My lashes always come out flawless, full, and exactly how I want them. They last so well, she pays attention to every detail, and she always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. READ THE REVIEWS THAT ARE BELOW 5 STARS!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY LIKE ME! I was honestly expecting decent service until I seen the less good and bad reviews... so before reading my story go look! And look at the business's responses back. I reached out to get an estimate for a lash refill, but instead I was asked to come in before any pricing was provided. From my understanding, most lash salons have a set price for refills as long as lashes are still in an acceptable refillable state, depending on the type. I even sent a picture of my lashes, but they still insisted I needed to come in. I specifically asked for an estimate before coming in, but the estimate I finally received was almost $100 for lashes I've barely had for a week. I just wanted them a bit thicker, which makes that price feel extremely unreasonable. If my lashes weren't as full, I think they might have quoted me a higher price, but since they were full, I was given the standard rate. My point is, if pricing is based on the state of someone's lashes, then seeing that they're full should justify a fairer, possibly lower price, or at the very least be consistent. Instead, it feels like the normal price was kept while the potential for an upsell was considered, which seems unfair and misleading. Another reason I hesitated to come in is that I had seen some of the bad Yelp reviews. Even though most ratings are good, the negative ones made me hesitant, and I was right. Save your money, there are much better lash places around here. I'm glad I texted first rather than just showing up. I usually do walk-ins, but I wanted to make sure I could afford it, especially before traveling, and for lashes that are barely a week old, this feels unreasonable. read more

I went to 3 eyelash places before finding Beauty Eyelashes. They all did a decent job but I LOVE the way she does them and they last well for 3 weeks. I didn't even really *need to get them filled after 3 weeks this time but I like the thicker look (I also work out, sweat, go outside a lot, sleep on my face, etc so this is impressive). The owner/lash tech is also personable and quick. The distance from my place and the price is right. I'm in and out within an hour. I've been back 3 times now and plan on continuing to go. I have extremely sensitive skin and eyes and she's always been gentle and I have never been irritated. If you're looking for a lash person, I highly recommend Beauty Eyelashes. I went in yesterday and she seemed a little shaken up. I asked her if she was alright and she told me the lady before me had gotten the $20 upgrade and then refused to pay for it, said she was hurt and ran out without paying for the upgrade. Yoyo is incredible, a lash angel! I lost her number during the pandemic and was so glad & grateful I found her again this year. By far the best lash experience I have ever had! Her lashes look better and stay on longer than other places I've tried in Brea & Fullerton area. I will no longer go anywhere else! Yoyo is also incredibly kind. She is very accommodating when it comes to appointments and is sweet and friendly. She has such a gentle hand I can hardly feel her putting on the lashes and usually fall asleep during my lash appointment ls because I am so relaxed. She also has maintained extremely reasonable pricing over the years. She uses great quality lashes. They are soft and light and do not irritate my eyes at all. I literally get compliments on my lashes everywhere I go and could not say enough great things about Yoyo's business. Trust me you will not regret coming here- a hidden gem! I have been coming here for a year plus now. YOYO is a gem. Not only is she the owner but she also knows how to do eyelashes beyond an expert. Her ability to work with each client's shape of their eyes and etc is critical and she does it well. Her experience, techniques, lashes and mainly glue is the main reason why I continue to come monthly. Her glue lasts me 4 weeks or more. Don't get there. Shadiest business ever. They said they would honor my Groupon price for volume eyelashes me then when I get there, she tells me that it's not for volume, it's for classic only and that Groupon doesn't list everything. Hmmm, I called and showed them on Groupon that it is for volume eyelashes and shes trying to BS me saying if you want volume, it's $100 bs what Groupon saids $68. I took time out of my day and schedule to deal with the dishonesty just to con me into paying more. I can read and tell me that the Groupon doesn't state volume when it clearly did , I will not let someone take advantage of my time and money. when I was in there, there was another client that was there to tell them she wanted her eyelashes removed asap. She said just take them off now. Even when I'm asking her questions, she's texting on her phone and barely made eye contact. WOOHOO!! ive been wanting to get eyelash extensions for a while now but its always been so pricey. I thought while I'm in socal, whateva treat yoself. looked at groupon for some deals but wanted to make sure that there we're available appointments first before i bought it. contacted through yelp messages and booked myself an appointment. i ommited the groupon step since they take a percentage of the coupon and i was told theyd honor the same price (so groupon doesnr dip their fingers into the profits). 10am on monday-plentiful parking. got up and yoyo was so sweet!! i went in looking supa whack and walked out with the confidence of looking GOOD technically without makeup haha. i got the 3d lashes and they're so soft and comfy!! doesn't feel like i have anything heavy on my eyelids at all. and now my laahes are even and full!!! esp my left eye bc a curler broke in hs and plucked out the first half. I honestly usually only write good reviews to promote quality of work and good people. I don't like writing negative reviews but I wouldn't want another person to go through the harassment and terrible experience that I've been through this place. The tech name is YoYo and she was very rude and unprofessional. I've been through many lashes technicians which became friends through Groupon that I come back to pay full price + tips on the next visits. I also do my own lashes and my friends lashes safely when pandemic closed out business. But this place is one that is not even worth trying out even through Groupon. She upsell me for upgrades and I was willing to but wanted to know first more of what is being use on me: curve of the lash, thickness and length but it seems she was upset of me asking. I also asked if she will put a Bonder (it seals the lash glue to last longer from such like humidity) but she has no idea what it was. Other professionals beauty salon knows this but I didn't mind, I can just put some when I get home. She will harass you of why buying it on Groupon. She asked me why do Groupon if your going to a wedding. I told her I paid full price before on first time place and did not like the work so I like to try it out first from Groupon to save plus it close to my place. I bought from Groupon a full set volume mink $69. She used a YY lashes make volume to half ass her work for volume. I understand the business so I was willing to upgrade for extra $20 + tips but the she did not deliver and did not do the work she promised. She messed up on my lashes, it was uneven. I have good condition lashes that supposed to be fill in but left several gaps. She wanted to pull out my lashes that she messed up on. The whole time I was laying down, she was stressing me out and keep mentioning about the Groupon, she will degrade you. I've never had such bad experiences like from this place where she placed her heavy hand on my head and face that my neck hurts. It's not supposed to feel sharp pain putting on lashes but it hurts, I have my eyes shut but I think it's the tweezer poking my eyelids. I nicely let her knows it hurts and she was abruptly rude about me being hurt and disregarded my concerns, snapped at me to relax my eyes when I was in pain from her hands. Beauty is first supposed to come from within before physical look. I came here to relax and feel good after getting my lashes done but this place made me feel worse from YoYo's ugly personality. I asked her to make my lash even or fix it but she started arguing with me, the client. For someone that does not know lashes might not know the difference but I'm not new to this. And I respectfully asked for quality of work and great relation with same equal respect. But I don't trust her after that. I was not going to tolerated being treated rudely, I had to walked out with poorly done lashes. She expect you to pay her for being treated like crap and doing unexceptional bad work. I reported it to Groupon and wrote a review and she replied back; accused me of stealing her money and running away. Wow really? When she hit my side shoulder as she walked me to the door, and I let her know that I'm not coming back and that place or maybe just her is really bad. I would highly not recommend this place, maybe she was just having a bad day and she poured it on me but that is not how you treat any human being. I believe in good will to others and Karma. They use the best products for less expensive prices that you would find at normal salons (that are using cheaper glue and lashes). They take a little bit longer to do a full set (about 1.75 hr) but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. I got a 4D set for the first time ever, and the lashes are SO light and fluffy that they don't irritate or weigh down my eyes AT ALL! Yoyo says she has loyal clients going on years now, and I can see why. No, the salon isn't fancy, or offers any other products and amenities. But with lashes like these, I'll be another loyal client too! read more

She made special accommodations for me to see me right before my scheduled maternity photo shoot, being pregnant/high risk it was important that things were clean, wearing mask and only one client at a time. Watch out who you get!! There are only two girls who work there and one is definitely inexperienced. Unfortunately, she is who I got. She started doing my lashes and she was having trouble so they switched and the other girl took over. I could definitely tell the difference, but the damage had already been done. The first girl used so much glue that my eyes were burning when she tried to apply the lashes. This should not happen! And I could tell she applied some lashes incorrectly that the other girl had to remove and fix. By the end of it, that lashes looked good but caused SO MUCH IRRITATION and PAIN for two days straight before I gave up and got them removed! My eyes were SO RED and still felt irritated for at least a week after removal! I even went to an optometrist to make sure my eyes weren't damaged from the lashes! Make sure you go somewhere with experienced workers who know what they're doing cause it can really ruin your experience and cause A LOT OF PAIN in result!! I canceled all future appointments because I'm too scared to ever get lashes again! I let them know that I was in so much pain, I was scared to return. One of the best services I have had yet! One thing I had trouble was getting to the actual place bc it's location is a little hidden, so good thing I came early to look for it. The specialist asks what type of lashes you want, so if it's your first time I recommend having a photo ready for her, or do your research before you show up. She does classic, 2D, 5D mink. Mink lashes is her specialty; she mentioned that these lashes are a lot lighter and give it a more natural (compared to competitive lashes) look. I am very happy with my look! My eyes burned a little from the LED lights she has on, but nothing too irritating. Definitely recommend and a lot cheaper than most places. For the 2D set it was $70, but I paid an extra $10 for the removal of old lashes, so be aware if it's your first time and if you have some on already ! read more

Okay ladies, update time. Here are my amazing mink lashes at exactly 40 days later, it's almost been 6 weeks and my handmade fan mink lashes are still wispy and fly af. Before you ask, I do wash them twice a day because I hate dirty lashes but I also don't wear makeup that much. I also have very very watery eyes and sleep on my side so that's why the outer corners are more sparse. Needless to say, I'll be flying back to SoCal in January after the holidays to get a new set. Omg I have got my lashes done plenty of times but honestly I don't know what it is about those places that my lashes don't last I been told it's my oily skin or working out however here I been able to work out and be oily and no problem at all with my lashes I wash them clean them brush them and they stay on I used to go 1.1/2 weeks top with those at home places and with this one not only is the price better but the retention is 2-3 weeks long for me I haven't gone 3-4 weeks but I'm sure I can read more
