The smell of incense was too strong for my liking, but was good none the less. The process was quick and they are covid aware, wearing a mask & face shield. Since moving back down to Anaheim, my usual threading place has become a bit of a drive for me and makes it harder to travel to and from there. After looking through Yelp reviews and dealing with the nervousness of finding a new salon, I settled and gave Laxami Threading Salon a shot. When I walked in, I was greeted by Rinku and her family. They were extremely sweet to me and asked me if I was a new customer (which means they know their regulars-- a plus!). Rinku's threading skills are amazing! Usually when it's been awhile since I've gotten my eyebrows done, it's usually much more painful and the people go extremely slow for whatever reason. Rinku made my session as painless as possible and I was in and out of there within 10 minutes, absolutely loving my eyebrows! Came in for the first time with my ESA dog. After seeing all the good reviews this place had an I was very disappointed in the "friendliness". When I walked in, there was one customer in there already. The lady threading didn't greet me instead she stopped and just stared at my Frenchie. She only kept saying "I don't like your dog".
