This was my first time getting my lashes done, and I am so happy I chose Lucy's Lashes! The staff was very nice! I was one of the first appointments of the day, so it was very quiet, and I was checked in quickly. They do a quick consultation so that you can decide the style and look of lashes you want. I was getting them done for my wedding that weekend, so I opted for a Natural/In-Between Volume look, and did the Sexy/Rainbow shape. They were definitely a lot fuller and curly than I originally wanted, but they mellowed out perfectly in time for the wedding. I am going on two weeks now, and I might say that this is my favorite stage of volume they've been. Apparently, it's average that it takes about 2 hours for the entire process, but it helps that they have you lay on massage tables and give you a blanket. I would 100% recommend!!!! read more

OMG the massage bed, soooo nice. That alone is already worth it. Other places, I lay there and snore while getting my lashes done for 2 hrs. 15 mins. in, my back is killing me. The deal is the price, they have this promo until end of August and your set is only $60! I told myself, I don't need lunch and booked the appointment. I'm very disappointed with the service here. This was my first time at this location and although the receptionist was courteous and trying to recruit me, the girl that did my eyelash extensions took about 3.5 hours to finish. In fact someone else had to step in because she was tired. Clearly the technician is new to this. Usually when I get extensions they have lasted me about 3 months if I take good care of them. Really great and super happy with my results a couple things just so you know my experience was for full volume was $125 be prepared to lay down for exactly 2 hours after awhile my head started hurting a lot because I was laying flat the pillow doesn't really help . The glue was really nice didn't burn at all like other lash places I've been to . The ladies here make you feel at home super attentive! . Good service. They take awhile so make sure you're free after I was done with my lashes I was ready to go home and fall asleep at eat it was super long . But over all i liked the lashes . They have water in the front of you need any . They go over the lash maps they have and fill out a form for what you want . They have zen music playing the same song over I kinda got over the music after awhile if they had some jazz music that would a PLUS! They have AC . And lots of laying tables for lots of clients . I came into this place with high hopes, but after getting my lashes done my eyes became very irritated. I know this is not just me or an allergy because I have had 3 years of eyelash extension experience going to numerous places or technicians (10+) and I have never had a problem as my eyes are not sensitive to begin with. It is definitely the way the technician applied the extensions to my eyelashes. When I asked what they can do for me, they rejected a refund--even a partial refund. They only offered me a cream for my eyes or for me to come in for a fix, but if I already have a reaction there's no point in a fix. I would not recommend. I wanted to treat my sister to get her eyelashes ans she scheduled our appointment at Lucy's Lashes. I filled out and signed a waiver about allergic reactions. I chose "Sexy- full volume in between" for $110 +10 tip. As the tech was removing my old lashes she kept laughing. She had her earpiece and was distracted. Whatever liquid she was using got in my eye and it burned. She apologized and turned on a fan. She continued snickering and then my worst nightmare happened, she pinched my lid! I sat up took all the tape off and she asks are you okay?? AM I? Ridiculous! I was still asked to continue and that she would be more careful or with snother tech. Absolutely not! They voided my transaction and I waited a ridiculous 2 hours for my sister to get her full set done. I do not recommend this place at all! read more

I asked a lot of questions but the staff was so great, they answered every question I had and definitely made me feel at ease. I left feeling very comfortable and cared for. I am so happy with my lashes and experience at Lucy's Lashes in Orange. I have never had lashes applied and was concerned about the 2 hour process and finished product. It was so calm and peaceful in the inner room that I actually fell asleep. I was done before I knew it and I was so happy with the outcome. My lashes look great and I wake up every day with long, thick, beautiful lashes. After looking at pictures in a private room with Mindy I requested the "cat eye" look however, I was told the "rainbow look would look best on me. She even brought another stylist to see what she thought. In the end I asked for a combination of the two...... You know, they were right! They were very gracious when I admitted it. I had my 1st visit yesterday. I "like" my lashes thus far. There's definitely communication/ language issue but hopefully it will get better with the more knowledgeable I become. My technician didn't have any compassion or hospitality. I didn't know it was going to be over 2 hours, it probably would have been longer had I not told her I was uncomfortable over 4 times. I was very uncomfortable and even though i bed was a massage bed, it didnt help much. I am looking forward to my next visit to see if it's better. I hope it is because so far I like my lashes and as long as they last I will continue to visit. I hate putting on my own lashes every 3 days so hopefully this works. read more

I was referred by a friend to try Lucy's Lashes in Orange. The facility was very clean and the music was soothing. The immediately have you complete a form so that you understand that some people may have an allergic reaction to the glue and that they will remove the lashes and return 100% of your money. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, offering water to drink and a locker to keep your personal items. Once I was taken to the application area, the lighting was comfortably low, soothing music with cool air. The table are covered in a fuzzy soft blanket and they offer you a blanket to cover yourself if you become too cool. I have to admit that I nodded off a couple of times during the application process. My technician was completely gentle and checked with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable. It took me just over an hour to get what I requested. I absolutely love my lashes! I will definitely be back. My husband even paid me a compliment that they looked long but natural. The photo below reflects no mascara on the upper lashes. They offer even longer lashes if wanted. This is 13mm and they offer up to 16mm. read more
