Standing there completely naked could've been awkward, but she was so kind, professional, and reassuring that I felt at ease the whole time. She walked me through every step, explained what she was doing, and made sure I felt confident before and after the tan. Her and I had clear conversation as I was considering switching to membership vs single service . I ended up getting a membership and after a few services realized their spray tan product was actually causing skin acne /rash. I reached out to cancel my membership and they told me the 3 credits I had on file were now gone. This was the opposite of what I had been told. They charge for a membership which guarantees a certain amount of credits then are no longer usable once the membership is cancelled. The company is taking money for providing NOTHING to the customer. This makes zero sense. The credits for cancelled memberships don't even stay active for any period. This company is so unethical. The employees spray tanning also say a "a 20% tip is highly recommended " then proceed to charge 20% on the single service price not the membership price. Ive requested a refund on my credit card and they refused, I requested they credit 3 sessions on my account and they refused. I hope to warn others to be very cautious. I will never give my business to a company like this.

Everyone who works here is so welcoming and kind and makes it a great experience. Truthfully, the best waxers I have ever encountered. However, the manager, Camy, is capable of ruining the entire experience. Her demeanor and lack of professionalism is truly appalling and the way she speaks and treats her employees is disgusting. She talks about her sex life in front of clients and her lack of concern for the way she acts at the salon is obvious. I will never go back to this salon entirely due to the fact that the owner allows such a horrific manager to stay there. I refuse to support a salon that subjects its employees to this level of stupidity and ignorance. I feel so bad for those poor girls. read more

Bianca is the absolute best! I've been seeing her for Brazilian waxes for over six months, and she makes the entire experience so comfortable and easy. The second you walk in, you're greeted with the biggest smile, and by the end of the appointment you're laughing and catching up like old friends. I love, love, love all the OC Waxing Locations but especially the one located in Irvine. They seem to have the most available times and flexibility. I especially love my go to wax girl Vanessa.
