I found Elena through a Facebook group where a ton of ladies recommended her. I then checked out the pictures of her work and felt like every single set of eyebrows she drew were in harmony with the faces and looked very groomed and professional. And oh how happy am I to have found her! First of all, she is a true professional. She learned her craft very well and knows every little details when it comes to permanent makeup and taking care of the healing brows. I was especially impressed with the little instruction she put together, as well as an after-care kit. This shows that Elena truly cares about her customers. The work she did was beyond my expectations. I did have PMU of my eyebrows before with another master and I remember the pain being so intense I cried during the procedure and felt the vibration of the needle in the bones of my face. With Elena - I could have fallen asleep because of how gentle she is! She numbs the area before and then works very carefully, checking in with you to see how it goes. Elena is also incredibly patient!!! I came sort of unprepared the first time and just asked her to draw whatever she deemed fitting on my face. Only after I came home, did I start looking over my old pictures, noting which shape I liked the most (should have done it before coming in the first time for sure), and during the touch-up session I basically had her draw a whole different shape. the problem was also that I had a difficulty expressing what exactly I wanted differently (same upper border but more arched in the bottom), so Elena painstakingly corrected my eyebrows millimeter by millimeter until I was completely satisfied with the shape. It took maybe 40 minutes but I've never had more perfect eyebrows in my life. And lastly, maybe it's just my personal impression but I found Elena to be incredibly pleasant and intelligent woman.
