If there's anything you don't like after she's done, she's quick to make sure fix things and make it look exactly how you want it. When I get a new set, she'll remove my old lashes and my natural lashes look the same as before I first started putting lashes on and she's been doing my lashes for years. It's a true testament to her skill. Say it with me: "a skilled lash tech will not damage your natural lashes!" She also does eyebrow waxing, and I have to mention how amazing she is at it. She does SUCH a good job and is very careful and precise, which makes a huge difference. I always feel completely comfortable knowing I'm in good hands. One of the things I appreciate most is how efficient she is without ever making the appointment feel rushed. She is very respectful of your preferences. In June, I was found unresponsive and ended up in a medically induced coma for three weeks and hospitalized for seven weeks. When I finally woke up, I didn't even have the lashes I was so used to having--I've been getting my lashes done since 2019--and after everything I had been through, I just wanted to start feeling like myself again. My previous lash place was too far for me during my recovery, so I found Bliss and met Haydee. I'm SO glad I did. After a series of strokes, sometimes I joke that I'm still playing "connect the dots" because everything doesn't always connect as quickly as it used to. Haydee has been nothing but patient and understanding with me. She takes her time, makes sure I'm comfortable (I have horrible chronic pain in my lower back), and most importantly, my lashes always look beautiful!
