I asked for a clean up and I got botched brows. They look so choppy and she took too much from the bottom of the eyebrow on the right so it now has a weird arch. My brows are usually sleek after threading and this looks incredibly choppy and such an awkward shape. Came in right before my trip which was the worst decision. read more

I had a really bad experience at True Threading. The woman who did my eyebrows (she had white hair) was extremely careless while threading. She actually cut the skin above my eyelid with the thread, leaving visible cuts. This has never happened to me before in all the years I've had my eyebrows threaded. It was painful and unnecessary. She was very reckless with how she was using the thread. I didn't get her name, but I hope the salon takes this seriously and ensures better training and care in the future. read more

We discussed the shape and she gave me her opinion as trying to grow out an area of my brow. I also had her color them and do my lip. My eyebrows were wonderful and got many complements on them!
