I received my sugaring services by Kara Melvin and I had a very negative experience. I admit that I was late to my appointment about 8 minutes but she left hair in some areas and she refused to use tweezers. She was rushing it and blamed the unremoved hair on me being late and my "hair being short" which is not true (my hair was longer than usual about 6 weeks of regrowth from my last removal). I regret the tip I gave her and I don't recommend this place as she was not respectful and provided poor costumer service. read more

I made an appointment for upper lip and eyebrows which I was nervous for because I've been threading for over a year and I haven't waxed in a very long time. This place is great! Maddy is amazing at what she does. She's super quick yet thorough and has been extremely helpful in figuring out how to manage my sensitive skin during my services and for the after care. She's very patient with me and does all that she can to help prevent any issues (which is not typical with sugaring by the way, it's just my temperamental skin!). She's also so fun to talk to. Completely different experience from the previous studio I used to go to. The prices are much lower too, and you get discounts.
