I used to come here regularly... for a whole year I had a membership and LOVED it... I'm not sure what the pandemic did to them but their customer service and the people that work there are trash! I went here back in June and signed back up for the membership only to fully regret it! The eyelash tech burned my eyes and even glued my eyes shut! I was so unhappy with my experience I should have just left this place in the past.... but I wanted to give them another try. BIG MISTAKE. I barely stepped through the door when the girl at the front desk greeted me with an attitude. First, I admit I was 5 mins late but that should not have been an excuse for her poor customer service. She then said I didn't have an appointment... and then said how my contact name in their phone only had 1 "N" i stead of 2. Hmm... is that my fault? Weird. Then she tried to overcharge me for my service when I am a member. I have been coming here for years.. anytime I come at the 4th week mark or more, it clearly says on their menu that they remove all the lashes and give a new set. Yet she kept trying to quote me the first time client price which was higher... it was that moment that I decided to just leave and continue to go to my other salon. I have been driving to another salon in Stanton to have lashes done. Since Lucy's Lashes is closer, I decided to give them a try. My natural lashes are quite sparse so I was reluctant to invest the money to have them done. It's been about a week and I've only lost one lash so far. The price is on par with other salons but the experience is so nice. They take their time to give you numerous options on what would work best with your natural lashes. Lucy's Lashes is an amazing place to get your lashes done! I had appt at another lash spot which I will not name. Bc the girl never showed up and left me with no option. Any other time I would have not cared, but I have a wedding and baby shower the next two weeks and it was urgent to get them done. After looking on yelp I found this little gem. They were able to schedule me in and I am so happy I pick this spot. The service was professional and the atmosphere was very relaxing. It took about an hour and half to get a full set. It was so calming I almost fell asleep a few times. One of the main reasons I really like this place is bc the application of the lashes never hurt or irritated my eyes. I decided to give this place a try. My sister recommended it. I walked in and was given a paper to fill out about my information and what style of set I wanted. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment. I waited about 7 min to be helped. I walked into the back and see an isle of little canopy beds. Their decor makes you feel so peaceful and calm. There was a lady who was snoring. It's that relaxing. My technician was Anne . She was so great and gentle. I had such a great experience here. The natural set is no longer $90 it is $110 and the volume is $120. I would say you get what you pay for. I will see how the lashes stay on and write an update. read more

First time visiting today and I had a great experience :) First of all they took me in on a last minute notice and after hours. Last appointment is 5:30 they took me in at 6pm. Receptionist was nice checked me in then took me to a little room and showed me pictures and explained their styles I was able show a picture and describe what I wanted. Lucy herself actually did my lashes and she had great service and taught the other staff techniques and emphasized comfort for the customers. Her technique is actually correct and I've been getting lashes for 4 years now been around the block and had bad and good experience. She actually removes lashes correctly no pulling or accidental plucking of my real lashes. Gentle. She really takes the time to do good work. My previous lashes had a lot of excess glue and it clumped some of my lashes she removed them all for me. And at the end when she brushed my lashes they were smooth. The brush didn't get stuck or anything. My lashes came in beautiful and long and full and considering my lashes are thin. I was impressed with how much volume she did WITHOUT making them feeling heavy. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. You first come in and talk to a receptionist who also does an evaluation on which lashes you want and how long, which shape ... etc . Then you go to the big room which has a row of beds lined up next to each other ! You hop on and the magic happens ! My eyelash technician was Lilly and she was the most sweetest lady ever. She took care of me gently and put on so many lashes just like I wanted. I got a size 14 mm and maybe next time I will go up to 15 or 16... I like to go for a more "dramatic look" even though it really isn't for me, it's just right ! Lilly even included a little forehead massage afterwards as well and I recommend requesting her because my friend got another lady who didn't create a full volume look COOL FACT: they have amazing massage beds so while you're laying down for an hour and a half, you can get a massage as well. TIPS: bring ear buds so you can listen to music or you'll just be laying there because it can get pretty boring . Life's too short for short lashes ! ;-) read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but I will not be coming back here. I left two weeks ago after a fill and had my eyelashes coming out in chunks with two, three or more of my lashes glued to huge chunks of extensions. I had groups of 8+ extension lashes glued to each of my individual lashes. I came back for a removal and was talked in to getting a removal and fill and was charged another $80. I trusted them but I'm once again left with chunks of lashes glued together and in pain. I wish I had just gotten them removed. I'm not sure what kind of training the girls go through but I've never had an issue like this in my four + years with extensions. read more

This place is so cute. I've done my lashes here 3 times now. It's so relaxing and so clean. I loved the first time I got them done here so I came back second time. The second time was not as great, and when they asked me I told them that I felt they could be better. They didn't let me leave unsatisfied. Lucy's Lashes did an amazing job with my lashes and I would feel confident recommending them to anyone. They were really professional and were able to show me examples to help me decide on the look I was going for. The day after, I had several people at work tell me that they looked great and that if they didn't see me everyday they would have thought they were my own lashes. I went to Lucy's lashes the day after getting my first lashes from a place that left my eyes watery and painful. They removed those for me and let me know that the other place had glued really thick lashes directly to my eyelids. I have done my lashes elsewhere ( 4 times at Lash Studio Irvine, 2 times at Lash Studio Santa Margarita, 1 time at 949 lashes), compiling my experiences together, Lucy's Lashes comes firmly on top, for these reasons: 1) QUALITY OF LASHES: Lucy uses lashes with thickness around 0.03/0.05, and the lashes are soft, the result is that the lashes feel like your very own, just more fluffy and featherlike. You will even forget about having extensions on! These light lashes will not weigh down your own lashes, they stay up. ( I had at another place thick, hard lashes, and they felt so uncomfortable) 2) APPLICATION METHOD: Lucy's lashes last so much longer; my first time full lash experience with Lucy's Lashes lasted 4-6 weeks, with no needs for refill in between. Lucy also applies lashes individually, which is a blessing, so when you touch your lashes, you will not feel unevenness, no clumps nor clusters. ( I also had a bad experience at another place with the technician applying a cluster of lashes on one lash, so I felt the glued chunk of a "root" of that cluster, it was also painful to touch). 3) SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE: You have to have life experiences to know who are genuinely kind( versus those who are simply forced to be polite because her salary depends on it). Lucy's lashes staff are definitely the former, they are sincere and tranquil. I had the joy of working with front desk lady, V was her name, this time. And she's a jewel! understanding and patient. She offered neck brace for me to have a better experience lying down, and assured me that I could get up and move around any time If I felt like some water or a break ( I didn't ). My technician for both times was Lily, and she was gentle and meticulous, you could tell she took pride and responsibility in her work. I was really impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of Lilly's Lashes, its like walking into a huh end spa This was my first experience with eyelash extensions. I decided to go with the rainbow medium. Once you walk inside the room it's very tranquil and just as clean as the lobby. I laid down on a cozy table, covered with a soft blanket and told to take a nice nap. I wasn't anticipating the hour and a half, but it was so relaxing so I didn't mind. The table you lay on has a massage option. An hour and a half later I was walking out with lashes for the first time in my life LOL and they look gorgeous. I had my lashes done a few days ago. 3/1/19. They are amazing. It was my first time having lashes done. I have never personally liked anyone's lashes. Many of my friends and people I come in contact with have them done, and there was nothing in me that every said "I wnat that". They looked fake and not natural. And called many places and asked many questions. Looked in to technique and type of lash i should get. I was told to stay away from anything that said volume and stick to natural. When I got there I made myself very clear. They did suggest a natural and volume mix, but I stuck to my stern belief in an all natural look. *****Vivian worked in my lashes, about an hour and a half, I got 12mm, natural lash, crown shape. $100! I absolutely love them! So many people can't believe how beautiful and natural they look. All of my church friends want to get them done now because they had never seen such a natural yet full and beautiful job. I washed my face today and did not lose any. I have lost maybe two lashes in the last 3 days. Natural cycle of my lashes. Such a great job they have done. From the moment I walked out I forgot I had them done. They weigh nothing and when I look up they don't poke me in an exaggerated way. I am sold. I got the membership and will get a fill every 3 weeks. I will never go without lashes every again! Well, I had some lashes done by a different technician and they did a bad job. I came here after hours and Mindy was so sweet to help me out. She took out all the excessive glue. She did a great job allowing me to take breaks. My eyes were bloody red when I came to her and she made me feel relieved when she started taking them off. I will wait a week or so to get a new set. Although this place wasn't fit for my likings, I will say that Lily does an amazing job. She's one of the only technicians I've been with that went the extra mile & worked on me for almost 2 hours (and a half maybe?) She's careful & includes a small head massage at the end which I think is so cute! 4/19-update Awesome service. They reached out after seeing the review and gave me $30 off to try them again. The 2nd time around was great. No glue on my lashes! Great service and loved the lashes. I deducted a star because they are no longer honoring 50% off for first time clients. One of the reasons I selected them is due to this promotion. If they are not doing this then they need to update their yelp page. Also, deducted another star for confusion on their part of when my appointment is. If I didn't show them the text where they asked me to change and come in earlier they would have made me come in at the other time. read more

The receptionist, Kimmy, was awesome! Her customer service was great and she made sure to explain the whole process to me. During the consultation, she gave me my options in lash volume and length and explained how each size would look. The whole process itself was very relaxing. You can even choose either a massaging bed or non-massaging bed. Since it is a 2+ hour process for your lash extensions, a massaging bed is a plus!
