BALD SPOT after waxing. I've been coming here for years and never had an issues until recently. I usually got my brows done by the same person but this girl was new to me. Anyways I realized after waxing that I was left with a bald spot. I talked to the owner and she tried making up so many excuses. She tried saying it's impossible to have a bald spot from threading, I didn't get threading I got waxed and it is possible. She tried blaming my makeup, she tried saying there was a pimple there & I told her there is no pimple. lol. She did everything but apologize. She gave me a free oil for hair growth to fix it. Just make sure to take before and afters so she can't try to gaslight you. read more

Hello, so my intention was to ask for Meena as I got there based on the reviews but it was pretty busy as I arrived. Luckily, I got assigned to her as I entered. She was so, so fast. Only took her 10 mins and I had A LOT to work with. I moved here from San Diego and will def make this place my regular. this place is definitely a hit or miss. I've been here before and have been going since 2017- a few times they did an amazing job, and others were definitely questionable. I went in today and asked for an eyebrow wax, specifically requesting just a clean up, and they completely changed my eyebrow shape and the two sides were totally uneven. so sad :( read more

Sati (chair 3) was really nice and took careful time, going bit by bit on my brows. Unfortunetely she also too way too much off my left brow. She showed me at the end, and it was already damage done. I just can't with how bad they turned out. They are uneven. The shape is wrong and I was cut multiple times. One is higher then the other. I waited a long time to get them threaded as I wanted them to grow out more. I regret going here. I have important meetings in he next couple of days I won't be able to fix them as they are too sensitive to make up on them. I am just so devastated and disappointed. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I came here awhile back and I didn't like how they did my eyebrows, but it's been awhile so today I decided to go because the place I usually go to was closed. I went in asking for a clean up and she literally BOTCHED my eyebrows they look completely different than one another. When I went up to pay she INSISTED and KEPT insisting that I add a tip I felt so pressured and I just wanted to leave I left a $2 tip. If you don't want your eyebrows to look completely different than what you came with I would suggest NOT coming to this establishment. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. I was fuming when I checked my eyebrows in the mirror. Upon signing in I was seen right away at chair 5. I should have gotten her name but I didn't. She asked me just a an eyebrow clean up and yes because that's what I usually get. I don't know if she is new or just shouldn't be threading eyebrows but her hand was heavy. I already had the thought of not tipping her $3 I usually give since the threading costs $7. It just makes sense I think to make it an even $10. Anyways I dealt with the pain. She put cold lotion on which felt so good because my eyebrows were throbbing. She then gave me the mirror and I couldn't believe it. They were sooo thin. And I have pretty light eyebrows already. My left one was shorter than the other one. I told her that it was and she got her thread out and placed over them as if to measure them. She said no it's just really light at the end. It clearly was missing the hair I came in with. I left the chair because I didn't want to argue. My hair was gone. I paid and told the woman at the front I was not happy. The woman who did my eyebrows followed me and said she would fix it but honestly it's not my nails i smudged its hair that was gone. It's not like she would make my hair grow back! And I told her I didn't want my other brow to be short as well. I didn't tip. I left. Angry. Frustrated. This place never let me down before but this one bad experience will not bring me back. read more

Everyone is really friendly and I had no wait on a Saturday afternoon. She took her time, I would say about at least 10 minutes. No massage after, just asked me if I wanted to some lotion on my brows but I chose not to. She didn't remove my eyebrow makeup before threading which I thought was a little weird, but when I took off my makeup at home, my brows still looked great! So i came in for the first time for henna and I have never been so satisfied with any kind of service I didn't know what to expect but was greeted with nothing but welcoming gestures by everyone in the shop (jano was very nice & great at the design ) I brought my own design and they exceeded my expectations! This would be my 2nd review for this place. I initially found them on yelp and there you go, for the past 2 Years I've been an loyal customer that comes here every 2 weeks to get my eyebrows threaded :) I am Extremely picky and the girl that does my brows is amazing! I keep forgetting her name but her station is in the front , shes tall and skinny with big eyes :) When she is off or left early, I go with the owner meena who is also amazing at getting my brows nice and clean :). I always enjoy our small convos too ! The location is located in a plaza in Anaheim with some fast food joints, market and other small business. Parking is a bit tight sometimes getting in and out but for the most part I always find parking in front of the store. The store itself is a very modern clean environment . My 4 year old who usually comes with me to get my brows done always looks forward to the little lollipops they provide in the front desk :) read more

Took a chance and came here and was not disappointed. I was on my lunch and stopped by to get my brows and upper lip threaded and on my way out the threaded presented to me a slew of specials they had going on that I wished I had more time for. Definitely ask what specials are available before getting threaded. I could've gotten threaded for free if I had gotten a facial done that day which is a win-win for me. Parking is a little crazy here but I was able to get in the chair right away during my lunch which was convenient. They meant well, but threader made me bleed in a couples places on my brows. I also kept telling them I was in a hurry and had to be somewhere. After my service was done and I was all paid up, they kept talking to me and trying to sell me products as I was trying to back out the door. It made me uncomfortable and I discovered the bleeding on my way home. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Awesome place to go in and out to get your eyebrows threaded real quick. Jenny was able to clean up my brows and get all the hair off my cheeks too. I commented that I was surprised that my face didnt turn red despite all the passes of the thread. The owner Mina approached me on my way out and told me that they keep their clients skin hydrated with an aloe solution that she formulated for the salon. I was in and out in 20 minutes. read more

If I can give no stars I would. Girls don't come here I just went today and the lady messed up my eyebrows so bad one is perfect and the other one is just half of the hair I had. I was shocked when she handed me the mirror I literally wanted to cry. The reason I'm writing this review is because I don't want one of you guys going through this. By the way it was the older lady. After reading the reviews, I had a gut feeling that I would not regret going to this place and have my eyebrows cleaned. And boy, my intuition hit right on the spot! I walked in and everyone greeted me. It was my first time there and having my eyebrows threaded. I was assigned to Raina. She's REALLY good and such a nice lady. She guided me through the process. My eyebrows came out the way I wanted it to, and it was finished pretty quickly. In the end, she gave me a short head massage and it felt so relaxing ^_^ For $7-- and I give her a tip-- it was a great deal and experience. I haven't tried their other services yet, but eventually I'll get around to it. I'll be back in two weeks! $7 is the cheapest for eyebrows the threading salons will go, most are above, this place is $7. Trust me, I know, I did my research. I only go to Sara, shes a young lady that only works on the weekend. She's skilled at shaping eyebrows and evenly; eyebrows arent suppose to be round ladies! They're suppose to hit a high up, then downward - NOT a Mc Donalds eyebrow round. Beware, Sara upsells but, I dont mind because I like her skills. You dont have to take her advise just nod and agree to her "two weeks okay? two weeks okay?" so she can shut up. Put up for some nice, cheap brows : ) read more

God, my brows look so good. I've been staring at them all day long, catching glances in my rearview mirror, windows, and phone. I used to go to Perfect Brows in Orange, but it's pretty far away from me and involves me getting on a couple freeways. Nikhar is one mile down the street from me and I could walk there if I wanted (but let's be real, not gonna happen.) I didn't think my brows could get any better, but they are wonderfully flattering. When I sat down in the chair, I was somewhat concerned that "J" (I couldn't catch her name, just her initial) didn't ask me how I wanted my brows to look and instead just got to work. Some threading places tend to make my brows a little too thin and severe, but here my brows are full and subtle, just how I like them! She asked me if I wanted lotion for my eyebrow area, to which I replied yes, and she proceeded to massage my temples as well. It was a quick service and the price was right! I usually wait until my brows are indistinguishable from caterpillars before I make it to Perfect Brows, but now I'm glad I found a place nearby so I don't have to subject the world to my unibrow! read more

Am I missing something here? I came to this location based on the yelp reviews and the fact that it was so close to my house. I needed to get my eyebrows threaded and a wax before my vacation, which happens to be on Thursday so I needed to try to find a place that was open on Sunday. My normal spot is at Perfect Brows in Orange but I didn't want to drive so far. Big Mistake My right brow is perfectly fine but something happened to my left brow. Half of the tail is missing and it has no shape or arch to it. As for the waxing.. OMG horrible. First off, lady stayed in the room while I was undressing and dressing. I know it makes no difference since shes going to see everything. but It was just straight up awkward. Now I've had plenty of waxes before so I know what to expect, but OMG, it was soo freaken painful. She did NOT know what she was doing because she was ripping strips off in the wrong direction. Not only was she double dipping the stick but reusing the same strip to wax off. Even now as I write this review and its been a couple of hours since this experience, I'm still in pain and my skin is super irritated. She didn't even do a good job! If I could this place would have no stars. I live near here and decided to try it out. The threading is mediocre. One day I made an appointment for me and my 16 yrs old daughter to get our eye lashes done (semi perm). No instructions or issues over the phone. When I got there it was a different story. They lady was mad we had mascara on (this was at 5pm on a Friday after I got off work). And then she said my daughter was too young to do it and she's not taking responsibility if my daughter had issues. Ok cool, I get it. But the way she told me was embarrassing. It was in front of all the customer in a demeanor that was very unprofessional. I know I turned red. As her voice got louder so did mine. This is no way to treat customers. There are nicer, better, effective ways to tell me this. She made it seem like it was my fault that all this was happening. Very rude. I never went back. I now drive to chapman and brookhurst to Threading and Beauty and the ladies there are freaking awesome. So if you're ok with rude people then this place is for you. No thank you for me. read more
