They're my go to threading place because they're one of the closest to me. When they listen and give you what you ask for it's great but then there are times when they'll do your brows way too thin. If you do like them, keep in mind you can't combine stamp cards. I must have at least 10 stamp cards lying around. There's an up charge for credit cards. read more

Everyone who works here is nice and friendly. The prices have gone up, but that's not unusual. I've only had my brows done, and the work is usually quick and thorough. The only downside is that the parking lot is small and has a weird layout. If it's full, you can park in the lot across the street and walk over. It can also get busy around holidays when people want nice brows, so you may want to go early or late so you don't wait long or feel rushed. read more

I asked for brows and tint. The lady first said to me that they didn't offer tint, then her coworker must have told her they did (in their language). And all of a sudden they offered it. That should have been my first red flag. The lady did such sloppy work, I told her that it didn't look clean and she started going on about how one my hairs will be tinted and not my skin. The lady that initiated the work on my brows had a runny nose and was congested I asked her if she was sick she said yes she tried to down play it by saying it was oh just a small cold, I requested another person work on me, she reluctantly stepped away, murmuring in her native language, long story short 2 days later I develop a terrible cold that lasted close to 2 weeks I highly advise you to think twice before you step foot into this small place, the ventilation is poor the parking is very limited and the ladies that work on your face show up to work sick. I've been coming to this place for the last 2 years and this past time that I went the lady did them so bad. my left eyebrow there is a part. And not only is it missing one is thinner then the other and it just looks really bad. You can tell the lady was rushing. Recommended here by a friend because my usual place was closed and they did not disappoint! Arti did my brows and she listened to how I wanted them and she executed very well! I'm very picky with how my brows look and she didn't cut too much off, kept the shape and just cleaned it up. I will definitely be coming back here! This place refused service on me twice. Once with my mom and once with my brother with disabilities. Leads me to believe this place is homophobic and has issues with people with disabilities. The place looks reasonably clean from first impression but no masks in sight and no sanitizer in the walkway. The biggest red flag was they all approached me as i walked in without their masks on and told me They couldn't do any service for me today. During this pandemic it's irresponsible to not have the proper PPE and taking precaution. Shame on this spot for running business this way, for treating customers with disabilities this way as well. I try my utter best to deliver quality service to all my guests not because of tip but because it makes me feel good when my guests are happy and it makes work that much more fun. Anyway, let me tell you why I'm giving this place 1 star. It's because of the lady who was threading my eyebrows . Not only is she rude and aggressive (while threading)... she demands tip and if you give her 20% she says "just this?"... unbelievable. I normally tip 25% when I'm pleased and 18~20% when I'm not satisfied but I've never experienced such attitude from someone. It's unfortunate because this place is relatively close to my home. I had a painful experience with Ekta keeping in mind I have a high pain tolerance and threading never bothers me. She threaded so close to my skin that it left the area raw with open lacerations underneath my eyebrows. 30 minutes later, my brows are still stinging. I couldn't believe she actually cut the delicate skin around my eyes while threading me! Unheard of and unacceptable. The thread kept breaking multiple times throughout my experience and I was surprised to be in and out in less than 5 minutes. There were no other customers waiting so I don't see why she was rushing. It's been awhile since I've come back here...and honestly I'm not sure why I keep giving this place a chance. I've been here about 3 times, in the past 3months. On my first visit, I had explained to the lady who was going to be doing my threading that I would like to have my eyebrows shaped and cleaned. Which she completely ignored. I was highly disappointed, in how my eyebrows came out... I walked in with nice full eyebrows, which just needed to shaped and cleaned to look more presentable. Yet, I walked out with thin unshaply eyebrows. I had informed the lady, that this was not what I asked for. Yet all she told me was that this looked better than what I wanted. Ummm okay... On my second visit, I got the same lady and I had asked for her to just clean up my eyebrows and make them more presentable. (Note: I was able to grow my eyebrows back to there original state. Not as full as before, but it was good enough.) But, yet again she ignores my requests and tells me what she did was more suited for my face. I don't know this lady's name, but both times I had her hands reaked of this strong scent which I can't even figure out might have caused it. Being completely honest, I'm not even sure she sanitized her hands before she started threading my eyebrows. On my last visit, I asked to get my chin and neck threaded. The lady helping me (completely different person from my first 2 visits) tells me towards the end that she cannot remove all hair because they are ingrown hairs. Keep in mind I didn't have any ingrown hairs on my chin when I went into this location. Okay maybe one.......the lady doing my eyebrows did it way to fast that I kept jumping on my chair cuz of the pain but still no problem getting what I wanted; clean eyebrows. Even though they're always busy, it doesn't take too long to be out of there. They're pretty fast and the place is very clean. The prices are very reasonable and once you filled out your member card you get a free service. Most businesses are doing that nowadays which it's cool. This is the worst place ever. I have multiple cuts from Arti on both sides of my eyebrows. I told her that I wanted a sharper edge but she passively aggressively started cutting the sides of my eyebrows! I have four to five cuts on both sides of my eyebrows and under my eyebrows. I called to tell the manager and I spoke with Arti first hand telling her how she cut my brows. All she did was apologize but didn't even give me a refund. Worse threading salon ever. They really don't have certain procedures they follow and just make up rules as they go. I went in to do my eyebrows for the first time in a long time and it's like they don't care we're still in a pandemic . No safety precautions being taken at all. When I suggested how it might make other people comfortable if they socially distance everyone , they gave me an attitude instead of acknowledging a customers opinion .
