I had a great experience at Roxy Nail Bar! Tammy did an amazing job on my gel manicure with design on my real nails, and the soft blue cat-eye look came out beautiful and elegant. The shape was perfect and I've already gotten so many compliments. Tammy was patient, gentle, and very talented. She also does amazing Gel X sets. Highly recommend asking for her!

Definitely won't be back here. My gel manicure I got a week and 4 days ago is already lifting. A week in I already had it chipped due to lifting for this place being as expensive as it is you'd think they'd do better work. Left my nails uneven and on the tops like if they added to much gel it goes flat and then the tip is a lump. Vibe of the the place was okay I made an appointment an I was still waiting in the chair for about 30 to and hour soaking in water.

Very disappointed! My daughter had her nails done a week ago and as of yesterday she has lost almost every nail. This needs to be addressed

They let me leave the salon like this. My nail bled for 2 hours and now it's infected, right before the 4th of July and my camping trip. I'm disappointed because the owner saw the crusted blood as it was being cleaned off and when it started to reopen (after a lot of clotting powder and liquid) I felt rushed out before it took up more of their time. And a discount? Nope, not even an offer. I've never had a nail experience like this, and I liked this place previously.

They have different packages to choose from, also the complementary drink and a snack if you choose the deluxe. They accept payments through venmo and cards.

Absolutely love my nails!! Tracy was the best and was sweet + talented. She totally understood my vision from the inspo pics - and killed it! I use to go to influencer nail stylists from LA to do these trendy designs and charms, but sooo glad I found a local place in OC! The salon was also nice and modern, and love they give out complimentary drinks. Will definitely be coming back to get a new set w Tracy

came here because my regular place is remodeling. unfortunately i got an infection on my bug toe after a pedi, it's been bleeding and a little painful. on top of that they are harsh service, my fingers always burn and they keep going and nails don't last. i request a specific person twice and they set me up with a new person. I went to get my nails done there for the first time and a week later one nail popped off. I called and went in so they can redo it but then another popped off the next day .They all seem to be coming off like if they didn't prep the nails how they were supposed to. I paid almost $90 bucks. for them not to last me for at least a month like they always do.i don't wanna go back because it's not like they're gonna redo them properly. it's a waste of my time being a single mom and working full time. read more

My husband and I went in together for basic pedicures with the callus remover add-on. Unfortunately, we probably won't be returning. The experience was very inconsistent between our two services. His technician was thorough, kind, and took her time--she even used a method where she wrapped his feet during the callus treatment. My technician, on the other hand, seemed rushed and inattentive. The callus solution was applied and then almost immediately scrubbed off without much time to work. My nails were clipped and filed unevenly, and overall the work felt very minimal effort. One nail was already snagging on my sock the next day. We both added tip on top of the service, and ended up spending over $75 for the two pedicures. Given that this was a birthday treat and we hadn't had pedicures in over a year, it was disappointing not to leave feeling more satisfied with the experience. read more

Owner refused to turn on air conditioning and left the door open. Lots of flies and noise from outside. It was 85° and very uncomfortable. Manicurist was abrupt but otherwise fine. I have been here 4-5 times and this was unacceptable. I won't be back. read more

I've been coming here for 2 years. By far my favorite place. All of the ladies are so sweet and so helpful, they just want to make you happy. They offer a complimentary drink and massage chairs. Ok so this place is beautiful and the individual that did ma manicure was nice but the individual with pedicure not much.. My husband wanted to try this place because it's close by. We called and requested for availability and we're given times to come in. I did a mini and pedi and he did a pedicure. The reason why I did a 2 start is because my nails which I just how powder on my nails no acrylic chipped 3 days after and started falling off. My pedicure the next day which was gel was falling off. Lastly I was given a mimosa and I got one and one asked for a second one I was denied and was given 1 complimentary drink form. They way they said no was very rude. So make sure you don't request a 2nd one. The location might be nice but doesn't cover the service you expect. Bummed out of the quality. read more

Kim worked on my nails and I was not disappointed!! They came out so elegant and she was fast. I also got my toes done and I loved the massage/ hot stone etc etc. i like their customer service because they give you a complimentary drink alcoholic or non. Also I had a tiny tiny hair in one of my nails when I was leaving and Kim was already working with someone else but she quickly came over to fix it. It was getting busy so I felt bad but everyone is welcoming- I like the cash discount too. It's also a cute nail spot. Prices are more on the pricier end but affordable not overly expensive like in downtown LA or Irvine area. I really enjoyed my time here. I wanted to take a moment to leave a positive review for this place- it's right down the street from my house, super reasonably priced, the inside is spacious, clean, calming and comfortable! Their prices were competitive and cheaper than the other salons in the area! $50 I got a gel upgraded pedicure including a 10 min massage add on! They offered me a menu of complimentary snacks and drinks! My technician Holly was kind, gentle and did a FANTASTIC massage! I will absolutely go back! Wonderful experience! I've been here a few times and recently decided to give this place another try. The lady that did my pedicure was so awesome. She was gently and kind. Kim did my manicure and she was very rough. She would pull my hands consistently. Maybe try someone else if you're thinking of getting a manicure. She kept trying to push acrylics on me. Everyone who was in there was offered a beverage except for me and the lady sitting next to me. Customer service is essential. They need to train their employees. I don't think I will be back but the lady who did my pedicure was great! That's why I am giving them 3 stars. read more

I came in for a gel pedicure + removal on a random Tuesday afternoon. When first arrived, I was greeted by the owners husband (?). He checked me in and was offered water right away. Then the technician came to grab me and was seated right away. The interior honestly left me astonished because of how detailed and girly it is! They also offered some snacks on the side which I devoured (I didn't eat lunch yet lol). The technician was so detailed and ensure that the shapes are what I desired and same with the color that I wanted. The overall cost was affordable compared to what I used to pay and its gel!! I'll definitely be back!

My daughter's cut was worse, and I felt the nail technician was not careful enough while working on her nails. She also came across a bit rough and not very warm with my daughter, who was very well behaved the entire time. The salon did give me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but I still don't think it's acceptable for both kids to leave with cuts. A nail appointment should feel safe and enjoyable, especially for children. I hope they take more care with younger customers in the future.

They have an unreal color selection, can execute pretty much any design, and are stocked with everything--glitter, gems, stickers, you name it. She wanted to feel beautiful and feminine just like her mommy. When she was 4 years old before she was diagnosed with severe ADHD I tried taking her to several nail salons. Unfortunately, instead of patience and kindness, we were met with judgment. Because she had a hard time sitting still, people would make faces, seem frustrated, and treat her like she was a burden. As a mom, that was heartbreaking to watch, and I could see it affecting her confidence. Then I found Michelle's salon completely by chance through work, and it truly felt like a blessing from God. From the very first visit, Michelle and the entire team welcomed my daughter with open arms. They were patient, gentle, encouraging, and made the experience fun instead of stressful. They never made her feel like she was "too much." Instead, they made her feel seen, accepted, and beautiful. Today my daughter is 5 years old, has since been diagnosed with severe ADHD, and she still gets excited every time I tell her we're going to see Michelle. She feels comfortable there, confident there, and genuinely loved. As a mother, there is nothing more meaningful than seeing your child embraced for who they are. She filed my nails way too thin, and instead of feeling relaxed, I left stressed and frustrated. Under no circumstances should you get serviced by Lily. I genuinely felt like she was mocking me during the appointment, which made everything even worse. The polishes looked like they were expired and honestly should not be used on anyone. It's only been a week and already two nails have broken and the polish has started lifting. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I had to this time because I'm that disappointed. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I left paying $57 and less than 24 hours later I now have TWO toes missing paint. Unbelievable! I literally didn't do anything with my feet today other than walk in socks protected by Ugg boots. Like if the nail polish is old throw it away. I don't live close to this location so I can't even go in and ask them to fix it. Complete waste of time and money. Also my best friend had asked for a color from the 500 options given to her to choose from. They decided to paint her nails with a color they had then offered to put glitter over it so it looked similar. Of course this was done when they were almost finished. Not cool. If you don't have something in stock be honest and upfront with the customer. I'm sure she could have chosen something else from the other 499 options and left happy !!! Now I can't even show my ugly feet to anyone because they look even more ridiculous than usual.

This place is seriously hit or miss. Mostly miss. Unfortunately, due to COVID they are one of the few places still open. They are overpriced and do a sub par job. Today, I was told (for the first time ever anywhere) it's not good to get the scrubs or lotions and massage w a gel manicure, but I still paid the same price as though I were getting one. The nail technician rushed and used way too much primer causing my fingers to burn under the UV light and she didn't pay attention to what she was doing leaving dents and bubbles in my nails. Still paid a premium price though. She also didn't do any finish work after the gel was applied and the skin on my thumb is currently stuck to the underside of my nail and I will have to file my nails myself when I get home. Overall, it was just a really shitty job. I keep going back because it's close to home and sometimes they do a good job but more and more often they just don't. Even in these COVID times it's not worth it. I'm going to do some research to find someplace that isn't ripping people off in the middle of a pandemic even if I have to go a little further to find it. I recommend you do the same and skip the Roxy nail bar. None of us should be that desperate. read more

I've been coming to Roxy's for years, and all the ladies are wonderful, but Tracy and Chi truly went above and beyond.
