I had a great experience at Roxy Nail Bar! Tammy did an amazing job on my gel manicure with design on my real nails, and the soft blue cat-eye look came out beautiful and elegant. The shape was perfect and I've already gotten so many compliments. Tammy was patient, gentle, and very talented. She also does amazing Gel X sets. Highly recommend asking for her!

Definitely won't be back here. My gel manicure I got a week and 4 days ago is already lifting. A week in I already had it chipped due to lifting for this place being as expensive as it is you'd think they'd do better work. Left my nails uneven and on the tops like if they added to much gel it goes flat and then the tip is a lump. Vibe of the the place was okay I made an appointment an I was still waiting in the chair for about 30 to and hour soaking in water.

Went in to get vacation nails with my sisters, they accommodated us so well and were very receptive to all of our questions, concerns and suggestions! Miley, Ryan, Tracy, and Hannah were all very helpful!

Very disappointed! My daughter had her nails done a week ago and as of yesterday she has lost almost every nail. This needs to be addressed

The quality of work speaks for itself; low. The service that was given; low. I cannot believe with the price that was charged almost every nail has lifted and came off.

This time, I went probably too late for a good service. I was like 2 hrs before the closing. The manicure was acceptable but rushed, so It is poorly cut cuticle by Hena. That's why my rate is 4 stars. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job with my ingrown nails her name is Chi. They have different packages to choose from, also the complementary drink and a snack if you choose the deluxe. They accept payments through venmo and cards.

Nicked toe that bled for 2 hours, crusted enough to be painted and then reopened, and I was sent to my car like this.

They let me leave the salon like this. My nail bled for 2 hours and now it's infected, right before the 4th of July and my camping trip. I'm disappointed because the owner saw the crusted blood as it was being cleaned off and when it started to reopen (after a lot of clotting powder and liquid) I felt rushed out before it took up more of their time. And a discount? Nope, not even an offer. I've never had a nail experience like this, and I liked this place previously.

BEST NAIL PLACE IN ORANGE! I've been going to Roxy for few years, I've never had a bad experience with them not like the place I've been too prior to me finding them. My time is limited so I go whenever I can, I do not have specific person because of it. Everyone that has helped me are all wonderful and I'm always pleased how my nails looks. I've been here a few times and recently decided to give this place another try. The lady that did my pedicure was so awesome. She was gently and kind. Kim did my manicure and she was very rough. She would pull my hands consistently. Maybe try someone else if you're thinking of getting a manicure. She kept trying to push acrylics on me. Everyone who was in there was offered a beverage except for me and the lady sitting next to me. Customer service is essential. They need to train their employees. I don't think I will be back but the lady who did my pedicure was great! That's why I am giving them 3 stars. read more

I've gone here quite a few times in the past, and honestly every time that I've come the service has been great! I've recently gotten into dip powder nails since I want my nails to grow out longer and stronger. Each time I've come I've never had issues with hair getting caught at the nail bed, even if I let my nails grow out for a month (amazing!). Vivian did these nails and she's such a sweetheart! I came in with a broken index nail right through the middle (ouch btw) and she took a lot of care when it came to using the drill to remove my prior dip powder set. She was also meticulous with how my ombré nails came out to be. Removed the design if it wasn't to her standard, and always asked if it looked okay to me after dipping or filing. I did come in with a reference picture, and she replicated it so well! Very sanitary; Vivian put the dip powder from the main jar to a secondary cup to use on my nails instead of the communal way. Threw away the remaining unused powder! They have a complimentary drinks menu with an assortment of sodas, juices, etc., and they also provide a complimentary snack (usually single serving chip bags, you can always ask for their selection or let them choose randomly). Paying with cash grants you a small discount on your total price, and the change you get back is always nice when you need to tip your nail tech(s)! Highly recommend! read more

Been coming to Roxys for a couple years now but tonight Miley left me speechless I came in thinking they closed at 7 turns out they close at 6 but that didn't stop Miley from taking her time. She didn't rush because she wanted to make sure she brought my vision to life. She did not dissapoint I am in Love with my set! I love Halloween but I wanted more neutral colors and she nailed it!!! UPDATE: The facial is received broke me out... :/ This was my second time at this nail bar because it is located near my apartment. The services I received today were a "Deluxe European Facial" and a "Deluxe Gel Pedicure". My Deluxe pedicure was supposed to include a callous removal as well, but I did not receive that full callous removal. All I got was simply a scrub on my foot. But I didn't mind, the tech did a decent job. I just wish she did a few more coats of polish though. My facial was absolutely mediocre though. The facialist was kinda aggressive with my face and was not gentle at all. Sometimes it was nice, but most of the time, I felt like she was beating my face. For a deluxe facial, it was not so deluxe at all. I received a facial cleanse, exfoliation, extraction, and a very short face mask. I was honestly expecting a little more since it was a $70 treatment, and I felt the plain facial would have included everything I paid for in the deluxe. The facialist also did not have a headband to pull my hair back, so my hair was getting wet during the service. That is something I do not like. I am paying for a facial not hairline treatment for my hair. I am honestly not sure if I would go back for a facial with them again. However, I would definitely go back for pedicures though. Considering I spent over $120 and I feel like the services I received versus what I paid for were two completely different thing. I honestly feel cheated out of my money. I was in too much of a rush to mention anything. But the service could have definitely been better though. I wish the facial the facial I received was done more thoroughly though. I mean Cindy did a good job, but it was definitely not worth $70. The pedicure I got was more worth the price than the facial. read more

I've been coming here for years, through different owners. I really like the current owner, the tech, and how easy it is to get in. They use quality products, and my nails last 2 weeks or more before they grow out too much. The only downside is that I think they need new chairs, or at least to reupholster the existing ones. The lack of cushion can start to hurt your back after a while, but it's not enough of an issue to drop a star. read more

Wax was the worst I have ever had. It felt like this was the first time this person has done a wax. She put wax on same spot several times and pulled skin slowly when removing it, causing so much pain. Then the girl in front charged extra $5 dollars because I used my credit card instead of cash. Absolutely loved the service here. Not only the place had beautiful interior decor, but it was very peaceful and calming. Everyone was so kind. My nails were done by Ryan-- he's a nail technician and a receptionist so he was really busy. But!! you could tell he was giving his best and the service was so much appreciated. So here's the thing.. the most uncomfortable nails trip i have ever had. I had acrylics and was told a fill was $25. After filing the top Layer off she tells me they're lifting up, so I need a new set to take the old off (I know this does happen) I have never had a place use clippers to snap a corner up and then stick a tip under the acrylic and my nail to peel it off.. ripping off my natural nail. It was horrible. Then they charged for said removal and extra for shaping the new set they charged me for. Will never be back. read more

The worst sns dip polish ever! It was thick and chunky. The nail tech was in a hurry even though there weren't any other clients. Do yourself a favor and go to Sparkling Nails across the street. It may take twice as long, but the product and professionalism is so worth it. Look at my cuticles-are you kidding me-$40 later this is terrible. read more

Horrible spot to get nails done, I came in with my mom n cousins to get my nails done last Thursday and not even weeks but a couple days after and my nails are already popping off and breaking so easily. not only that but I noticed that most my nails were placed on crooked, the lady who did my nails was fairly tall with a short ponytail n bangs clearly doesn't know how to do nails n overcharges. Not only that but while we were there she kept laughing at me and making side comments, as well as another lady that was being rude to my cousin not giving her what she wanted trying to do something different on her then what she asked for n then tried overcharging her after and laughing in her face about it. This place is not worth the time or the money, it is just awful. Will never be back read more

Jackie is great! She really cares about her customers. This was my first time getting dip nails (over acrylic which has done a lot of damage to my real nails) and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and listened to my needs. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

This place is seriously hit or miss. Mostly miss. Unfortunately, due to COVID they are one of the few places still open. They are overpriced and do a sub par job. Today, I was told (for the first time ever anywhere) it's not good to get the scrubs or lotions and massage w a gel manicure, but I still paid the same price as though I were getting one. The nail technician rushed and used way too much primer causing my fingers to burn under the UV light and she didn't pay attention to what she was doing leaving dents and bubbles in my nails. Still paid a premium price though. She also didn't do any finish work after the gel was applied and the skin on my thumb is currently stuck to the underside of my nail and I will have to file my nails myself when I get home. Overall, it was just a really shitty job. I keep going back because it's close to home and sometimes they do a good job but more and more often they just don't. Even in these COVID times it's not worth it. I'm going to do some research to find someplace that isn't ripping people off in the middle of a pandemic even if I have to go a little further to find it. I recommend you do the same and skip the Roxy nail bar. None of us should be that desperate. read more
