Went here for my birthday nails and I genuinely regret it. I asked for a simple French gel manicure and pedicure, and it was immediately clear neither technician knew how to properly do French tips. The lines are uneven, different thickness on every nail, and not symmetrical at all (you can literally see it in the photo). The shapes don't match and the overall finish looks sloppy. On top of that, my cuticles were overworked and left irritated from how aggressively my nails were handled. Instead of fixing things professionally, both technicians got visibly annoyed when I politely asked for corrections. They were speaking in another language while looking at me and laughing, which was extremely uncomfortable. The nail tech doing my hands was huffing, slamming tools, and giving attitude the entire time. I was made to feel like a problem for wanting my nails done correctly. I spent 2 hours there and paid $106 (cash only, which should've been a red flag). Even though I was unhappy, I still tipped both technicians, and one of them had the audacity to complain that I gave $9 instead of $10. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly upset especially since this was for my birthday. My nails look uneven, poorly done, and nothing like what I asked for. If this is their idea of a French tip, save your money and go literally anywhere else. read more

I had a regular gel mani with Mary and Deluxe gel pedicure with Lin. Pedicure with Lin was perfection 5/5. Zero pain, great job on callus removal and cuticle care. Polish was great super even and not too thick. I also didn't initially like my colors so I asked her to swap out and she was very accommodating and pleasant. based on this alone I would highly recommend. $44 for a Deluxe gel mani with cuticle care in the spa chair is a steal. The gel mani was good but I noticed the heat lamp burned so I mentioned it and she just kinda said there's no lower heat setting and made it seem normal to burn/didn't offer to change the lamp? But the lamp the other tech used for my pedicure didn't burn at all. Also a couple of slightly messy areas on my nails so I asked her (nicely) to fix it and she didnt look very happy about it. Mary did a great job with the polish application itself. Facility itself however, for example their spa chairs are really old and outdated I started using the massager and it was not nice. Usually I do the upgraded Pedi just so I can enjoy the massage too. The inside of the facility is also very tight/small. Everything just had an older dusty vibe but for the prices I think if you regularly get nail services and want something affordable and good this is no nonsense and gets the job done. I do agree $30 for a gel mani that includes cuticle care is some great pricing! They are cash only and they do not even have an ATM inside or the scan codes for their Venmo. Other reviews mentioned difficulty parking and they were 100% correct. They have four dedicated spots in a small lot shared with super cuts and a massage place. There are signs posted that you can't park next door in the Chinese restaurant lot because you will get towed. Overall for me the convenience factor-parking was the main reason I would deduct one star as well as the fact it's cash only but they don't have an on site ATM. Also although it's much cheaper if you are feeling like getting pampered this doesn't feel like that. Although the prices as I mentioned here are great, less than 90 for gel mani, gel deluxe pedi with tip the hassle of parking there I am not sure if it's worth it. read more

Second time I've been turned away, and honestly it's disappointing. I usually come here after work for my gel manicure and pedicure, but lately the service has felt rude and unwelcoming. They're cash only, and while they used to let me Zelle, I was suddenly told not to write anything in the memo line. I understand being busy, but customer service matters. Today, I came in at 12:24 just to fix one nail after getting my last manicure closer to home, and they told me to come back at 7 PM. One employee said since I didn't get it done there, they didn't have the same polish but I've always gotten that exact same color at this salon. I was looking for a place close by for me and my mom to get our nails done. This was the first place that popped up. I briefly looked at the reviews and they all looked great. I called on a Saturday afternoon and the lady that answered the phone said she could fit us in. It's located in a tiny shopping center right next to a Supercuts and next-door to a Japanese restaurant. The parking lot is very small and there is signs posted that you can only park in certain areas. I called and asked her where could I park because the parking lot was full she informed me that I could park in the Supercuts area since it appeared to be closed. Just keep that in mind when you go because you do not want to get your car towed your best bet probably is to park across the street since there is a bigger parking lot. When we walked in the place was packed it was a full house. It is not a very large place but the fact that it was packed told me that their services were going to be good! I was not wrong the nail tech that attended to me, her name was Mimi and the one that tended to my mom, her name was Adonna. They were both fantastic! My mom is very particular and she wanted to get the cat eye nails because she saw that the nail tech had those nails and she loved them. Adonna was super patient with my mom and my mom's nails came out fantastic.! Mimi was super amazing as well. She did what I think was the Gel X ? I usually get acrylic nails, but she said these would be better for my nails. She did a fantastic job with the nail shape and I also ended up doing a Cat Eye style as well. Prices are reasonable...my moms gel manicure was $45 plus tip and mine with the nail set and cat eye design was $77 plus tip. We are both loving our nails and we will definitely come back in a few weeks for a refill and also to get a pedicure.Come check them out!! read more
