My mom and I used to love this place! They were affordable and always did a great job. As the years go by quality has drastically dropped. The ladies who used to work here really took their time and did brows beautifully. Now it's a real disappointment. They take forever and do not do a good job. I've been here multiple times when people have complained and they do not take it well. The workers are dismissive to the complaints and blame the customer. We will not be coming back. read more

I never see the owner here anymore but she was the only lady I wanted to get my brows done by. The other younger ladies rush and don't do great of a job. Usually I let it fly because I like coming here with my sister since it's so close to our house . BUT the last time I was here on a Saturday morning the lady who did my eyebrows clearly threaded THROUGH my eyebrows and I didn't notice till I was in the car . They also started charging 1$ on card. Just kidding, they have been a miss.... This lady (first chair) gave me some thin eyebrows when I walked in with some hairy thiccc brows. Told her I wanted a clean up and walked out with no brows and a minor body shaming moment. "You want lips too?" No thanks. "It's cheap, $5 only!" No thank you. "You have some." I'm good, I get laser hair removal. "Laser not good for you, you shouldn't be getting that. Blah blah blah." Then proceeds to do my left brow and presses the thread down on my skin and burns the hell out of me like she's taking her anger out on me because I didn't want to thread my lips. Retaliation much? Like calm down, I can kindly decline if I don't want it, period. I don't need a lecture about what I should or should not do with my choices. Used to love this place but wtf is this kind of service?! SUPER CHEAP! $5.99 for eyebrow threading and $10 for both lip and chin. And the lady who does it is great! I like that she listens to my concern and really takes her time even if there's a lot of people waiting. She's not rushing like other eyebrow place I've been to. She's also gentle and doesn't have heavy hands. Since the price is cheap, you're not getting the extra face massage like at the Brow Mantra in Yorba Linda, but it's all good. I decided to try this place out because it was walking distance from my apartment. When I 1st came in, the one woman working was working with another client, but I only had to wait a few minutes. When she finished, she motioned for me to go to the chair. Very, polite, super sweet lady. The place is very new, bright, and clean looking. BUT I had a few issues. Issue #1: I don't think she sanitized her hands before doing my brows. Issue #2: she kept poking my eyes. Issue #3: she put a lot of pressure on my face, so much so the string kept snapping and she actually scraped off a tiny bit of my skin... The way the woman did my brows wasn't particularly bad, pretty clean looking from a distance, actually. But when I got home I realized that she made my brows uneven. The right one is long and kind of thin while the other brow is a bit fatter and short.To be fair, it was already like this from a horrible experience I had a few years ago but the woman made it more noticeable. I don't think I will be coming back to this place, I'll just drive a few extra blocks and ask my regular lady to fix them. In the meantime, I just thank goodness for eyebrow pencils. read more

My daughter and I have been getting our brows done here for a while and the usual lady would do a great job but for the last few months there's a new lady that is rough and mean. She won't even acknowledge you when you come in, she just nods over at the chair. My daughter and I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued using this place. Big mistake! Unless you like chola eyebrows stay away. I hate my eyebrows now, she over threaded them and left them in a horrible shape!
