The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. They somehow they tried to make me pay more in guise of "nail art", but how could nail art with less detail and on barely any nails cost more than it was supposed to cost? Aileen asked me which lash set I would want and showed me pictures of what the lashes would look like and sample pictures. When I laid down she showed me samples of the lashes and what it would look on my eye and we agreed to which style. She was so meticulous and soft with her hands on my lashes. I loved my lashes at the end and they fit my eye perfectly! Aileen was an amazing lash tech! This place is really clean and has soft music playing in the background where you can relax while getting your eyelashes done. They provide water and chocolate at the front waiting room. I would come again and prices are so affordable!

There was barely any difference from my natural lashes. What made the experience worse was having to go back and forth with management and technician speaking their native language between themselves and me practically begging for more volume. I was repeatedly told that my lashes "can't hold" volume, even though I regularly get 4D - 5D volume sets from other places and they hold perfectly fine for 2-3 weeks every time. The technician kept insisting it was impossible instead of listening to what I requested as a client. The technician was also being rude when she told me if I don't like it she will just remove the lashes and I can leave. I still thanked her several times and was extremely polite, I left her a good tip but I will never return. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for actual volume lashes or if you expect management to be receptive to customer concerns. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I want to clarify that the technician assessed my lashes BEFORE starting and even showed me a reference photo of a 4D volume set saying that WAS THE LOOK I would be getting. If my lashes truly could not support that style, that should have been communicated BEFORE the service began -- not only after I expressed disappointment with the final result. The explanation about my lashes "not being able to hold volume" directly contradicted BOTH what I was promised during the appointment and my consistent experience getting 4D-5D sets elsewhere.

The lash technician was very gentle -- no poking at all, and the glue wasn't irritating. I could open my eyes right after the appointment with no discomfort. The whole process took about an hour, and it was honestly very relaxing. This was my first time trying a fox-eye style, and I'm really happy with how it turned out! If you have round eyes and a more natural/soft look like me and want to try something new, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I also run my lashes if they're uncomfortable. This place has saved my lashes two times, two different techs. They also use the highest quality lashes that are weightless so I don't feel the urge to rub my eyes. Lastly, and this is a big plus - their chairs are soooooo comfortable. Way better than a flat plastic covered table. They're basically huge recliners and have massage or heat functions (I think - she did turn on something but I fell asleep). Very grateful for this place.
