I waited over 20 minutes and when it was finally my turn the technician had another customer walking in and started talking in their own language and proceeded to invite her to take a seat and started to work on her eyebrows not once did she acknowledge me she totally ignored the fact I was next, who in there right mind does this to a customer, never have I had such a bad experience!
