When I met Elena she was very knowledgeable, kind, and from the start she makes sure you are getting exactly what you want. I ended up getting micro-shading because I wanted definition and contrast. I requested microblading but nanoblading was a better option for me. She explained that the microblading I had gotten done a few years ago left scar tissue. Which I wasn't aware of. (Different technician) she was very accommodating to my schedule and I was very happy with the results. read more

Truly could not be happier with this experience for my mom. Elena was so kind and patient throughout the whole process. She really took her time with the consultation, showed us what could be possible, and really cared about making sure we were happy with everything before proceeding. Time was not a concern for her. You can tell she really cares about the individual and giving them the best results possible. Her craft is amazing. She was able to work around an old microblading procedure that was not done to the best ability, and create the dream brow shape and color my mom wanted. I was very apprehensive to have my brows done as I am a mature woman so wanted my very sparse and light brows to look natural. I am so happy I found Elena who is very professional and helped me determine what was right for me. Elena suggested brow shading, which has turned out to be the perfect solution. Thank you Elena, I am very happy with the results. I want to add that the professionalism, cleanliness and ambiance were very much appreciated. read more

I have had very sparse brows my whole life. I got my eyebrows tattooed about 7 years ago, it then faded and I got microblading done 4 years ago. I found Elena through Instagram and messaged her some photos. She told me my skin was too oily for microblading but we could do ombré or powder. It totally clicked, because the last time I got mine done, the ink didn't take very well. So grateful that Elena is knowledgeable! Elena started out by designing my brows and measuring everything out. Once we were both satisfied, she numbed me up and got to work. She puts in a high level of detail and I am super impressed! I absolutely LOVE how my brows have turned out! I opted to do the touch-up session with her and now I'm healed up. My brows look natural and I honestly couldn't have been happier. Elena is super sweet, professional and does an amazing job. read more

Elena was an excellent communicator leading up to the appointment for my elderly family member wanting to get her brows done. She was clear on pricing and timing and was also very flexible. The day of the appointment, she was again very thoughtful, thorough and clear about after-care and healing. She was also kind to my family member during the process and asked if she needed water, breaks, etc. What I most appreciated was that she was careful and took her time, and checked in with us throughout the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend her! read more

If you ever had any hesitations, fears, or doubts....Elena will put them all at ease. I am soooo happy for myself, soooo happy I finally did this. There were some things from the first application that I wanted a little different. Time in between the first and second appointments gave me to room and space too see myself in different lighting so that I could really narrow down the finer details. She nailed all the finer points of what I wanted....a "smidge" here and there. I am a no muss-no fuss kinda woman with little experience with brows and frankly, not much concern. She listened with all the patience in the world, took the time I needed. Did I say how happy I am??? They are amazing!! Don't wait any longer, book your consultation with her, the only regret you'll have is why didn't you do it sooner!!! read more

I found Elena through a Facebook group where a ton of ladies recommended her. I then checked out the pictures of her work and felt like every single set of eyebrows she drew were in harmony with the faces and looked very groomed and professional. And oh how happy am I to have found her! First of all, she is a true professional. She learned her craft very well and knows every little details when it comes to permanent makeup and taking care of the healing brows. I was especially impressed with the little instruction she put together, as well as an after-care kit. This shows that Elena truly cares about her customers. The work she did was beyond my expectations. I did have PMU of my eyebrows before with another master and I remember the pain being so intense I cried during the procedure and felt the vibration of the needle in the bones of my face. With Elena - I could have fallen asleep because of how gentle she is! She numbs the area before and then works very carefully, checking in with you to see how it goes. Elena is also incredibly patient!!! I came sort of unprepared the first time and just asked her to draw whatever she deemed fitting on my face. Only after I came home, did I start looking over my old pictures, noting which shape I liked the most (should have done it before coming in the first time for sure), and during the touch-up session I basically had her draw a whole different shape. the problem was also that I had a difficulty expressing what exactly I wanted differently (same upper border but more arched in the bottom), so Elena painstakingly corrected my eyebrows millimeter by millimeter until I was completely satisfied with the shape. It took maybe 40 minutes but I've never had more perfect eyebrows in my life. And lastly, maybe it's just my personal impression but I found Elena to be incredibly pleasant and intelligent woman. She made me feel at ease and we talked through the entire 3-hour session. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you, Elena, you made me feel pretty even with no make-up on :) read more

Elena is the best. I got my brows done by her and just recently went for my touch up. I come in for touch ups when I want a refresh, and because she is sooo good at what she does, I love my brows every single time. Her new place is larger and as always very clean, sanitary, white, and is the perfect environment for brows. I am super super picky, and Elena is such a professional that even my pickiness has been satisfied. Her results always look amazing and we are talking about doing my lips next. She gets tons of referrals and her pricing is competitive and her results are incredible. So -if you are wondering where to get your brows done, I highly recommend Elena. She is a true professional. She is a mom like me- and we talked about that and more. She is really a lovely person and even teaches brows so you know you are going to an expert. Every single brow you get anywhere will require touch ups and refreshers- because it's a tattoo, it's permanent makeup, so just keep that in mind and when you go to Elena just know you are getting the best of the best service and results out there. :) Thanks Elena for a job well done and see you soon for my next one! -Linda J. read more

Love my eyebrows! Elena is the best and takes the time to listen to what I wanted, goes over the procedure thoroughly and the aftercare as well. She is very patient and makes the entire process a very rewarding experience. My eyebrows came out better than I imagined and I'm so glad I did them. I've probably cut my makeup time in the morning by half now that I don't need to "draw" on my eyebrows. I had sparse eyebrow hairs, I think part of being Asian and partly from plucking in the 90's so I got the Powder Brows and absolutely love them. Best purchase ever!
