They do it differently here than most waxing spots. When I walked into the room they have a gentle cleansing wipe for you to clean up and then they give you time to get settled in. I love their low-light ambient in the waxing rooms, their non-crinkly paper, and their non-toxic waxes. The whole experience was eventful. Natasha made it pain free and breezy. They use hard wax here for Brazilians so it allows a more seamless removal than soft wax. I definitely feel silky smooth! They also have a great line of products at the salon.
