This post is long overdue but I have been seeing Cindy consistently for about 1.5 years now and she always does such a thorough job that I trusted her with my wedding nails and all the important events surrounding it. I have personally never found a nail salon that I was loyal to before, because while salons vary they all typically ended in the same result. However, the best thing about Daisy Nails is my gel manicure truly last for WEEKS. I hardly ever experience the chipping or peeling that usually comes with gel manicures. I also appreciate how they are very detailed with pedicures and are very thorough all around. Cindy is MAGICAL! And as an added bonus, they play good shows and movies on the tv so I'm not just staring at the wall. And they even provide snacks and a drink which is a nice touch. They even have a stamp card so you can earn discounts after 10 visits. Highly recommend this little gem of a nail salon! read more

I should have read the yelp review from 6 months ago where a women was cut and got an infection from a pedicure, but I just saw 4.3 stars and I was like oh ok that's a pretty good rating and so I went in for just a regular manicure. Lies! Within minutes of sitting down, I should have walked straight out. The way she was cutting my nails with aggression and without precision I should have known where things were headed. While cutting my cuticles on my right hand she cut into my skin and made it bleed. I let it go, but then she did the same on my left hand. I got up and immediately ended the manicure. I can tell you there is 100% no need to get cut not once but twice during a manicure. On top of that they are using ice cold water and unsanitary equipment. I definitely paid for the service I got but it was not worth a penny. Disgusting and ghetto! Yikes, never again. read more

Unfortunately, I won't be coming here again. The manager is an absolute dear, but that same attitude isn't consistent with the rest of the staff. Took my mom here to treat her for a mani and pedi. It was empty. The lady that did my mami and pedi was in such a rush and just had an attitude since the moment I sat down. Honestly, I could of just painted my feet myself and they would of probably came out better. I had to tell her that there were bumps on the polish on my toes and she was so upset I said anything. I also told her about my nails because they were painted horribly. The sides of my nails and the top near my cuticle were all missing paint and the polish was clunky. I told her and she just had such a rotten attitude. I ended up asking Jason to just remove all the polish from my nails. I'm not going to continue to ask the lady to fill in the missing polish and fix the clumps when you can literally see that it looks horrible. She moved over to do my moms nails, and again with her rotten attitude and she ended up cutting her. My nails ended up looking worse than when I walked in. The polish was literally removed and they weren't even buffed after or anything. I went home and did it myself. Getting your nails done isn't cheap nowadays, it's a luxury - no one wants to experience bad attitude and paying for a shitty service. No thanks. I'm sorry for writing this, but it's the truth. Will not be coming back and will be telling everyone that I advise to come here - to not. read more

Everyone is super friendly. My friend and I got pedicures. We were both in the chair in a timely manner. They have a big selection of nail colors too. They offered us waters and made sure we were comfy in the chairs before they start working on our toes. Definitely a relaxing experience! I totally recommend this place! Very reasonable compared to other salons and super clean since it's new. The woman that complained about the price of her gel pedicure must not have asked to see the prices of different types. Like all salons, there are all different levels of pedicures so that is on her. I find them very accommodating and glad to still be able to find a place I can walk in and not have an hour wait and then get rushed out. Very nice owner and family oriented so I hope they do well. read more

It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.

I scheduled an underarm wax appointment, but unfortunately woke up the morning of my appointment…read morefeeling ill. The clinician called me to ask if I could come in early and I said yes hoping to be feeling better but as I began to work on some things at home I felt worse and worse. (I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

I love this place. I came once when they first opened and have now become a regular. They have amazing service and everyone is so kind. I have loved my nails every time and have never had an issue. They're so kind and work so fast with amazing detailing to the nails. My nails don't feel weak or brittle in between sets. Everyone is so attentive and generously. I love talking to them and they remember my name and it makes me feel special. I highly recommend this place. Jason is so amazing I love him and the lady that does my nails I forget her name but she's amazing and so kind. I love this place and will 100% come back soon. Other nails salons usually the ladies are rude but this place everyone is nice and amazing. I can't wait to be back soon. Also the prices are amazing. read more

This place is amazing! I've gone twice now and Nikki and Jason are both very kind! I came here a year ago to get my eyebrows done and knew I had to return. I came the first time for acrylic nails recently and Nikki made me feel extremely welcome and at ease. I accidentally breaking my nail while working on a room (My fault as I lifted something very heavy) and Nikki fixed it up for me lovely (And even stayed after closing to finish my nails!) I have been coming to Queen Nails&Spa since they first open. The Job they did to my nails and pedicures are superb. Nikki and Jason are the nicest people you ever met. Nikki did a beautiful job on my nails and Jason is a friendliest customers service.But there one new lady and one new young gal just recently work there. I don't know about the young gal but she look like new to the service but she trying hard. The lady is ok with pedicure and nails not too good.
