Her daughter handed me the phone because she wasn't understanding what I was wanting and the owner said, Hey! That's not my daughter, she's my employee!". I came here because of the great reviews and it was my first time getting a brow lamination. To start off, I was pressured into getting the lash lift with the lamination because of the discounted price. I asked the lady about the duration of the process by which she said 40 minutes. Had I known what it entailed, I would've said no. Since it was my first time getting a lash lift, I personally felt uncomfortable through the whole process. My eyes were closed for 45+ minutes while I laid there on the chair. She said because of my hair, I had to stay laying there for 5 more minutes. I love a natural look so I felt the lashes were a little overkill. Service was great but I didn't like the whole procedure, especially after I was told "beauty is pain." In the end I was satisfied with my brows but overall I don't think I will be coming back for a lash lift. read more

They do amazing eyebrows. I went from the first time about a month ago and loved the way my eyebrows came out. But I also got a lash lift and tint.. I would not recommend getting it done here. Came on Father's Day Sunday around 430 ish. All other places around here tend to close early in the late afternoon just because there is low traffic... and that's understandable for small businesses towards the last two hours of the day so though it's a little annoying it's understandable. I've came here maybe a total of 8-10 times for brows. I was skeptical at first but I actually liked how Sonia threaded my brows. The 2nd to last time I went she had raised her price from $10 to $11, if you have repeated customers it would be nice to advise your customer once they walk in BEFORE service that there is a price increase. She didn't. When I asked about it being $10 she said "it's just a dollar". Ok but what if I just had the initial $10.. not saying that was the case but WHAT IF. I did mention this to her and she looked very bothered when I confronted her, but oh well. Today, I brought my mom to do her brows, I no longer get them done here since Sonia is very inconsiderate. Again, when paying her assistant said it was $12... again nothing said before service and another price increase in less than 2 months is crazy. No thank you! WORST SERVICE EVER!! I visited this salon with my aunt to get some Threading and waxing svcs and they burned her face. Lady named Sonia kept talking and trying to sell bleach services while doing her waxing. If only she kept her mouth shut and focused on doing her work there would have been better result.
