This review is LONG overdue.. Linh is honest, cares about you and your lashes and is absolutely…read moreamazing at what she does. Going to Linh is 100% worth it!!! I used to get my lashes done at those cheaper lash studios and the chain businesses.. Not only did those places ruin/strip my natural lashes, but they also did not look as good! I have been going to Linh consistently for the last 3 years and I haven't stopped because I never have to wear make up to look presentable. I get the volume sets so they're fluffy/wispy and look fabulous. My lashes are still healthy and every time the fake lashes fall off (which they do naturally), I don't lose any of my natural lashes with them. Linh tells you when your lashes need a break and gives recommendations on how to keep your lashes clean (to help with retention) and how to promote healthy natural lash growth. For me personally, my hair everywhere grows REALLY fast (which I think is something that the other lash places struggled with because I would have so much growth when I came back for fills). I honestly think it takes real talent to be able to give me full lashes after every fill.. which Linh is able to do. She works quickly and even adds her own personal touches to enhance my eyes.

I had my lashes done at Soleil Lash about a month ago, and unfortunately, my second experience here…read morewas very disappointing. After my appointment, I began experiencing discomfort in my eye that continued to get worse. I eventually saw my eye doctor, who confirmed that I had several small cuts/scratches to my eye consistent with irritation from the tape used during the lash application. I reached out to Soleil Lash to explain what happened and ask whether they would reimburse me for the cost of my doctor's appointment. The response I received felt automated and impersonal, and they ultimately denied any reimbursement or refund. I completely understand that accidents can happen, and the fact that I experienced an injury is not actually what disappointed me the most. What bothered me was how the situation was handled afterward. When a customer reaches out because they were injured during a service and had to seek medical care, I would expect the business to at least show genuine concern and make an effort to address the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. I had been willing to return after my first visit, but after this experience and poor customer care afterward, I would not feel comfortable coming back.

I love that she added some dimension using various lengths. On top of that, my retention was great and I still had a good amount of lashes by the end of the 4th week (with daily cleaning & care). I'm honestly shocked and deeply disappointed by how much this place seems to have changed…read more I had been coming here for approximately seven years, and one of the reasons I remained loyal was because the staff was always responsive, caring, and professional. In the past, I could count on receiving a call or text back promptly. That is absolutely not what I have experienced recently. I went through a devastating medical emergency and was in a coma for three weeks. They were aware of what happened to me. After everything I have been through physically and emotionally, it took a lot for me to finally reach out--and then to be completely ignored for days was incredibly hurtful. I'm not expecting special treatment. I am expecting basic courtesy, empathy, and compassion from a business I supported for seven years. I genuinely wonder whether there has been a change in ownership or management, because this does not feel like the same place I once trusted and recommended. When a longtime client reaches out after surviving something so traumatic, a simple response should not be too much to ask. Sadly, I am extremely disappointed in how I have been treated.
