, just with a little more fill. We both left so happy with our services. The next day I felt as though a handful of lashes on one eye fell out, so I contacted them. They asked if I could come by so they could take a look. I went back and waited a moment for Mimi before she took me back to see what was going on. She explained to me that what I really wanted was to have them done thicker than what I thought I wanted, proceeded to re-situate me on the table, and continued my lash application. She was so warm and understanding. I have only felt so "safe" or comfortable in a stylist's/nail tech's hands a handful of other times. Mimi is wonderful. A few years back, I stated to get the gel builder. I really like that it would last 3-4 weeks. Mia is excellent. I never have an issue when she does my nails. Her work is outstanding. Unfortunately, I never know what my availability is like until the day before, so I can't make an appointment with her. There seems to be only four staff (including the owner) who have experience with gel builder. The owner does a pretty good job but the other two women Ivy and I can't recall the other lady's name... work is really bad. My nails chipped and cracked right away and the Manicure I just got is lumpy & bumpy & uneven. After multiple bad experiences, I have decided to look elsewhere. read more

i have been here many times to get hard gel and pedicure done, they do a great job and i am very satisfied! except the last time i came they were not too busy, and Trish did my hands, about 5 minutes later someone came in ask for hard gel too, Trish was in such a hurry to do my nails to get that client, she did my hands in 15 minutes?? she charged me $60 for 15 minutes, which would be fine if she did a good job! but.. after 3 days the gel on my hands started peeling off, i could easily tear it off, and cleanly, i was so disappointed because this has never happened to me before! She was so so sweet and really took her time and was so thoughtful about the art she painted on my nails! I also appreciate the fact she was able to take off my gel without soaking in acetone, it takes skills and gentleness and Michell really was so gentle and skilled! I am so happy with my manicure! My experience here has been hit or miss. Sometimes it is great, no wait, attentive staff, good options, and overall relaxing. Other times there has been long waits (not something necessarily under their control), but then the staff may try to rush to get to the next person. Once when that happened, the manicurist was going so fast I ended up bleeding with many cuts and nicks. The space is larger than most other nail salons, with 20 pedicure chairs and additional seats for acrylic nails. With that, they are able to space people nicely. There prices have gone up, but what hasn't. I don't like that they charge an additional $2.00 just to use a credit card, so keep that in mind when going. Overall, the place is clean and everything seems sanitized. The staff wears masks and gloves, and I've never had any concerns about cleanliness. read more

I have been coming here for about 5 years now, I use to have other go to places but this is by far my favorite. I enjoy the customer service and i never have to wait. I am usually one of their walk ins because with my work schedule I can't schedule appointments. The atmosphere is good and my grand daughters love it here also. I would recommend this place to anyone. Yes prices have gone up but not the only place, also banks charge them for each customer who pays with credit or debit so they have to charge. Just use apple pay it makes it a lot easier but cash is always best. When we pay with card it takes about two days for them to get paid. This place is horrible! Save your money! They're dirty & scammy! I took my adult daughter with special needs there for a mom & me day. When I arrived, I told them what my daughter and I wanted( which was a fill & pedicure for myself & a gel manicure for my daughter. My daughter was originally sitting in front of me & was later moved to the front where I couldn't see them. When they were done with her nails, they both came to me to show a full set of gel x nails that I didn't request and the lady tried to tell me that my daughter asked for gel x. Let me tell you the reason I speak for both of us is because my daughter does not understand or know anything about nails. They charged me for the full set and made ZERO apologies. They did all of that knowing my daughter wasn't paying because I've always paid for both of us when we've gone in together. I left after spending $200 for both of us!! And a week later I found THIS under my nails. There's a fungus growing under my nails because they don't prep them properly and water got under them! Do not go to this place! They're horrible and gave me a fungus which cost me $200! I will never go here again! They're awful & con people into services they don't want. Sad to take advantage of people with special needs l! I have came to this place many times and I have never been disappointed, until today . What I asked for and what I got were two very different things. I know it's not going to be exactly the same however, they just don't look right. All the shapes are off on my nails I asked for coffin and they came out looking round/almond. The lady who did my nails was so nice but she did not really know what she was doing. She cut them short before I could even tell her to make them longer it's just nothing how I explained or the picture I showed her. I had a manicure and pedicure this evening, and the experience was awful. I hadn't been here in a couple of years since I had moved and was excited to come back to my old salon I used to be a regular at. The girl who did my manicure rushed through it and was very rude and unfriendly. A woman walked in and requested to have her eyebrows threaded so my girl walked away from me halfway through my manicure so she could do that. I was disappointed that she just up and left in the middle of my appointment. I waited about 15 minutes for my 6:30 appointment to begin, and they could have had this woman wait as well. The woman doing my pedicure was nice enough. I believe she could tell I was upset about my manicurist disappearing for 15 minutes for another customer. When she finally came back, she was once again rushing through the steps of my manicure and didn't even do a proper massage with lotion. Then she made it clear she wanted me to pay then and only in cash even though I told her I had cash to tip and my plan was to use a credit card. She was not satisfied with my answer and kept trying to persuade me not to use a card and told me there was a $2 fee. I hadn't been there in a while, and this was new to me. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit to the nail salon it felt like a hostile environment. I regret coming here and will not be returning in the future after this awful experience. read more

Have continued to support this nail salon through the covid as it was okay to go there with high caution and all things good at the salon have always enjoyed this salon very clean and the women that work here are always courteous and kind to my elder mother who's 96. I just moved in around here so am checking some nail spa that I can go to in a regular basis. Appt set up is prompt and easy especially on a Monday and when I got there-- i was impressed with the look and facility but I was assigned to someone that cannot understand me which is ok bec someone can interpret but the worst is , it's all manual and she cannot properly remove my previous gel polish. I think they were both too thin and were not what I had experienced prior when recieving this service. I went back today and got both nails fixed. However, tonight another nail broke.
