Visited last week Simple mani and pedi buff The pricing offerings did not match what I was charged Again, simple service - took them 25 minutes: no polish, no hot towel treatment, no timed massage total paid $75 + tip, walked out feeling tricked with no dialogue of the transaction, just a payment machine handed to me. Puzzled and tired (9 months pregnant) I didn't push back. Note: In the past I've had a gel manicure, 45 minute session and paid $55. Something seemed off with pricing this visit. Something I noticed in this visit that was a complete turn off was how they rinsed the tools in the water my feet and hands were in to use on the next customer. I won't be returning to this establishment. Sanitation Pricing transparency Gentleness (rough; made me bleed during the cuticle trimming/ cut my skin and no acknowledgment of it) Job well done (came home and had to further trim because of sharp corners) Friendly Availability read more

I got a French tip with acrylic and it broke on my toe less than two days later with very light movement. When I called, they said they don't do refunds but offered to fix it. The repair was poorly done, and when I asked for a receipt, they said it would be too much trouble to go back and look for it. I also noticed tools that didn't appear to be properly sanitized between clients. I won't be returning and would recommend spending your money elsewhere. - lasked initially for the man that serviced me to file it down and he declined. After, ai barely shaped the edge and quickly realized it was unrepairable. Instead of unprofessional and dismissive replies maybe focus on all your bad reviews especially those mentioning french tips. read more

Hidden gem! Ask for Kenny, (Kenny very fast) Kim is the best if you like NAIL art. Jenny is also very sweet and good! I'm not a picky person when it comes to nails--but I am precise. If I'm paying $80+, I expect the work to be done carefully and cleanly, especially the polish. Anh Kenny was incredibly thoughtful. He knew I had an appointment next door and rushed to accommodate me without sacrificing care. Chi Kim was such a pleasant surprise--she jumped in to help finish my set and did an AMAZING job on the nail art. I told her french tip but do whatever. I'm easy going,, but I truly appreciate effort and when technicians clearly care about their work and show that they care. That makes all the difference. On top of that, the owner was so sweet and even gave me a gift. Great service, great people, and great energy. I'll definitely be back. read more

Excellent spot for a pedicure. They take walk ins which is great and it was fast to get seated on a Friday evening. Wide selection and good prices. read more

I visited the establishment on a whim and it was completely empty when I arrived. The man who did my nails was kind enough, but my nails turned out horribly. They were incorrectly sized and all different lengths, and when I asked for a French tip, it seemed as though he had never done one before. I decided to not get them, as paying an extra $10 for poorly done French tips seemed absurd to me. I also had to witness a terrible interaction between another person working there who treated a customer poorly. It made me feel very uncomfortable and by that time, I just wanted to leave. Truthfully, I would not return to this salon, nor could I recommend it to anyone. read more

Left my cuticle Bleeding One of the worst nail salon experiences I've had. The technician put cut on my finger while doing my cuticles and made it bleed. When I calmly told him, he applied something that burned badly and showed absolutely no concern or apology. He was rude and aggressive throughout the appointment, even getting angry when I simply asked for a towel after washing my hands. When I finally spoke up about his behavior, he actually yelled at me to "GET OUT." The other staff tried to help afterward, but this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Getting injured is one thing being treated disrespectfully afterward is another. I would not return and cannot recommend this place. read more

I'm giving 2 stars only because the service was fast. I got a full set of nail extensions, but not a single nail is smooth or even. Even worse, the edges are rough and sharp, and they've already started scratching my skin. What shocked me the most is that I was charged $80 for this quality. this is honestly 1-star service at a 5-star price. Very disappointing! read more

I look forward to my appt every time! My nail tech (Joanne) can do any crazy design I bring. They are clean, thorough, she goes the extra mile to get the creative design I want and to put her touch on it. I feel pampered and a little bit cuter every time I go! I've taken my daughters and her friends there on multiple occasions and they leave happy, too. 10 out of 10 I would recommend! They're mostly all family, too, which is the cutest thing, makes supporting them feel even better. read more

I work nearby and needed my nails off immediately but was limited on time. I came after work so it's expected to have slightly a longer wait. After a bit I asked how long the wait would be since I was in a bit of a rush. They told me ten minutes initially but then proceeded to have one of the technicians break away from a client briefly so I could start my nail soak. The tech was very kind and even offered to grab me water even though she was multitasking and I was inconveniencing her. This review is based on their amazing service and I would love to come back for a full set soon. The salon is very clean. They did a fabulous job with the removal! read more

I came in around 5:30 for a pedicure. They told me it would be a 15 minute wait but I waited around 8 minutes. Beba did my service and she was SUPER NICE! I have sensitive feet and she was gentle and very detailed when applying polish as well. I'm super happy and I will definitely come back to Beba. read more

You assumed that I didn't want to pay extra. I came in with the exact design that I wanted and you could not execute it. Your technician didn't know how to do it. Not to mention, when I came back for removal you made my nails thinner than I have ever had them before. Very rude and unprofessional. A lot of these reviews are fake and you charged me $125. read more

We were walk ins. The pedi was fine no issues but the nail polish was too dry, I complaint and the lady removed & reapplied but it was still leaving streaks on my nail. So finally the "manager" lady came and said something is wrong with my "nail" not their nail polish being too dry. She applied it again and said once it dries it'll be fine. Take a look, this is 4 hours later. In my opinion just a bad finishing job. Period. read more

My son & I were treated to a mani/pedi by my SIL who made an appointment for 2:30pm. We ended up arriving @2pm but they warmly greeted us & took us right away. The staff was friendly & the vibe was chill. The place was spotless & the chairs were comfy & in excellent shape. We were offered bottled water, which I always appreciate! They got right to work & I had two people talking care of me simultaneously: one for my mani & one for my pedi. This was fabulous because my son did not have to wait an eternity for me to be finished! 3 stars *** because my nail polish was old to the point of cracking the very next day & peeling three days later. My nail edges were also rough to the point of me needing to file them so they would stop catching on all my clothing. I realize that they possibly have no way of knowing a polish is old, but one would like to hope that being professionals, they would have some kind of idea/knowledge about it. Also, my son's cuticles peeled pretty bad from the mani, to the point of tearing & bleeding a little & it caused him some discomfort from it. Both of our Pedis were nicely done though. As always peeps... support your local small businesses! Have a lovely day! read more

The customer service was good but I only got a Fill*** "Reshape" lol French tip 3 nail design $71 not including tip For a fill? I would have rather got a soak off with a new set. The tech said my nails were lifting and I heard her say she basically gave me a new set to her co worker. I rather her suggest I do that instead of charge me a crazy price for a fill. & for the price I expect perfection:( read more

I have a coworker who lives up north and whenever she comes down, we have girl time! We spontaneously came to Divine Nails one day after work and loved them so much, we keep coming back. The staff here is welcoming and professional. For those who care, they speak English here so no worries on communication barriers. On most of our visits I get their namesake service: The Divine Pedicure ($42). I really appreciate the advanced function massaging spa pedicure chairs they have and I love that they have disposable plastic covers for the pedicure tub. The divine pedicure comes with your typical nail and cuticle care and polish. On top of that you get a heel exfoliation, callus treatment, tropical scrub, 15 minute massage and hot towel treatment. That additional massage is exactly what my feet needs after a long day of wearing high heels to business meetings. I have had a feel of their staff work on my pedicure, but the most memorable is Cathy. All of our experiences have been clean and thorough. My coworker especially love how well they take care of her cuticles. This is definitely one of our go-to spot for girl time. I actually came back recently since my nail broke and the spot I usually went to for gel manicures for over a decade closed down because of the pandemic. Love that they have a wide selection of gel polish, multiple reputable brands. I got a Gel Manicure ($33) with Cathy. She was super thorough with the service and my nails look fantasticccccc. Just in time to look fabulous for the Rams game this week. Walk ins are welcomed, but reservations will guarantee you can get in without waiting too long. They allow credit card payments, but please have cash for tip. read more

Walked in today I didn't have an appointment. The two people that worked on my did such an amazing job... I cannt thank you enough.

Our first time here today because I didn't want to drive far to our regular nail shop in Garden Grove due to the weather. They did not charge me since I wasn't satisfied with the service. I did leave the man a $40 tip since service was provided. He left my teens cuticles and nails raw and bloody. We were there for acrylics with French tips. We were there 2.5 hours. If the person was new it should have been communicated so we can decide if we want them to do our nails or not. I wanted to pay so I could have proof of services in case my teen's nails got infected. They said to come back if any issues and there shouldn't be any issues but didn't give me any names. I'm assuming the lady that spoke for the older man was the owner or manager. read more

Just okay. I got taken in as a walk in gel manicure and gel pedicure. Pedicure was perfect but the lady who did my manicure was rushing as soon as she saw someone she knew walk in. I totally get regulars are important but rushing through the job to get to them sucked for me. I had to keep asking her to fix certain parts on my nails Ex) making sure the white of the French tip actually extended all the way across the nail I had to ask her to fix multiple nails for the same problem and after multiple times I could tell she was getting upset at me.... I wish she just did it in the first place so I didn't have to ask and get her angry. So I guess overall depends on who you get. read more

Tried this place on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised! I went came here to get a standard mani-pedi with my boyfriend. I called about 45 minutes in advanced and they were able to accommodate us pretty last minute. I wish I got the name of the technician but I really appreciated her service. She was very kind and meticulous! & when I didn't love the color so chose out for my toes, she picked some other options that I could use for my manicure which was a little bit closer to what I was going for. The last place I went to I felt so rushed, but here I felt very relaxed and cared for. Service was good and the staff were sweet. Can't wait to come back again read more

I live across the street and have come here multiple times to get my nails done, the last time was for my wedding! I really wanted acrylic almond-shaped French tip chrome with pearls, but when they went to put the pearls on it didn't look right on my tiny baby fingers, so they got creative and created what looked like pearls using white polish and chrome, amazing! These lasted over a month but I finally had to get them taken off because they're too long for me! Highly recommend this place, they are so sweet, even remembered I was getting married when I came in to get them taken off today. Oh and they have massage chairs, that's always a must for me at nail salons! read more

Was taken immediately as a walk-in, which was very appreciated. Paid $49 + tip for dip powder, no manicure just the dip and light filing, which I thought was a steep price without having any cuticle care. A few corners were missed (not a big deal), however the dip was not brought up near my cuticles - there's a decent gap that would make it necessary to get another service in only a week or two. I think for $50, I shouldn't have to come back that soon. I was also hurt a couple times on accident by running an e-file attachment under my nail too far. *Pictures taken same-day as service read more

I was visiting from out of town and this salon was close to my hotel and had good reviews. I came in for a pedicure and was the only customer, but the lady seemed rushed to get it done.
