I hadn't threaded my eyebrows in over 10 years because every time I tried, the pain was unbearable--I could barely get through one eyebrow before giving up. I finally decided to give it another shot, and it was the BEST decision ever! From the moment I walked in, the lady was so warm and welcoming. She asked if it was my first time there and listened to my only request: to keep my eyebrows thick. She did exactly that--threading them back into their natural shape while keeping them clean, defined, and absolutely beautiful. The experience was surprisingly comfortable! She guided me on how to place my hands to make threading easier, and to my amazement, it wasn't painful at all. Sweet lady and love that she cleans chair after everyone! So glad I decided to try this place last week . My eyebrows look amazing . I will be back in two weeks . Inside is clean with a cool plant growing u along the walls . Parking is in the back of the building . There is good amount of seating inside , my son loved the comfy couch where he relaxed while I was getting my eyebrows done . I never seen anyone use a necklace to hold one side of the thread but I liked that and she also wears a mask . Everything seems sanitary . read more

I am serious about my eyebrows, as all of us are. Found this place and had good reviews so I gave it a try, and ms.Rinku got me so right I got my eyebrows and top lip threaded. I am a shy person and she striked up a conversation which really helped me feel comfortable. She is so quick with it too, and still came out perfect which I loved ! She wore gloves and sanitized everything before and after she was done with me. She must have a good technique because I swear it hurt less than usual. Lots of parking, and the shop was cute and clean. Rinku threaded my eyebrows and she was terrible to me. It was my first time there and she swiped my card and said it didn't work but my card does work I had just used it. I gave her a new card and she swiped it again but said my card didn't work. I checked my transaction history and saw that the charge did go through so I said I didn't feel comfortable giving her a new card. She yelled at me and said she would sue me. She continued to complain about my card not working and was loud in front of other customers too. After a few days the owner reached out and asked for payment. I checked and the payment was gone. I brought up the problem and he/she also never addressed the rudeness. Get waxed instead threading is too painful and place doesn't look clean a lot of little bugs due to plant inside store. She's patient and listens to the shape I want for my brows. It's hard finding someone who cares about the shape you're trying to achieve. Customer service and vibe is absolutely awesome! She is so sweet and kind I called and asked for price and it's 9$ for brows. She definitely likes to keep the brows thicker to go with your natural brows and not strip so much hair, so if you prefer them thinner ask and she will gladly do so! Checked this out cuz I was in the area and thought I'd try it.. Parking is in the back of the buildings. And the area, it low key looks like none of the businesses are open but they really are. The threading of my eyebrows were only $9 (which is fair pricing). The main thing I'll say tho is that she does a great job because it doesn't hurt as much as other threading places I've gone to so I'll definitely be going back! read more

Visiting Disneyland from Texas and there was no wait time very gentle and had great attention to detail.

The place is not aesthetically pleasing, chairs are out-dated, plants everywhere, and in a dilapidated building. In regard to the service provided, it was average. Not the best, nor the worst. I did appreciate the staff wore gloves, mask, and took sanitary precautions. My eyebrows can out decent, not the best eyebrow threading. I will not be returning, I would highly recommend to seek other places in Anaheim. read more
