I got my eyebrows cleaned up and she listened that I didn't want any of my shape changed or touched. Just simply cleaning the bottom and top of the shape. I also did upper lip which really hurt . Waited about 5 min? Two ladies working. She offered aloe Vera to cool it down at the end. $22 for eyebrows and upper lips. A steal. I want to try tinting next time.

I love that. She measured my face and used a pen to see how far she had to thread, I mean I have never had anyone do that so I was very impressed how meticulous she was. You really do have to come support Nadia, it's her own business, she's worked her off to get this far and I love supporting local and women owned. Kudos to you! Her shop is super cute, you get reward points, raffle tickets for giveaways, it's just adorable. She offers more than just eyebrow threading so definitely check her out. It's in a shopping center so you don't need to fret about finding a spot. Thank you for making me feel Nadia!

I have been coming to this eyebrow threading place for a long time and usually have a good…read moreexperience. However, today there was a new lady, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. Before she started, I clearly explained that I did not want my eyebrows rounded and that I prefer a defined arch. She finished in less than 4 minutes and did not follow my instructions. She made my eyebrows round, which is exactly what I asked her not to do. I had waited an entire month for my eyebrows to grow so they could have a nice shape, and now the shape is ruined. It was very frustrating because I feel she did not listen to what I wanted. I hope the management improves communication and ensures staff listen carefully to clients. Sadly, after this experience, I am not sure I will return.

Anita has been amazing in getting my brows back in shape from a disastrous experience elsewhere while out of the country for an event. She truly listened to what I wanted and what I wanted back for my brows. She has a light touch and doesn't end the service till you're fully satisfied. She will take extra care to make sure you get what you're looking for and never pushes things you don't want. I know that going into PT and sitting in her chair I can relax from all the work stress, have a great conversation with her not just as my threading specialist but as a friend who cares about her guests, and come out looking great. Always get the aloe since she gives a great little face massage with it! love you Anita, see you for my next appointment!
