Having my non-existent eyebrows microbladed was something I contemplated for YEARS. After reading many reviews of several places, I "accidentally" ended up at this place. I meant to go someplace else, but messed up. When I realized I had my places confused, I thought about leaving. The strip mall (if you can call it that) was small and pretty run down. Once I went inside, I felt more relaxed. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Lana is the owner and the sole technician. She came out and greeted me and put the numbing cream on my brows. Once I was on the bed she explained the procedure, the after care and what to expect. She sketched out my shape and showed me what it would look like. She went over color with me too. All in all, from the time I walked in till the time I left was 3 hours. I wasn't knowledgeable on how it all worked, but be aware, the after care and recovery is about 10-14 days. My eyebrows itches, scabbed up and flaked off. I couldn't get sweat on them or get them wet (which isn't easy when you're a menopausal woman who sweats for no reason!). After 14 days and all the scabbing had flakes off, I was able to go back at no charge to touch up any areas that needed it. My final opinion is "Why did I wait so long??" It's amazing to wake up and look put together with very minimal makeup! The end result was very natural. I am so happy with how they turned out. read more

I had very short and straight lashes. Many years ago I was getting eyelash extensions. I loved having them but unfortunately the lash tech used old glue and I had a reaction. I thought I was allergic but I was wrong. Lana took me late the evening before the 4th of July. When I walked in her shop it was clean, professional and the decor is very charming. Lana is a true professional. She knows exactly what she is doing with years of experience! In the past when having eyelash extensions installed I would blink a lot. Lana noticing this spoke to me in a very soothing tone and immediately I became relaxed and actually fell asleep! When I saw the final result I was beyond blown away! The service didn't take more than an hour for a new set while in the past with other lash techs, it took much longer. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming back here ever again. The owner was extremely rude, and was not willing to hear me out whatsoever. I literally had to walk out of my appointment. I knew from my first experience with her I was not going to want to come back. She already seemed a little off putting and not very welcoming at all. I specifically told her I wanted my eyelashes to look as natural as possible - I have smaller eyes and a full on glam set of lashes are going to overpower me. Rather than listening she ended up giving me a full set that was still too long and wispy. Since that visit I haven't gone back to her for months - today was just an exception because I couldn't get an appointment with my normal location (goes to show do not cheat on your beautician). Anyways I get to my appointment and again I tell her I want it to look as natural as possible. I had ombre shading done to my eyebrows and I'm Thrilled with the outcome. Lana is an artist, she shaped my brows perfectly and I felt comfortable as she explained the pigments and tones of the skin to help me make the right color choice for my eyebrows. She has a light hand and the procedure which took about 1 hour and 30 minutes was totally painless; I appreciated that she kept checking on my comfort level.
