I've been coming here for the last four years and I look forward to it everytime! I usually have another spot I go to but since I've moved out to Fullerton for school, I was quite nervous about letting my eyebrows be touched by anyone else. I'd highly recommend letting them know it's your first time here as they usually will give you the mirror after doing one eyebrow to make sure it's to your liking! Sujita is my favorite and she does it quickly and without much pain. She's the lady in the first chair and usually people there are also waiting for her but the other two ladies here are also quite helpful and kind, they just move a little slower. Even though I'm balling on a budget now, Sujita still remembers me and it's always so fun to catch up even if my appointments are two months apart LOL read more

Came here the first time and no wait. $10 for eyebrow threading. Went to the first chair and told her what I wanted. I think a part of some eyebrow hairs were over threaded and have a very small but noticeable bald speck that maybe she accidentally took out some hairs. Also the eyebrow lengths are a bit different too, which I told her I want the keep the length. She did clean and trip the eyebrows and applied witch hazel. read more

My go-to for threading my eyebrows. Sujita is so sweet and does a great job cleaning up my eyebrows. I've gotten my eyebrows done by Prati a few times but found that there were still a lot of hairs left and not cleanly removed (cut at the base). The wait can get long because most people wait for Sujita. I'm guessing others have had the same experience as me. At this point, they need to hire another worker or have Prati retrain her skills so she can put them to use in a way that's satisfying to the clients. read more

My wife goes here for her eyebrow threading so I was thinking "Why not?" and came with her to get my eyebrows done too. They accept walk-ins and all you do is sign your name up on the sheet to wait for the next available chair. As a guy, they made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what to do with my eyebrows. A word of warning to the guys who've never had their eyebrows threaded - it will feel like pins and needles on your eyebrow because they're plucking each hair with a string. I was wincing a bit, but it'll be over before you know it. The final look is like night and day. My eyebrows look more defined and on point, which is exactly what I was looking for. TERRIBLE customer service from Sela. After she repeatedly pressed into my eyelid with way too much force and scratched my face with her long nails, I flinched. When she finally asked if I was okay, I explained the issue. Her response? Sela ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. Yes, really. When I pointed out how rude that was, she actually laughed in my face. Not only was she completely unprofessional, but she was also incredibly slow. My eyebrows came out uneven, and she didn't even bother to ask if I was satisfied. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I will never return--especially not to Sela. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any business. You should really consider holding your employees to higher standards. read more

I'm never going back. I was helped Monday night by Sujita and honestly, probably the worst customer service I have ever gotten. I read the reviews which is why I came, but I was so dissatisfied and tbh just an overall horrible experience. 1. She actually doesn't know how to shape eyebrows. My eyebrows were thick and beautiful and she sliced right through them. I was honest with her and said it was too thin and she was bothered that I have a preference on how I like my eyebrows. I almost cried. Her response "they'll grow back" 2. When I signed in at 6pm, I WROTE "full face". She let me sit in the chair, butcher my eyebrows and then after she tried to kick me out. I told her I wrote full face and she told me she was too busy. She legit did not want to help me... I came a whole hour in advance, waited for 35min to get helped only to literally get told the girl that walked in 5 min ago has priority? I was pissed. I wrote full face, if she would have told me she didn't have time, I woulda left and gone to a place that can accommodate me. I had to embarrassingly plead my case to get her to do her job. I felt embarrassed and upset. She already ruined my eyebrows to then not even do what I wrote down and came in for? I think she realized she was being awful because towards the end she calmed down, but she was rushing through my face in the beginning, huffing and puffing and just purely irritated at me, a paying customer. 3. I wasn't important. She kept walking away, answering the phone, for someone that was rushed to leave, she made sure to waste her time and mine. Tbh the only reason I tipped her $10 because I could tell she regretted being rude and awful in the beginning, but that doesn't change what she did. I get walk ins come and go, but if she saw full face, she could have timed herself and stopped taking people at a certain time and not made me, a paying customer feel like a burden. I was so disappointed. I only tried this place because my days off changed and now the days I have off my usually eyebrow lady in Newport does too. All other places I've been to in emergencies have been rude, have made me bleed, gossip with follow co workers, or lean on me and are too close for comfort. Not here. They never disappoint! I'm honestly so thankful this place is open even during Covid. Sujita does such a fantastic job at ensuring to be as clean as possible for her clients. Sanitizes between each person, wears a mask and washes her hands before and after each client. I feel at ease when I'm here I've gone here before and during Covid and I have made this my OC eyebrow place. Not coming back here again! I'm crying. My eyebrows were botched! She took en entire piece off the center portion of my eyebrow! This isn't my natural shape and definitely not just a "clean up." So disappointed. Heading to target to buy a brow pomade to fill them in and make them look like my natural eyebrows right now. The threader was nice but she was super rough on my face too - you can see my super red forehead. My upper lip is swollen too. I thread all the time, so it's not me being sensitive. Their pricing structure also forces you to get your lips and eyebrows done for $10. Just eyebrows are $8 (which is high for just brows), but brows and lips are $10. Obviously most people do lips and brows together since it's only $2 more. I spent $10 to get my eyebrows botched when I usually pay $5 to get them done nicely near my house. read more

I'm used to going to Prati because she's been waxing/threading me so she knows exactly what I want but the other lady is super sweet too!
