    Cat eye with chrome detailing.

    Went to get my nails done again today and found I had a broken toenail after the tech took the gel off. She said she'd put some product on it to fix it. I noticed she put a coat on every single one of my toenails but didn't think much of it until I was checking out. The lady at the front told me that would cost me $20 just for that alone. I was surprised because I didn't think I would be charged anything extra for that since no one told me. She said usually if they fix one big toenail they fix the other so it's even. And that's $10 each. But the tech put it on every toenail so it sounds like it should've been even more expensive than the $20 she was trying to charge me. Absolutely crazy to me that they charge $10 to put a coat of this stuff on a single toenail. She was acting like she was doing me a favor by only charging me $10. She also kept asking if I had asked for that and I said no... the tech told me I had a broken toenail and said what she'd do for it. That's it. She also said she normally charges extra for the chrome detailing I got but she's just counting it as part of the cat eye. The itemized receipt shows charges for gel, cat eye, and customization. I'm pretty new to getting my nails done so I'm not sure if it's standard to charge for every little thing like this, but I walked out spending $220 (not including the tip) for a manicure and pedicure with cat eye and chrome detailing in addition to the broken nail fix and paraffin wax for my feet. This is a really cute salon and I like the ladies' work, but I might need to find a new place. I feel like they try to charge you for every little thing, and these extra charges are not cheap. Update: The owner Kim called me and apologized for the lack of transparency I experienced in regards to the pricing. She seemed to really value my feedback and gave me a gift card to use for a future visit. I'll definitely come back next month and see how it goes, but I trust that my next experience will be better.     I have finally found the most perfect place to get my nails done. They are professional, accommodating and best of all, very clean. I have come to them with my nails design requests and they have always come through. Always classy and they have the best quality. I like my nails to look natural and they know exactly how to do it. Selena and Celine are amazing for nail designs.

    This was my first time visiting with a group of friends, and from the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how cute, calming, and relaxing the space is. We were greeted with water and snacks. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and respectful--they even asked before stepping away, which I really appreciated. This salon is the complete opposite of many nail salons where technicians chat among themselves and don't fully engage with clients. Here, everyone was attentive and focused. We all came in for manicures and pedicures, and I was especially impressed by how meticulous they were with their work. I've officially found my new go-to nail salon. They offer so many services that you can customize based on how much pampering you want. The setup is also perfect for bridal showers, small parties, and get-togethers.     I did a walk-in for Gel X with Zoey and a pedicure with Grace and had a great experience overall. Both were so kind, gentle, and accommodating. They even surprised me with a little birthday cake, which was incredibly sweet and unexpected. The owner was also very kind and accommodating. The salon is new and very cute- clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I also really appreciated the calm, positive atmosphere; no catty vibes or gossip, which made the experience even better. One small note: the gold chrome polka dots wore off pretty quickly, but the nails themselves are still on very strong at the 2-week mark. I'll definitely be back

    Someone told me about this nail salon and I made my way over today. I think I'll have to replace my regular salon with this one. This salon is a girl's dream; the esthetic is so girl coded (the little phrase in the bathroom was super relatable.) Allie and Tina took care of me today. The nail techs are super thorough and they got every little gunk stuck under/between my nails and nail beds. I highly recommend this salon. I asked for short squoval nails and Allie nailed it.     I'm so happy I found this nail salon! I booked my appointment online with Ivy, a premier artist, and I'm so glad I did. She was incredibly meticulous from start to finish--carefully removing my existing polish, providing detailed cuticle care, precise shaping, and impeccable design work. The final result was even better than the reference photo I provided. They also offered a croissant, madeleine, and Fiji water, which were added bonuses. The receptionist was very sweet and checked in to make sure I was happy as well. I highly recommend this salon, and especially Ivy, for her exceptional attention to detail and skill.

    Was my gel manicure and pedicure worth 3 1/2 hours and $190 without tip? No. Never in my life would I ever come back. Yes booking them separately is my choice. Pedicure took 1 hour (which is normal in my opinion.) but 2 1/2 hours on a gel manicure? But supposedly you would have finished in 1 1/2 hours if I did them both together? I originally wanted a design on every finger but I was told it would have been an additional $40 if I wanted a design on every finger. No sorry.

    Le Petit Salon is an exquisite boutique luxury salon that really makes other salon experiences pale in comparison. When I first walked in I am greeted by beautiful calming girly decor. The salon owner, Kim, is a customer service enthusiast. She listens to your needs and only hires the best of the best. My nail artist introduced herself to me and led me to my seat. My pedicure was a unique experience with clean, beautiful scents in the materials used. Both times I have gone my nails have looked amazing and builder gel nails grew out beautifully. This salon is truly a treat. It is truly a serene experience. 6/24- ***Took my bestie for her birthday for her first ever nail experience. She was blown away! The sweet bday cake and bday song coupled with the tiara was a special experience. Thank you Le Petit Salon!!! You truly know how pamper us!

    Absolutely gorgeous nail spot! If I could rate on vibes alone, this would be a perfect 5. Super relaxing and staff are all really kind. I've been 3-4 times and was hoping to be a regular, but didn't love the end result of my manicures. I loved the designs, but didn't think the actual care of the nail and cuticle care was worth the high cost for the area.

    Cute little Paris in corner of Tustin! I have not seen fancier nail place in OC! They are very lovely with great service! A bit pricy but you will feel the difference! Please go and give them a chance!

    I recently visited Le Petit Salon , and I can't say enough good things -- it was genuinely one of the best salon experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had come in hoping to fix a set of acrylics that had been done poorly elsewhere -- and I explained that these were supposed to be my birthday nails. The owner, Kim, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of beautifully and thoughtfully. I was greeted with snacks and water immediately, which already made me feel appreciated. But the real magic happened when they gave me a tiara, sang "Happy Birthday," and even brought me a slice of cake. Small gestures like that could have been skipped -- but instead they turned what started out as a stressful nail fix into a truly memorable, warm, and joyful experience. My technician, Sophia, was so kind and sweet, and she did an excellent job repairing and beautifying my nails. She clearly cared about getting the details just right. Overall, this visit completely exceeded my expectations. If you want a salon where the staff treats you like more than just another customer -- with real kindness, generosity, and care -- I highly recommend Le Petit Salon. I will definitely be returning.

    The first time I went to this salon 6 months ago I asked for acrylics but was "educated" on how gel x is better for your nails so I decided to give it a try. My nails came out beautiful so I continued to get gel x every month. They recommended I come back every 2-3 weeks. I got medium length nails and immediately noticed they started cracking on the sides of the nail (where the tip meets my finger). I got acrylics for many years and never once broke a nail. I also was able to wait until 3-4 weeks between each service. When I told the nail tech that maybe the nails were cracking because they were too long, she made them a little shorter but not by much. I thought she was going to remove the tip and replace it to strengthen the crack but she didn't. So of course the crack reappeared within days of getting them redone. The nail tech told me the next time I come in we would be able to use my natural nails because they were getting so long. Unfortunately this was absolutely not true because the tips broke off and took my natural nail with it. It was extremely painful and my nails bled. For the price they charge here and the "quality" of the products/service it's definitely not worth it. I never had these issues with acrylic nails. Gel x might be better for your nails but only if you want to have short nails.

    I loved my experience here! I found this place one night when I went to the Italian place next door. I was so captivated by the beautiful decor and vibe that I had to come to check it out! I made an appointment same day and my entire experience was so lovely. They give you a Fiji water and two chocolate pastries! And they have a beautiful selection of colors and nail accessories/designs. My nail artist was very nice and made great suggestions and allowed me to choose what I wanted, she had long blonde hair. It was a wonderful experience beginning to end. I got a gel manicure with a cats eye design and two little pearls on two fingers and it came out to be about $90.

    It does not. You may add a scrub a la carte or select our Signature Manicure service which includes exfoliation, paraffin treatment as well as a 10 minute massage.

    Is there an option to only file with a nail file and not a drill?

    Yes. Please let us know your preference when you check in and we are happy to accommodate.

    I felt compelled to share my recent experience at this nail salon, one that has left a sour taste…read morein my mouth and a heavy heart. My friend, a long-time patron of the establishment, called ahead to book three pedicure appointments for us. We requested a 1 PM slot, but were asked to come in at 1:30 PM instead. We arrived a few minutes late, but were seated shortly after. Once settled, I watched as my friend and her daughter received immediate attention while I was left soaking my feet without any acknowledgment. After the technician finished with my friend's daughter, she proceeded to assist another customer who arrived after me. While I initially assumed there may have been an appointment conflict, I grew increasingly concerned when my friend's daughter's innocent question about my lack of attention made me painfully aware of the situation--I was intentionally being overlooked. I realized that since I took my seat, no staff member had acknowledged my presence or informed me that assistance would be provided shortly after they completed their current engagement. No one would even make eye contact with me. After 45 minutes of waiting, a staff member finally approached me, merely to thank me for my patience without offering any explanation or assurance that I would soon be attended to. Eventually, a woman came to start my pedicure, but her touch felt unkind and rushed, which only added to my discomfort. I felt an unwarranted sense of animosity directed at me, and despite my reluctance, I felt trapped in my seat. My friend noticed my distress and moved to sit beside me, offering her support. At that moment, I decided to speak up--I informed the technician that I did not want her to proceed with painting my nails. I paid full price for the service but left feeling disheartened and embarrassed. My friend, who has always praised the salon, couldn't shake the feeling that my treatment was influenced by my ethic background. I felt the same. She has since vowed never to return. This experience was a stark reminder of the importance of customer service and the impact it can have. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart, as no one should feel unwelcome or unvalued in a place meant for relaxation and self-care. We all deserve kindness, regardless of the circumstances.
