This post is long overdue but I have been seeing Cindy consistently for about 1.5 years now and she always does such a thorough job that I trusted her with my wedding nails and all the important events surrounding it. I have personally never found a nail salon that I was loyal to before, because while salons vary they all typically ended in the same result. However, the best thing about Daisy Nails is my gel manicure truly last for WEEKS. I hardly ever experience the chipping or peeling that usually comes with gel manicures. I also appreciate how they are very detailed with pedicures and are very thorough all around. Cindy is MAGICAL! And as an added bonus, they play good shows and movies on the tv so I'm not just staring at the wall. And they even provide snacks and a drink which is a nice touch. They even have a stamp card so you can earn discounts after 10 visits. Highly recommend this little gem of a nail salon! read more

I should have read the yelp review from 6 months ago where a women was cut and got an infection from a pedicure, but I just saw 4.3 stars and I was like oh ok that's a pretty good rating and so I went in for just a regular manicure. Lies! Within minutes of sitting down, I should have walked straight out. The way she was cutting my nails with aggression and without precision I should have known where things were headed. While cutting my cuticles on my right hand she cut into my skin and made it bleed. I let it go, but then she did the same on my left hand. I got up and immediately ended the manicure. I can tell you there is 100% no need to get cut not once but twice during a manicure. On top of that they are using ice cold water and unsanitary equipment. I definitely paid for the service I got but it was not worth a penny. Disgusting and ghetto! Yikes, never again. read more

Unfortunately, I won't be coming here again. The manager is an absolute dear, but that same attitude isn't consistent with the rest of the staff. Took my mom here to treat her for a mani and pedi. It was empty. The lady that did my mami and pedi was in such a rush and just had an attitude since the moment I sat down. Honestly, I could of just painted my feet myself and they would of probably came out better. I had to tell her that there were bumps on the polish on my toes and she was so upset I said anything. I also told her about my nails because they were painted horribly. The sides of my nails and the top near my cuticle were all missing paint and the polish was clunky. I told her and she just had such a rotten attitude. I ended up asking Jason to just remove all the polish from my nails. I'm not going to continue to ask the lady to fill in the missing polish and fix the clumps when you can literally see that it looks horrible. She moved over to do my moms nails, and again with her rotten attitude and she ended up cutting her. My nails ended up looking worse than when I walked in. The polish was literally removed and they weren't even buffed after or anything. I went home and did it myself. Getting your nails done isn't cheap nowadays, it's a luxury - no one wants to experience bad attitude and paying for a shitty service. No thanks. I'm sorry for writing this, but it's the truth. Will not be coming back and will be telling everyone that I advise to come here - to not. read more

Very reasonable compared to other salons and super clean since it's new. The woman that complained about the price of her gel pedicure must not have asked to see the prices of different types. Like all salons, there are all different levels of pedicures so that is on her. I find them very accommodating and glad to still be able to find a place I can walk in and not have an hour wait and then get rushed out. Very nice owner and family oriented so I hope they do well. read more

The clinician called me to ask if I could come in early and I said yes hoping to be feeling better but as I began to work on some things at home I felt worse and worse. (I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

Her eyebrows were done poorly, and we ended up taking her to another salon in Garden Grove to have them corrected. If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

I love this place. I came once when they first opened and have now become a regular. They have amazing service and everyone is so kind. I have loved my nails every time and have never had an issue. They're so kind and work so fast with amazing detailing to the nails. My nails don't feel weak or brittle in between sets. Everyone is so attentive and generously. I love talking to them and they remember my name and it makes me feel special. I highly recommend this place. Jason is so amazing I love him and the lady that does my nails I forget her name but she's amazing and so kind. I love this place and will 100% come back soon. Other nails salons usually the ladies are rude but this place everyone is nice and amazing. I can't wait to be back soon. Also the prices are amazing. read more

This place is amazing! I've gone twice now and Nikki and Jason are both very kind! I came here a year ago to get my eyebrows done and knew I had to return. I came the first time for acrylic nails recently and Nikki made me feel extremely welcome and at ease. I accidentally breaking my nail while working on a room (My fault as I lifted something very heavy) and Nikki fixed it up for me lovely (And even stayed after closing to finish my nails!) I love this place. I've really felt awesome and welcome. I've also gotten compliments on my nails and have felt very pretty! Thank you Queen Nals&Spa ! read more

There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for Michelle and her incredible team…read more Like many moms, I love getting my nails done, and my daughter has always looked up to me. She wanted to feel beautiful and feminine just like her mommy. When she was 4 years old before she was diagnosed with severe ADHD I tried taking her to several nail salons. Unfortunately, instead of patience and kindness, we were met with judgment. Because she had a hard time sitting still, people would make faces, seem frustrated, and treat her like she was a burden. As a mom, that was heartbreaking to watch, and I could see it affecting her confidence. Then I found Michelle's salon completely by chance through work, and it truly felt like a blessing from God. From the very first visit, Michelle and the entire team welcomed my daughter with open arms. They were patient, gentle, encouraging, and made the experience fun instead of stressful. They never made her feel like she was "too much." Instead, they made her feel seen, accepted, and beautiful. Today my daughter is 5 years old, has since been diagnosed with severe ADHD, and she still gets excited every time I tell her we're going to see Michelle. She feels comfortable there, confident there, and genuinely loved. As a mother, there is nothing more meaningful than seeing your child embraced for who they are. Michelle and her team don't just do beautiful nails they create a safe, welcoming space where everyone is treated with kindness and dignity. Their compassion has made a lasting impact on both my daughter and me. I will forever be a loyal customer because of the way they've treated my family. Thank you, Michelle, for reminding us that kindness is just as beautiful as the work you create.

But, the whole time talking in Vietnamese, it is so rude. The Pedicure was ok. Paid $130 plus, generous tip to 3 People which I wasn't expecting. Go home, next day go to beach, and ALL my polish chipped, 1 nail chipped, UGH. I had a party to go after, so filed them down since couldn't paint.. Called the next day, Owner said to come in, told her after my eyelash appt., I get there, offered to repolish and fix was treated pretty badly again, never fixed the chipped nail which caused fungus a few days later ) . Myself and two best friends went in for gel x pedicures. While getting the color done on my toes the technician kept hitting the polish with the gel light to the point where toes had to be redone. Not a huge issue. Except when we finished and he wiped my feet an entire toe was missing color! Not like my toe nail came off, like the gel just scrapped off in an instant. So we redid that toe. I left paying $57 and less than 24 hours later I now have TWO toes missing paint. Unbelievable! I literally didn't do anything with my feet today other than walk in socks protected by Ugg boots. Like if the nail polish is old throw it away. I don't live close to this location so I can't even go in and ask them to fix it. Complete waste of time and money. Also my best friend had asked for a color from the 500 options given to her to choose from. They decided to paint her nails with a color they had then offered to put glitter over it so it looked similar. Of course this was done when they were almost finished. Not cool. If you don't have something in stock be honest and upfront with the customer. I'm sure she could have chosen something else from the other 499 options and left happy !!! Now I can't even show my ugly feet to anyone because they look even more ridiculous than usual.
