I really love this nail salon. It's quiet, clean and Hannah does a great gel manicure on my very short nails. However, today is the second time that I've had an appointment, and they were not ready for me. Last time I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time and they had zero remorse about it. They didn't even acknowledge they were running late or apologize for wasting my time. My appointment was at 2:00pm and it's now 2:20pm. Again, nobody has said anything to me about them running late or anything. They also could've called me either time and asked me to come in a little later, which I happily would've done so not to waste my time sitting here. I will come back because again, it's nice here and they do a good job but I'm bummed that this might be a common thing for them. read more

I've been to tons of nail places but I am always pleased with the service I get from this place. I've been coming in for gel mani and regular pedi and each time, my nails are intact for weeks so Im happy about the quality of products and service they provide. Last night, I decided to get dip nails and I like how I do not have to use the UV lamp on my hands. I love the color and it seems like it will last awhile. I also asked to reshape my nails to an almond shape and I love how it turned out. read more

I came here the first time and had a great experience, so I was excited to make this my go-to salon. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was extremely disappointing. I requested the same tech "Vee", but she seemed rushed and distracted. She didn't explain that my chosen color couldn't be used for both dip and gel, and when I said I didn't like the color she picked, she brushed it off. She left me sitting for 30 minutes to help other clients and kept walking away to answer the phone and ring people up. Worst of all, she got glue all over my hand and wrist, then buffed it so aggressively that she cut my skin and made it bleed. When I called afterward and even offered not to post a review if we could find a solution, she dismissed me again without any apology or concern and told me it's normal to bleed when getting your nails done. Please be cautious if you're hoping for a relaxing experience. I left feeling ignored, hurt, and embarrassed, with cuts instead of the self-care I came in for. read more

I liked the nails and the place seems clean. I had been before and had a great experience. Although this time I paid for a Gel Manicure and Gel Removal. These options both say they come with a softening soak, moisturizing lotion, and a five minute massage. I did not get any of those services which I am very disappointed in since this is the second nail salon for this to happen to me. So if anyone has any good recommendations on a reliable nail salon, that will not cut you short, please let me know. If you do go here, I would recommend reviewing your check to see what exactly you paid for and to make sure you read the brochure and make sure you get all the services that you paid for. As someone with anxiety it is hard to speak up, especially when the nail artist makes comments, "Well I thought that length looked good". I am the customer who is paying and I should feel comfortable to voice what I like. Update: every single nail on one of my hands fell off in less than a week time. I went somewhere before this and the nails lasted me over a month. Very disappointed - had to go back and get them fixed. read more

I had a Classpass reservation for a regular manicure. I had a reservation and I arrived around 5 minutes late. They let me know very nicely I had to wait 15 minutes which worked out fine for me because they have free wifi for me to do work on my laptop. Vicky was great and did a good job cleaning my cuticles. I like how the massage that comes with the manicure extends past your arm and to your neck and upper back! This was really what made the difference in the service here! What's also nice is that you're able to lay down on the comfy sofa chairs during your manicure and close your eyes as the technician works on your nails...as opposed to having to sit up the entire time. It's more work for the technician because they keep hopping back and forth between your left and right side, but made the experience great as a client. Highly recommend! read more

I came on a Sunday to check this place out. It was pretty busy inside as was the shopping center outside. A friend of mine is really about natural products and since this place was organic we gave it a try. We got pedicures. The chairs are not massage. The service was quick. (Not sure if it was because they were busy and had two customers waiting) but i didn't feel it was worth the money spent. We also upgraded the services but did not receive the full effects. My friend did not get her massage for too long and my feet were soft to begin with but she kept on insisting on the callous repair treatment. We probably will not be back. I've had better services for less and was not impressed with our service. It is a cute and relaxing place but I am about quality. Plus- The place did not smell like the typical chemical smelling nail salon. read more

Wait time was about an hour Not your traditional pedicure setting. They used pedicure pans you would use at home rather then the automatic tubs. No massage chairs and the chairs were dirty. The place itself looked clean. I enjoyed my pedicure but two weeks out the skin on my feet are peeling which had never happened to me. Manicure is already chipped. I didn't get gel or dip since I wanted my nails to rest from acrylics. (I look like a teenager with chipped nails) Probably will not be returning back but at least I tried it. Overall it was a strange/different experience but at least they're open on Sundays. read more

When you walk in like I did last week no one greeted me. They ignore you You sit for a long time no one talks to you. It has a strange scent that is overpowering. I went for a while here and their gel nail machines gave me discoloration on my hands and even after I mentioned that my hands have seemed to hurt because of their machines, I saw they did not replace. Now I'm going to dermatologist to see the damage done. They seemed irritated and unfriendly when I shared my concern. Do not recommend. read more

Well, I didn't think it was possible, but we've finally found a spot to get a great pedicure experience!! The ambiance is peaceful (I even noticed that their phone ringer is set low so it doesn't disturb your experience), the staff is sweet and friendly, and I was very pleased with the pedi I got! I loved their chairs - so super comfy! - and the orange slices floating in the water felt so fancy! I also had some old acrylic nails removed. They were considerate enough to move from one side to the other so I didn't have to get all twisted up. One of my biggest pet peeves is when the nail girl sits on one side, and she'll makes you reach over with your other arm so you feel like a pretzel, rather than move to your other side. They didn't do that here! I was so comfy in their comfy chair. This shop uses organic products, so no chemicals and no UV lights here. So you don't feel like you're breathing in the fumes from acrylics. Another plus! They're very COVID compliant - hand sanitizer right when you walk in, they take your temp, everyone is wearing masks and the staff wear gloves. We were so pleased with our first visit, that we made sure to book our next appointment before leaving. read more

This salon is wonderful! It is clean and conformable. I've been going here for almost 5 months. I go and get the dip manicure. I've NEVER had an issue! I'm a nurse, and I work 4-6 days a week. I've not once had a chipped nail. They have a variety of options for colors. When I can't decide, the amazing nail techs help me choose! I always feel cared for and I feel pretty when I leave. Prior to coming here I only got my nails done on special occasions. Now every few weeks is a special occasion! I do have to admit, this last time I went 4 weeks without a nail change.... they still look as fabulous as the day I got them done. read more

This will be my new go-to pedicure salon. It was my first time here but it won't be my last. Mary was super thorough and detailed with my pedicure. You can get the organic pedicure for $35 but I got the basic for $25. There are three main things that I look for when I pick a technician: 1. Cleanliness and sanitation. they only use single use tools here, which is important. I don't want any fungal infections. 2. Knows how to clean the cuticle and ingrown without cutting the side of the toenails or cutting too much cuticles. 3. Paint my toenails where it's close enough to the cuticles that it looks like it's touching, but it actually isn't touching. The paint job is important. I want a clean paint job so that when my toenails grow out it still looks perfect. Mary met all of these requirements and I loved her work. read more

I've had multiple nail techs do designs and they all come out exactly the way I wanted. My dip manicures last for 3 weeks and have never chipped/broken before I get them removed. At first I really enjoyed Omni because of the relaxing music and I thought they did a great job with nail details, but the last 2 times I've had appointments for my daughter and I and they've made us wait over 30 minutes between mani and pedi appointments. Their communication has been horrible while in the salon, they've taken other clients in front of us, and the appointment text message reminders were wrong. The chairs aren't as comfortable as other local places and they give really short massages. Sadly, we won't be coming here anymore. read more

Getting my toenails done as I write. This place is niiiice. I had my mani done with dip by Vee and had an organic pedicure (then I added callous remover because it's just been too long) by Lee. My nails feel strong and look absolutely beautiful and my feet haven't felt this soft in over a year. The ambiance here is great, they play mellow music and don't yell, the speak softly to one another. This space is clean and doesn't smell like a normal nail shop. There is a soft scent from a candle in the air. I'm definitely coming back. Putting pampering myself at the top of the list from here on out. read more

I got a gel pedicure that was decent and dip nails, I don't usually prefer dip but I like it better on my natural nails. The dip was applied perfectly and not too thick. However, when I came home, there was a big bruise on my hand, and I have not been able to use my hand to lift heavy objects for two days now. She must have pressed too hard on my hand or pulled a muscle. If I could give this place a rating of zero - I would give this place that rating! read more
