This was unfortunately one of the most stressful and disappointing nail salon experiences I've had. Prior to arriving, I checked their online booking portal and noticed they had availability every 15 minutes starting at 1 PM through the end of the day, so I assumed they had room for their classic mani-pedi combo. My previous nail salon in Mission Viejo would block off unavailable times online, so I genuinely thought they had availability. When I arrived, they told me they could do the pedicure, but the manicure would depend on time. Which is fine, I understand and respect their availability. While they were setting up the pedicure station, they rushed me to pick a color, barely giving me more than 2 minutes before telling me to just sit down and saying I can pick later. For context, I only wanted a basic regular polish mani-pedi -- no gel, acrylics, extensions, or nail art. Just regular polish, shaping, and shaping. They handed me a gel sample book to choose from, I asked if these were the colors on the wall, and they confirmed it wasn't because they don't make sample books for regular polish. So the book was pointless... I normally do a shiny silver color on my toes, so I asked if they had something similar and was basically told "I don't know. Whatever we have is on the wall." I said I'd like to quickly look at the wall myself and if they didn't have something similar, I'd just go with white. As soon as I sat down for my pedicure, another technician came over to start my manicure, so naturally I assumed both services were being done (great!) She asked for my desired length and shape, and I requested oval. Less than 5 minutes into the manicure, I noticed my nails were being cut and shaped unevenly and nothing like what I asked for. When I politely pointed it out, she proceeded to say in Vietnamese to her coworker (I'm Vietnamese and understood everything) that I was being difficult and that she was going to help another client instead... About 10 minutes after she walked away, I was told they no longer had time to do my manicure anymore -- which left me disappointed considering they had already chopped off my nails and left them unfinished and half filed. I asked if they could at least file my nails evenly since they had already cut them, and while they agreed, my nails are better, but still uneven across the board. The most frustrating part was that while my hands were occupied, the pedicure technician just started painting my toes white without confirming the color with me or letting me go back to the wall to look. Ironically, when I went to pay, I found the exact silver color I had originally been looking for. Overall, I left feeling rushed, dismissed, and stressed out instead of relaxed. My friend, a long-time patron of the establishment, called ahead to book three pedicure appointments for us. We requested a 1 PM slot, but were asked to come in at 1:30 PM instead. Once settled, I watched as my friend and her daughter received immediate attention while I was left soaking my feet without any acknowledgment. After the technician finished with my friend's daughter, she proceeded to assist another customer who arrived after me. While I initially assumed there may have been an appointment conflict, I grew increasingly concerned when my friend's daughter's innocent question about my lack of attention made me painfully aware of the situation--I was intentionally being overlooked. I realized that since I took my seat, no staff member had acknowledged my presence or informed me that assistance would be provided shortly after they completed their current engagement. No one would even make eye contact with me. After 45 minutes of waiting, a staff member finally approached me, merely to thank me for my patience without offering any explanation or assurance that I would soon be attended to. Eventually, a woman came to start my pedicure, but her touch felt unkind and rushed, which only added to my discomfort. I felt an unwarranted sense of animosity directed at me, and despite my reluctance, I felt trapped in my seat. My friend noticed my distress and moved to sit beside me, offering her support. At that moment, I decided to speak up--I informed the technician that I did not want her to proceed with painting my nails. I paid full price for the service but left feeling disheartened and embarrassed. My friend, who has always praised the salon, couldn't shake the feeling that my treatment was influenced by my ethic background. I felt the same. She has since vowed never to return. This experience was a stark reminder of the importance of customer service and the impact it can have. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart, as no one should feel unwelcome or unvalued in a place meant for relaxation and self-care. Came here to get a removal of Gel-X nails. I made an appointment, but was not seen until 20 minutes later. It took about 30 minutes for the removal. The nail technician removed the Gel-X as expected. She filed my nails and trimmed them. She didn't cut my nails evenly though. Price was reasonable at $15. There's a 2% fee if you pay through credit card. No fee with cash or Venmo. read more

I don't typically get my nails done, but I was 38 weeks pregnant and heard a pedicure will induce labor. My friend found this place so we tried it! First I would like to say every member of their staff were the friendliest people I have ever encountered. Every single employee was so easy to talk with, they all seemed genuinely happy to be there. Overhearing conversations around the room everyone seemed to be wee engaged with their customers. I don't usually get my nails done because in the past I have so awkward, but that was not the case here. Their kindness has made me want to consistently get my nails done by them. The service came out beautifully, my tech made great suggestions since I wasn't really sure what I wanted. I felt so relaxed after, the leg massage was WONDERFUL, my feet looked beautiful and the experience truly made my day better. Also I went into labor 4 hours later, so maybe pedicures really do induce labor. My labor and delivery nurse said my toes look BEAUTIFUL also! I look forward to getting to return here! read more

I came here to get a manicure and a pedicure and wasn't happy with the color. I told the ladies multiple times that it looked lighter than I expected, but they never offered to change it. I also told the lady doing my manicure that one of my nails was misshapen. She said she'd fix it later. She did end up filing it down more, but it still didn't look right. They also seemed to have attitude and kept speaking to each other in their language, so I'm not sure what was going on, but I was uncomfortable. For my pedicure, a 5 minute massage was included. The lady started the timer but kept stopping to mess around with cash on her cart which was kind of gross and also cut into my service time. I wasn't happy with my service at all, and then they kept pushing for a cash tip, Venmo, or Zelle. I told them I didn't have any of the above. And I didn't end up giving a tip at all because I didn't like the service. I got a text from the salon asking to rate my experience, and I said I was very dissatisfied. I think this is what prompted the manager to call me. He was apologetic and offered to change the color of my nails for free, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to start my service even though I had an appointment. The manager did my fingernails, and he scraped off some skin with the nail file on 3 of my fingers which you can see in the attached pictures. He also kept telling me I should've said something to the ladies the last time I was there about the color. I told him I did. It was just kind of annoying considering I didn't even ask for them to fix it. I took him up on his offer, and then I get scolded about what I should've done differently. After my fingernails were fixed, I went to get my toenails redone by a different worker. I was concerned about the scraped skin around my fingernails and tried to ask her about it, but she didn't understand what I was saying. When she was finished with my toes, she just bluntly said, "You're done." I went to put my shoes on, and she started preparing for the next client while I was in the chair. She even moved the chair while I was still sitting on the side of it trying to tie my shoes. It just seemed rude to me. None of the workers told me goodbye or anything. I'm happy with the color now, but I won't be going back. I really don't like the service they provide here. read more

I usually keep it pretty simple and just get a gel manicure and classic pedicure. Today I decided to show Ivy a picture from Pinterest of nails I wanted. She made it happen!! She gave me tips to elongate my own natural nails a little bit and used hard gel to strengthen my nails. I appreciated that she didn't go the acrylic route as I wouldn't have wanted that. I had a $100 gift certificate from my son that I got for Xmas and had forgotten about so I was able to use all that towards my gel mani/pedi.
