I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I found them on Google and saw a 20% off coupon. Before booking, I called and specifically asked about the pedicure price and whether I could use the coupon. I was told yes. When I arrived, I felt pressured to upgrade to a more expensive pedicure even though I repeatedly said I only wanted the regular pedicure. I was also repeatedly pushed to get gel polish, which I clearly declined.During the pedicure, the technician was very rough while working on my cuticles and was not gentle at all. When I asked to see a few darker polish colors, she showed me only three options and responded with a lot of attitude when I asked for more choices. The biggest issue came at checkout. After the service was completed, I was told the 20% coupon only applied to services over $100, which was never mentioned during my phone call. As a result, I had to pay full price. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, the pedicure technician sarcastically yelled, Thank you so much! Thank you so much! in a very rude and unprofessional manner. My nail tech intentionally made the base uneven/rough, then acted like I needed to change colors and add chrome to "fix" it. They filed my nails so deep they were literally burning. The service was rushed, inattentive, and the music was so loud you couldn't even comfortably talk. They also refused to honor the 20% discount even though my friend paid for both of us on the same ticket, which felt dishonest and frustrating. Old champagne, bad customer service, aggressive upselling, and poor quality work. Ivy and the other techs made the experience feel uncomfortable unless you agreed to spend more money. From the moment I walked in, the staff aggressively tried to upsell me products and services I explicitly declined multiple times. Pushy Upselling & Unprofessional Comments: Front desk staff and Nathalie continuously argued with me about my nails, blaming past gel polish for broken nails rather than length, and insisting I buy expensive powder or gel treatments. Nathalie continuously made rude comments about my dry skin, talked about my feet in Vietnamese to the front desk staff, and tried to force an extra "soft mask" service on me. Rushed & Sloppy Service: The pedicure lasted barely 15 minutes, with almost zero massage time, and the tech completely ignored that my pants were getting soaked during the rinse. When it came to my fingernails, Lynn used terrible quality polish that went on unevenly, leaving my nails rough until I had to ask her to smooth them out. Sneaky Fees & No Price Menu: They never showed me a price menu at check-in. When it came time to pay, they attempted to charge me an astonishing $90 for a basic manicure and pedicure. When I questioned the absurd total, they admitted to sneaking a $10 charge onto my bill for gel application on two broken nails--something Lynn applied after I had repeatedly insisted on regular polish. Hostile Interaction: When I questioned the bill and the lack of transparent pricing, Nathalie got uncomfortably close to my face in an aggressive and highly unprofessional manner. Having called to make sure there was availability, so my manicure isn't rushed, to being notified that I could arrive in 10 minutes to then receive the worst manicure ever. I sent pictures on Instagram to hope and have it resolved while in person they saw I was unhappy on my day off, trying to get pampered while I could've easily done my own nails and done a luxurious job as a nail tech. I came in for a hard builder manicure, which was not built and just brushed on and filed with all these bumps throughout my nails and edges, nails not fully covered with the color and topcoat overflowing my side walls and cuticle area. Almond should never be done on short nails, but she insisted and ruined my side walls. I honestly should've walked out as soon as I saw the cart dirty, and the same standing band reused. She rushed through my "gel builder" manicure and when I pointed to areas I didn't like that were too filed down thin, she said she wasnt finished and would fix them, but she didn't. She just rushed putting nail polish on them. While she claims she does gel builder, she does not do the real gel builder. She uses a cheap gel clear polish and calls it gel builder. For my pedicure, she was trying to force me to get an expensive one, while I wanted the basic one. Then she lied and said the simple pedicure is only for kids. This place has the worst service. I came in to get my eye brows done. The lady I check in with was filing her nails and completely bothered that I came in. She tried to tell the lady who was actually working to do my eye brows. Then they argued until the lady slammed her nail file down and took me into the back. The room was dark first red flag. The lady told me what she was going to do instead of asking me. I told her I wanted them cleaned up and thinner. She proceeded with the waxing, didn't ask my opinion just slopped the goop onto my eye brows and brought me a mirror. I said I'm sorry but they dont look any different, I wanted more gone in the middle and honestly all around. She sighed and got tweezers. She scraped them on my skin between my eyebrows and plucked out two hairs to make it seem like she did more. Then she gave me the mirror I said it looks the same this is not what I asked for. Then she told me why I can't have what I want because it won't look good on me. I don't care your opinion I want what I'm paying for not your lazy job. Was only shown $55+ pedicures and when I said not in my budget she's like so you want the green tea it will be nice oh and gell is extra $10 I was like yeah ok I'm treating myself sure. And then for the manicure I asked for cuticle clean up and gel. I was told need to do gel x extension I didn't want length but again thought fine whatever. I showed her a simple pink nail with a flower. I walked out with a different flower that I hated, rhinestones I didn't want and feel off in 1hr, crooked nail and spent $140. This was the worst nail service I've had. I went in for an acrylic fill and a pedicure and they sat me immediately. I was asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and I said the basic one multiple times and as the lady walked away she still decided to do a more expensive one. The pedicure itself was fine but I definitely didn't care the extra stuff. My fill was horrible, the girl kept on burning my skin with the drill, it literally happened on all my fingers. For my nails I wanted a design that needed to colors and we had agreed on the two colors. The girl applied the first color on all my nails and when it was time for the second color, she got up to look for other shades that weren't close to the one we originally picked. At this point I was so over the whole experience so I told her just to keep the color she had already applied. It was definitely not a shade that I would have done on its own, but I just wanted to leave so I left it. They ended up bumpy and looked messy. The whole staff sang happy birthday and brought out a cute tray of chocolates with a birthday candle to celebrate her! The worst customer service. Arrived to an empty nail salon. The woman seemed annoyed and in a hurry, like I was inconveniencing her for being there to get my nails done. Was she was about to start when I asked if she could cut them down so I could tell that annoyed her even more, and I asked her if I could have the medium size coffin and she gave me Long and when I asked her if she could cut them down a little more, she snipped a tiny bit and I said no can you please do half of that I just want a medium size nail not long and that annoyed her even more she got on the phone she said for me to wait so another woman can come. The other woman finished up the job. She was better but she didn't even wash my hands. They didn't even let me look at the color book. I felt like they were just talking about me and like I was they were annoyed that they couldn't finish decorating for Halloween mind you were August 19 right now and they charged me $70 for a medium acrylic nail with gel that they didn't even let me look at the book for I had a pic by the name when they brought out four different rides for me. The place was dirty, poor customer service. Went in for pedicure and manicure for my daughter and pedicure for myself. asked how long and attendant said 10 mins. We were sat right away with the spa water running to hot for me then she turned it to cold which ended up being to cold as my daughters tub was over filling and she had to say something to the other girl. Attendant was to busy video taping how full salon was, chairs were dusty, towels looked dirty. We got up and left after a few mins of sitting in still water. I came here because of the good reviews, but they are clearly not accurate because these are the worst nails I have ever gotten in my life. The technician seemed to rush the entire appointment and kept getting up repeatedly. She barely spent any time filing or shaping them, and the final result reflects that. The shape is uneven, and they are much shorter than I asked for. It was obvious that I was unhappy with the nails, and nothing was done to try to fix or improve them. I called to explain my experience, and instead of offering help, they tried to blame me and did not provide any solution.
