I made an appointment through their website, which advertises sugaring services complete with pricing for each area of the body. So imagine my surprise when I showed up for my appointment and the employee greeted me with a very confused expression. She told me that they do not do sugaring, only regular waxing. I showed her my appointment confirmation and she explained that their room's temperature is not suitable for sugaring. They need to update the website so they don't waste others' time. read more

The aesthetician was very friendly and actually listened to what I wanted which was great, however I had to go home and pluck strays and clean up/shape spots she had clearly missed. My sister and I went to City Threading for a eyebrow/lip threading and armpit wax respectively. I had the threading with Nilu and it was very gentle, felt almost no pain and she was VERY thorough. Honestly the best threading I've had done and for a great price. My sister was helped by Swechhya and she was also very nice and a perfectionist. I've been to another threading place in the different side of Laguna Niguel and they were good, I stayed there for 4 years, but whenever they get super busy and lots of people waiting, the service gets poor and the way my eyebrows were styled are different- coz they were in a rush. But not here!! The stylist in City Threading takes their time no matter how busy they are. They strive for excellence and perfection and not just "it looks good".
