Such a nice clean environment with friendly staff. The recent new owners are a notable improvement to an already established salon. I've noticed that they have brought in new staff to accommodate what appears to be an increase in clientele. Shout out to Tony for gel manicure and Mina for pedicure. My daughter loves Krystal and after having her do my nails while Tony was on vacation, I 100% agree and recommend! I would also like to recognize Nancy who has been there for many years (18?). She has been taking care of my 80+ years mom's pedicures and is very gentle and thorough. read more

Requested a much needed pedicure and was told I could come in now, and didn't need an appointment. The welcomed me with a friendly smile and very helpful, showing me the various packages. Loved that they offer you drinks. I went with a cup of their Vietnamese Coffee and some water. I had the pleasure of having Lily as my nail tech. She was very gentle and friendly. She checked in on me, every so often to see how I was doing. She explained to me what she was doing and was very patient. The energy there was Great. Wasn't too loud or crowded. It was peaceful. I will definitely be making Pure Nail Bar, my go to place in Irvine for a pedicure. Thank You Ladies. read more

I've done gel nails and touch up nails and pedicure here. The people here are very sweet. They offer complimentary coffee and sparkling water, which makes you feel specially pampered. The place is clean. They have a lot of cat eye color selections. If you like ombré nails, they use sprayer instead of sponge? Which I really like the effects much better. read more

They were really nice to talk to, but the experience felt really uncomfortable. There were two different people for both my pedicure and my manicure and I got cuts on both. I think the manicure person was a little nicer about it- she showed some courtesy. The pedicure person just kept poking and poking at it to stop the bleeding and she couldn't even hear me say ouch because she had earphones on. I really hate going to mani/pedi places for reasons like this and chose to go to this one because it had such high reviews. I had the most terrible experience. It was not worth the $100+ for gelX tips mani and classic pedicure. And I did not get any designs. read more

I love pure nail bar! They always can get me in on late notice and they are so welcoming and friendly. My favorite nail salon in Irvine. If you go here you must request Dianne to do your gel x. She is the best in the game. Fast, amazing quality, does great designs, and is so sweet and funny! She has been my nail tech for years and that's not changing read more

I love coming here! The salon is always clean and relaxing, and everyone is always welcoming. The nail techs take their time to make sure my nails look exactly how I want them. I've tried a few different styles but the jelly colors have been my favorite lately. Both my gel x nails and pedicure always come out perfect. The price is reasonable and I love that they have a loyalty program. So glad I found my go-to spot! read more

Like any other nail shop. The only thing I really liked was that it was clean and didn't have that strong polish smell, which was nice. However, the callus removal was a 0/10. I paid for the nicer package, but the oils they used just masked the calluses instead of actually removing them. It looked fine at first because everything was shiny, but once the oil absorbed, the calluses were still there. Definitely not worth the upgrade. read more

I needed a last minute appointment and somewhere close. This isn't my typical place as I live an hour away but they close at 6p and not 5p like my regular place. They got me on the schedule and fit me in. I waited less than 5 min on a busy Sunday. Nails came out nice and fresh. Great prices as well. Beautiful shop, location and logo. Also a variety of parking available. $10 for gel removal. Very affordable read more

My daughter and I visited your salon on Mother's Day expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing one. We felt pressured into purchasing additional services that were presented as necessary. After agreeing to them, the services were still performed poorly and did not meet reasonable expectations. To make matters worse, we were repeatedly asked about tips in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. Instead of enjoying Mother's Day together, we left feeling frustrated and upset. What should have been a special day for us was negatively affected by this experience. Even more concerning, nearly four weeks later, both my daughter and I are still dealing with problems affecting our fingernails and toenails as a result of the services we received. We are still trying to treat and recover from the damage, which is completely unacceptable after paying for professional nail care. Because the services were not performed properly, because we felt pressured into additional services, and because we continue to experience ongoing problems with our nails, I am requesting a full refund. I do not believe we received the quality of service that we paid for. I hope management will review this situation seriously and take the appropriate steps to resolve it. read more

Had the best nail day ever! I showed Amy an inspo pic and she went above & beyond -- literally nailed it. She's so detailed, patient, and really takes her time to make everything perfect. My friend saw Lucy and she loved her too -- Lucy killed it just the same! Both of them are so sweet, made us feel super comfortable, and the service was amazing from start to finish. Already excited for our next appointment! read more

There are plenty of parking spaces. They are located in the Woodbury plaza. I was a walk-in and they were accommodating to fit me in. I got acrylics with a simple design for about ~$80. They sat me down and gave me a beverage menu. The first drink is complimentary and they had orange juice, tea, and water. The lady did great on my nails, I don't remember her name, but she listened and made sure I liked the nails. Great service overall. Nail salon located in Woodbury Plaza in the city of Irvine. The interior space is very white and bright, modern, and always spotless. The staff are warm, attentive, and really take their time to make sure you're comfortable. I recently got their gel manicures and they did a good job. Although I had to ask my lady to redo a few coats as it wasn't as consistent, especially when painting on the french tips. They have a great color selection too, so it's easy to find exactly what you want. read more

I was in a desperate need of a pedicure, and with it being Sunday, I decided to hop on yelp to see what was open. I found that not only Pure Nail to be opened, but this location is only about 5 minutes from my house. So I called and in and was able to get an appointment for 15 minutes later. Located in the Woodbury Town Center, parking can be a pain. So even though I was about 10 minutes late, I was greeted and sat right away. Dianne was my technician, and she quickly got to work on removing the gel polish I had. One of the nice things of this salon is the beverage menu you are offered. Anything from a mimosa, to Vietnamese coffee, or just water! I was definitely feeling pampered. Dianne did a good job with the pedicure and gave a great massage! The reason for the 4 stars is because of the lack of hot stones used during the message, in which I had selected the package that included them. Maybe she forgot? Either way, I look forward to my next pedicure, with hot stones! read more

I recently went in for a pedicure and It was so obvious that she was just rushing. She messed up one of my nails, and when I pointed it out, she refused to fix it. I left really disappointed and definitely won't be coming back. read more

Always attentive to detail and very efficient! Michelle does a fantastic job every time I'm there!

I'm not sure why this salon has a high rating at all. If you get gel nails expect for them to chip right away. But my biggest complaint is that I took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed and they were reckless. She left with burns that I didn't notice until we walked out, poor thing was in so much pain. There was no treatment for soothing after the wax either. I don't recommend this salon to anyone. Way overpriced as well. I hope my daughter does not have scarring. read more

Wish I saw the review recently. The lady didn't even ask what shape I would like for my nails. Scrubbing was horrible. Massage was cut down to 5 mins from 10. Everything was very rushed and I'm kicked out Paid over $89 for this I'm such a fool ‍ read more

First time I went, the front desk woman was a bit unfriendly but the manicurist was phenomenal. Second time, the front desk woman was very rude and the manicure was not worth the $80 I was charged. My nails are very short due to anxiety and stress, so I needed a full set to protect and grow them out. I'm very embarrassed by it. The manicurist's initial reaction and scolding attitude made me regret coming to this salon. I will not be returning. read more

My friend and I went in for an afternoon pick me up. We made appointments for 4pm and were shown to our nail techs without waiting too long. Met Lucy and Amy and they were so accommodating - they offered Vietnamese coffee, but we were good with water :) Lucy is a nail slayer! She had great attention to detail she whipped out the airbrush to get that fade effect, and she was so considerate to make sure she painted as many coats necessary to achieve the desired shade I wanted. She adorned by nails with sparkles, hydrated by skin with lotion, and made sure I was happy and comfortable. I glanced over at my girl friend, and her nails were on fleek with her tech, Amy. I love that Amy even came over to recommend tips for good nail health. They both were so pleasant to chat with, and really made sure we were both taken care of. Best part, such a great price. Can't wait to come back. read more

i just got my first service at pure nail bar this past sunday. overall, my experience there was very nice. nia was very sweet and mindful as she helped me with my detox spa pedicure package. the atmosphere is very nice, and they offer you beverages while you're getting your service (i'm not sure if they're priced, as i only requested water). though the service itself went smoothly and was relaxing as an experience, i'm disappointed in the outcome a few days later. as i mentioned, i only just got my pedicure on sunday (for which i paid $17 extra for the gel polish and $5 on top of that for the premium color i wanted). however, it's now tuesday night and already the polish on two of my toes has flaked off. i've gotten pedicures in the past and have never had this happen before, so i'm disappointed after paying about $80 for it to start deteriorating in the next 48 hours, when i was expecting it to at least last me the month for events i have upcoming. if it wasn't for this, it would have been a 5 star experience. i might try them again in the future because they've had so many good reviews, but it's unfortunate that this was my first experience from them. read more

Verrryyy pricey for not great quality service and product... up charge on literally everything! I also got a full set of gel X done, and two weeks later I went to go get a fill and she said I needed a full new set because she filled it down so much... so I had to pay for a brand new set. l also have never gotten toenail Ingrowns until I came here multiple times and every time got massive toe infections. read more

So glad to find this place on yelp. As of this review they had been opened two months. I routinely get pedicures and found this place to be fast, effective, and done with quality.
