Lucy's Lashes - Natural, medium length, rainbow lashes - Eyelash Service Near Me - Orange, California

I have been doing my lashes for a while but my girl moved to Irvine and I could not follow her all the way to Irvine to have my lashes done. So the other day I was driving on Tustin st and saw Lucy's Lashes so I decided to stop and inquire and found that it was closed but I got the phone # and called it, the very next day they called me back and I made the appt, to make a long story short, I was extremely happy, first of all, the place was beautiful, and Super clean, they were very professional and knowledgeable. My lashes look amazing, I'm extremely happy. Highly recommend them. read more

This was my first time getting my lashes done, and I am so happy I chose Lucy's Lashes! The staff was very nice! I was one of the first appointments of the day, so it was very quiet, and I was checked in quickly. They do a quick consultation so that you can decide the style and look of lashes you want. I was getting them done for my wedding that weekend, so I opted for a Natural/In-Between Volume look, and did the Sexy/Rainbow shape. They were definitely a lot fuller and curly than I originally wanted, but they mellowed out perfectly in time for the wedding. I am going on two weeks now, and I might say that this is my favorite stage of volume they've been. Apparently, it's average that it takes about 2 hours for the entire process, but it helps that they have you lay on massage tables and give you a blanket. I would 100% recommend!!!! read more

OMG the massage bed, soooo nice. That alone is already worth it. Other places, I lay there and snore while getting my lashes done for 2 hrs. 15 mins. in, my back is killing me. The deal is the price, they have this promo until end of August and your set is only $60! I told myself, I don't need lunch and booked the appointment. Their lashes are super light weight, I forget that it's there, and they glue doesn't itch (at all). Most of all, shout out to Natalie, she's got the lightest hands on planet earth. Here's some photos of my hybrid lashes- it's what they call sexy and something or other, medium dramatic in size 14. Ohhh also they have a $60 membership for 1 year and you get discounted rates when you do your fill. read more

Loved my experience here! The receptionist (Kimmy) was very welcoming and knew exactly what she was doing. She answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly! This place gives me nature vibe. I got my lash done for the first time today and I love everything about it. Everyone here was super nice and friendly. Especially the young girl(Michelle) at the front desk ! I actually fell asleep during my appointment and I woke up feeling refresh and rejuvenated! Definitely coming back ! read more

I've been coming to Lucy's lashes for about 5 months and I'm very happy. I absolutely love my lashes and they last a long time. I don't have a problem with my lashes twisting or pulling like I would sometimes have at other places I've been to. It's also a very relaxing environment, I fall asleep every time. My favorite lash techs are Lily and Jennifer. read more

I'm very disappointed with the service here. This was my first time at this location and although the receptionist was courteous and trying to recruit me, the girl that did my eyelash extensions took about 3.5 hours to finish. In fact someone else had to step in because she was tired. Clearly the technician is new to this. Usually when I get extensions they have lasted me about 3 months if I take good care of them. The first week about half of them fell. Today marks 3 weeks and most of the fell already. I feel like I didn't get my moneys worth and got ripped off. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for Lucy's Lashes and finally have the time to do so. This place is clean, professional and they do such an amazing job! I have gotten my lashes done here the last 3 times (About to be 4th) and each and every-time, I leave completely satisfied. My lashes last a solid month if I take very good care of them. The prices are reasonable & service is awesome! I've called in for last min appointments, and they are always able to squeeze me in. Overall, fully recommend this place! read more

Really great and super happy with my results a couple things just so you know my experience was for full volume was $125 be prepared to lay down for exactly 2 hours after awhile my head started hurting a lot because I was laying flat the pillow doesn't really help . The glue was really nice didn't burn at all like other lash places I've been to . The ladies here make you feel at home super attentive! . Good service. They take awhile so make sure you're free after I was done with my lashes I was ready to go home and fall asleep at eat it was super long . But over all i liked the lashes . They have water in the front of you need any . They go over the lash maps they have and fill out a form for what you want . They have zen music playing the same song over I kinda got over the music after awhile if they had some jazz music that would a PLUS! They have AC . And lots of laying tables for lots of clients . They even have a discount 20% off if it's your Birthday . And a $50 year membership not sure what that was about but I'll look into it . So far decent prices . read more

I came into this place with high hopes, but after getting my lashes done my eyes became very irritated. I know this is not just me or an allergy because I have had 3 years of eyelash extension experience going to numerous places or technicians (10+) and I have never had a problem as my eyes are not sensitive to begin with. It is definitely the way the technician applied the extensions to my eyelashes. When I asked what they can do for me, they rejected a refund--even a partial refund. They only offered me a cream for my eyes or for me to come in for a fix, but if I already have a reaction there's no point in a fix. I would not recommend. It is not worth the $120 I paid for a full set. read more

I recently went to get my lashes done. I only had Sunday available and Mindy was able to squeeze me in. She was super helpful. My lashes were done by Lily and they came out amazing. I have had a ton of compliments. I will recommend them to all my friends. read more

I wanted to treat my sister to get her eyelashes ans she scheduled our appointment at Lucy's Lashes. I filled out and signed a waiver about allergic reactions. I chose "Sexy- full volume in between" for $110 +10 tip. As the tech was removing my old lashes she kept laughing. She had her earpiece and was distracted. Whatever liquid she was using got in my eye and it burned. She apologized and turned on a fan. She continued snickering and then my worst nightmare happened, she pinched my lid! I sat up took all the tape off and she asks are you okay?? AM I? Ridiculous! I was still asked to continue and that she would be more careful or with snother tech. Absolutely not! They voided my transaction and I waited a ridiculous 2 hours for my sister to get her full set done. I do not recommend this place at all! read more

Do not be fooled by the 'spa' decor if this place. They lack experience! Be ready to lay flat for almost two hours! They are highly overpriced and the front desk lady pushes you to tip technicians beforehand. read more

This was my first time getting my lashes done and I was definitely nervous. I asked a lot of questions but the staff was so great, they answered every question I had and definitely made me feel at ease. I left feeling very comfortable and cared for. My lashes looked great, I got a lot of compliments on the lashes, and the lashes stayed on for a really long time! The process took about 2 hours (or maybe a little less) but honestly the time flew by! If you are a contact-lens wearer, then you should remove your contacts and bring glasses. Don't worry if you're not sure about what style or curl or length you want, you can discuss your look during your consultation before you get your lashes done. read more

Lucy's lashes are by far the best! I went there for my first set of extensions. The staff is extremely nice, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are also very affordable than other eyelash extension places, especially with the year membership they offer. I go to Natalie because she's my favorite. I am very picky about my lashes due to my OCD, and she does exactly what I want every time. I have never been disappointed by her work. read more

Lucy's is located on N Tustin right next to Planet Fitness. I have never gotten lash extensions before, but had heard so many amazing things I wanted to try it out! I am so glad I chose Lucy's Lashes! I made an appointment through text message which was amazing. I walked into my appointment with a photo and a general idea of what I wanted. Kimmy at the front desk helped me feel comfortable and explained the different lengths and types of curls. I was so overwhelmed with all the different styles but she answered all my questions. Once my style and length was decided (rainbow, natural) they brought me back to a beautiful room lined with aesthetics beds. I then realized that I had forgotten my headphones and was dreading sitting still for two hours, but the beds are so comfortable I fell asleep IMMEDIATELY. Once I was done I was in love with my lashes, she gave me exactly what I was looking for! I AM A DISNEY PRINCESS AND I AM BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend lash extensions and Lucy's Lashes! read more

I am so happy with my lashes and experience at Lucy's Lashes in Orange. I have never had lashes applied and was concerned about the 2 hour process and finished product. It was so calm and peaceful in the inner room that I actually fell asleep. I was done before I knew it and I was so happy with the outcome. My lashes look great and I wake up every day with long, thick, beautiful lashes. After looking at pictures in a private room with Mindy I requested the "cat eye" look however, I was told the "rainbow look would look best on me. She even brought another stylist to see what she thought. In the end I asked for a combination of the two...... You know, they were right! They were very gracious when I admitted it. The combination is good but the rainbow all around will look better. It has been 3 weeks now and I have lost enough lases that I am ready for my first fill and I can't wait. read more

Since starting menopause my eye lashes starting falling out and when they grew back they were so thin. I didn't even dare wearing mascara for fear of losing more lashes. My daughter started going to Lucy's and her eyes lashes always looked great so I decided to try it out for myself. After my 3rd visit my eye lashes finally took shape and they look great. I love my lashes. Getting ready for work is so much easier. I even stopped wearing eye shadow. All the technicians are professional and they all do an amazing job! Joyce read more

I had my 1st visit yesterday. I "like" my lashes thus far. There's definitely communication/ language issue but hopefully it will get better with the more knowledgeable I become. My technician didn't have any compassion or hospitality. I didn't know it was going to be over 2 hours, it probably would have been longer had I not told her I was uncomfortable over 4 times. I was very uncomfortable and even though i bed was a massage bed, it didnt help much. I am looking forward to my next visit to see if it's better. I hope it is because so far I like my lashes and as long as they last I will continue to visit. I hate putting on my own lashes every 3 days so hopefully this works. read more
