Me and my sister and my mother went here to get our nails done. The staff was beyond sweet and so respectful. We had a great time. My nail tech finished in about 20 mins, and I was very amazed. A day later i noticed small imperfections like air bubbles, messy sides, and wonky shaping. The photo above shows my two pinkie nails in comparison to each other. This has been my goto salon for a couple of years now. The owners are super friendly and nice. It's easy to make an appointment and best of all, they offer happy hour Mon-Wed!! You really can't beat that! I prefer to get my nails done by Jessica and she always does a great job! They can accommodate anything you would like done. As for the pedicure, I usually go with whoever is available. A few technicians I prefer more but I don't usually say a preference. Long as I get the shape I want, I'm good. I'd have to get a new gel manicure every 2 weeks because of regrowth and didn't find their gel builder technique to be top class. It's pricey, but their personable, friendly customer service makes up for it. And I felt pampered while they were massaging my hands and feet. I highly recommend Taylor for a pedicure. I used to enjoy visiting this place, but I had to stop going. The nails would fall off within days of getting them done. The last straw was when they said the wait was 10 minutes, but it ended up being much longer. When I tried to leave, they prevented me from getting up and asked me to wait two more minutes. Trying this place for the first time since the new management -- and I was shocked by how great the service was! A lot of nail salons don't really focus on customer service, but this place was different. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me so warmly and continued to check in throughout the entire service to make sure I was comfortable. They even offered snacks, and when I accidentally dropped mine all over the floor, they were still so kind and professional -- no attitude at all. I have been here twice, first time, I got gel cateye &my polish started lifting after about a week and a few days but I decided to give it one more shot and the same thing, after 5 -6 days MAX my gel started to lift & chip from the corners on almost every single nail. The middle finger was spilt and resulted in them naturally splitting beyond repair. I have not cut them down but with the damage done to the nails they've lifted and are constantly shredding without me cutting them. I know nails get weak after taking gel x but I've never had my nails lift and grow like they are. They are not healing correctly. I'm not sure if it was the amount of grinding done but I know the middle fingernail was cracked and damaged which is why it looks the way it looks. I understand that it's confusing to explain bc in theory they should get better but they were almost grinded completely off which is why they are damaged so badly and not healing. I'm not a confrontational person so having to bring up concerns about a place i love and would only go to is hard just to be told it's not correct is saddening read more

The polish is not applied neatly as it goes outside the nail bed, the edges are rough and filing wasn't done right. I did come in with short nail and that's what I wanted but their service lacked quality. The polish wasn't applied neatly -- it's uneven, with rough edges and messy lines around the nail bed. The corners weren't filled in properly, so the polish looks sloppy and unfinished instead of smooth and clean. I was looking for a simple and quality nail service which was not delivered. read more

I visited for a mani & pedi today and they did a great job! My biggest takeaway was that they did not rush and took care with what they were doing. They finished both my mani & pedi in an hour. (Other places I've been always rush through my service and seem like they've got better things to be doing.) I told my pedi guy that my callus was really bad and wished him luck, and boy oh boy did that man scrub my feet! He understood the assignment! This place was clean, had up-to-date music, and everyone was friendly (I don't remember my technicians names - so sorry guys). It's a bit more expensive than my usual place - Callus remover was an extra $7 and I like my nails buffed shiny rather than painted which was an extra $8 - but it was totally worth paying a little more. I've found my new "usual spot"! I definitely recommend giving this place a try. read more

I used to work there. The owner doesn't know how to treat their employees. They deduct all kinds of things from their salary. The salary is divided 55/45, each service is deducted $1 (any service). The card tip is deducted 20% (even if the customer pays with venmo or zelle) but the owner keeps the card tip until the next day. They talk to the workers like shit, they don't know how to respect others. I hope the customers here will see their true colors. read more

I decided to get a pedicure while waiting out the traffic back to the IE and I was impressed by the hospitality and service! Everyone was friendly, the person doing my service constantly checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied and they even give refreshments. Also, this salon is very affordable I paid $50 (WITH TIP) for a basic gel pedicure. I pay over $70 in my city but the hospitality & quality are no where near Classy Nail Polish. It's super small but located next to a tea shop so you can grab a drink beforehand to sip on while getting your manicure. Their prices are so reasonable.
