This salon is so cute! I always come here to get my toes and nails done, and everyone was so welcoming and inviting. They really know how to take care of their customers! Emily did such a great job with my dip set and previous sets have lasted strong for 3 weeks! Eddie did such a great job with my pedicure. The shaping and polish was clean and neat. Doan did my designs and I love it!
Had been coming here for couple months now. Hailey would always do my nails (no complains with her) but this last time I went I got them done with a different person and it hasn't even been 2 weeks and they are all falling off. I have uploaded a picture of all my lost nails and how they easily all fell off and you can see how my right hand hasn't grown out much so they should all still be on. On top of that I went in for an underarm wax, the day before I had called in to ask for the price. They quoted me $14 over the phone, and when it was time to pay the lady charging said it was $20. They charged me $55 for these disgusting shaped nails, when I was just their a month ago and paid the exact same price for way longer size and better shape. When I asked the lady why she charged me so much she said that there was supposably a high in demand with the products. As I was walking out she rushed over to me and gave me a card that said 15% so I could come back. That card went to the trash since I will never be returning. She probably knew she was over charging and probably pocketing that extra money. They have lost a loyal customer and I will make sure all my family and friends don't go back either.
If I could rate this place 100 STARS, I would! I've been going to Doan for about 2 years now and am IN LOVE with my nails every single time. I've searched all over Orange County for a nail salon & this one is THE BEST by far. The staff is so friendly & always makes time for everyone WHILE also giving them the best mani & pedis! Doan always does an amazing job & I always get so many compliments on my nails - my nails literally look like Pinterest inspo photos... SO good. She's understanding, listens to any nail ideas I have, asks me every step of the way if I like it & free hands the designs incredibly! I recently moved to Miami and I literally fly to California to get my nails done here. I love it THAT much. If you're considering going here, DO IT! You will not regret it... Thank you Nail Club House for always treating me so kindly.
They haven't had their grand opening yet so I walked in and was the only one in there. They took their time and did a great job on my nails but I'm a simple girl, I got a dip manicure (no extra design) and regular pedicure and the total was $75. Dip Mani- $50 Pedi- $25 that's a little more than I'm willing to pay for a manicure.
Yay!!! So happy you opened up your own salon again! Very reasonable pricing. Do yourself a favor and check her out. The sweetest and nicest nail tech. Makes you feel like family! Recommend making an appointment. I have a crazy work schedule and she will accommodate you as needed. She understands we all have busy lives. Regardless of where you live, her salon is worth the drive. I have been following Doan for over 10+ years. I have natural nails and I get a gel mani and pedicure every time. She keeps my nails so healthy and strong, even with getting gel religiously. She is phenomenal! She pays attention to detail and thee best cuticle cutter EVER. She gets so much skin and makes them look so clean and fresh. I find all my nail ideas on Pinterest, show her a picture and she does EXACTLY like the picture. Her pedicures are so relaxing and her massages put you to sleep. Her new salon is so cute inside. She takes pride, in not only her work, but her salon! Her new salon offers so many different services: I just got my eyelashes done yesterday by Chloe. Chloe was so sweet and friendly. Made me feel like family. She took her time and paid attention to detail. My eyelashes look fabulous! Thank you girls so much! So happy you followed your dreams and opened up this fabulous salon!
Doan did an amazing job!! She took her time to do gel x with design, and carefully shaped each one to make sure they are symmetrical. At the end they helped us take a picture of our nails. Also, the interior of this place is super cute! My total came out to be $75 and I tipped an additional $15. Super worth for the amount of detail and time (1.25 hours) read more

My rating is based off the current status of my acrylic nails, one week after service. I came to see Emily, nice girl and seemed knowledgeable on nails and acrylics. She understood the assignment that I didn't want chunky acrylic so did a good job of thinning it down. Unfortunately, I think she did them too thing because just one week later, they have been lifting and chipping. Also not a fan of the surprise up charges at the end of service. When a service menu shows a price of a full is $35 and I get the most standard form of a fill (nude powder, no extra polish) I expect to be charged that. Instead I left paying $45. read more

Cindy and her team took me, my future mother in law and my stepdaughter in an hour before closing for gel manicures. The service was too bitch and the nail techs were friendly. The prices for kids is really reasonable! I highly recommend this location. read more

It was my first time coming here and it was by far the best experience! The details and time they take to do my nails. I was offered refreshing lime water and asked if I was comfortable. I got acrylic nails done and gel pedicure! Totally worth it! I highly recommend going with Don and Teresa :) read more

I have been been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the first nail salon Where my nails have lasted a minimum of 4 weeks with no lifting. It's been 6 months since I found this place and I have left happy every time! I can't speak for everyone but Emily is my go to girl! read more

Well, this is not my first time came here to get my nails done. After getting so much disappointed from different salons. When I first came here to get my nail done and I just keep coming back go get my nails, pedicure, this would be the salon that I will not be disappointed and always feel satisfied whenever I left there. They did an awesome work from the basic one to the hard design. But not always, they will make a mistakes, and I always asked them to fix it right away, and they happy to do that for me. read more

Came here for the first time yesterday. I saw Emily. She has a very nice personality. I wanted a full set, coffin shape with gel. My nails were not looking good from when she started putting the acrylic on but I decided to trust the process as I had never seen her before. Sadly the shape of the nails did not get much better after filing. She cut me on two of my fingers. My nails look like they have already grown out because of the way she laid the acrylic and applied the gel. The nails on each hand are differently shaped some thinner, some thicker. The gel is bumpy on some of the nails as well. I wouldn't have been so upset if they were cheap nails. They charged $55 for these nails. Not including the tip. read more

My friend recommended me this place but I was a bit scared to try out a new place as most of you might feel the same way. Let me tell you it was a good decision. I got a full set done by Doan and I love my nails! The shape was on point as well at the design. My toes look cute again that's to Emily. If you are looking for a nail place that does great design work you have to try nail club. read more

I have been going to Doan for a few years now and I love how she works with me and my schedule ! She's attentive of my needs and always excels in what I ask for as nail designs And tries her best to accommodate that. Everywhere she's gone I've followed her! I had high hopes for this place, but I left EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I got terrible service by Hailey. She told me to come at 9:30 & she showed up 15 min late. I usually don't care people being late but being late and rude don't mix! I showed her the picture I wanted my nails to look like & if not exact something similar is totally fine. I noticed as she was doing my nails that the color wasn't matching. I stopped her twice telling her that I don't think that's the right base shade, she ignored me & told me that it will all come together at the end once she put the polish on. I trusted her & let her continue. Once she finished, it was what I expected..nothing like the picture. Not even close. The shape color..it looked terrible. I told her did not like it & she got annoyed with me. I explained it didn't match the picture & tried to tell me that it was because of my skin tone! I even tried to reason & asked for her to just cover it with polish & she was going to charge me full price plus the design! That was completely unacceptable! I simply told her to take them off. As she was taking them off she tell me to never come back & they made me pay for the removal. I still have acrylic on my nails & trust me I won't be back EVER! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I did not like my nails at all. I ask for one of THEIR designs and stiletto. And red on the back of nail. I told the lady I wanted it more pointing and she tried. But it looks bad. And then they tell me they don't have the design. I was not satisfied. read more

I can't make this up you guys I've never been through something like this in my life so I had to share. The most humiliating experience ever! After calling ahead for an appointment and coming in to get serviced by Doan. I show up to an empty salon all to myself which means it should be quick right? Nope! Instead she literally started my nails and a few minutes in took a whole lunch break for 20 minutes! I had no idea she was walking away for that long and to eat lunch. The only thing I got from her was, I'll be back!" Again I'm can't make this up! While sitting there alone wondering if she forgot about me she came back I'm the room chewing her food and drinking her beverage as if she didn't just leave a client sitting alone with unfinished nails for 20 minutes. After returning with no words she proceeded to do my nails and used the wrong powder. I'm not sure if she was too full from eating and couldn't think or what. But this lady asked me beforehand if I'd like the usual and I said yes but totally disregarded what I said and gave me something totally different that was a crappy job! It was like she didn't want to do my nails. The worse part was me asking her politely if we could fix the mistake and her trying to charge 35 extra bucks to do so.
