Stephanie is a true artist and excels at her craft. I actually booked her immediately when I saw a coworker who had brows ombre tattooed by Steph - her brows looked amazing even after 2.5 yrs without touch up! She is super friendly and detail oriented, ensuring your brow shape and color are exactly what you want. I wanted super natural results (my wedding is in June) and after 2 full weeks of healing I had my dream brows every morning I woke up! No joke I never thought I'd be one to get this done but I'm so glad I treated myself to it. Steph is also very attentive to how it'll fade and color theory. read more

I originally had my eyebrows and lips done February 2024. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and informed me about the procedure, shape, color etc. I get so many compliments on them!! I've done microblading before, but it had been years. I needed to get it redone, (my faded eyebrows weren't looking too cute), so I did a Yelp search and found my girl, Stephanie! Yelp totally came through because my experience with Stephanie was amazing from beginning to end. Her studio is very clean and cute. She makes you feel like you've been friends for years. I was so comfortable with her. The whole process was so smooth and my eyebrows came back to life. The touch up went just the same as the initial visit. The conversation was so much fun. My eyebrows came out perfect once again. I'm a bit sad that I won't see her for a couple of years, but I WILL be returning for touch ups in the future!!! Loveeeee her so much thank you, Stephanie!!!!! read more

I had the pleasure of being Stephanie's client and student. Both times were incredibly pleasing! As a client, I came in with previously microbladed brows, but weren't happy with the results. Stephanie's work (IG: Dollfacepmu) caught my eyes, but skeptical at first. Lots of times, artists will photoshop their work to lure clients in. I didn't know what to expect, except that I needed to get my eyebrows fixed. I wanted fuller brows and almost symmetrical brows, and she gave me just that! Her work is very precise and taken with great care. She treats your brows as if it's hers. She makes sure you triple check her work, before proceeding to permanently tattoo it on your face. I took my time and told her to fix several areas before we began, and she was very patient with me. I appreciated that part so much! This was the reason why I decided to move forward with my experience with her. I decided to take her training course! Boy, was I glad I did! As a student, you begin to dissect her brain slowly. You understand more in depth the proper techniques and tools to create amazing brows! Her course is three days long, and it's very intensive. She gives you a lot to work with, very thorough with her teachings and you get to work on a live model on your third day! That part is the most fun for me! I got to work on my very first client with the help of Stephanie. Gave me a piece of mind knowing she's looking over my shoulders, making sure I'm using the right techniques. You get to spend one-on-one time with her, ask her as many questions as possible, and you get to take your time with your first client and make sure your client doesn't leave with terrible brows. This is a plus! Overall, I give her five stars! I'm so glad to know that there are still people out there that cares about great customer service. She's pretty up there with that and you'll definitely be well taken care of. Take her class if you're thinking about, you won't be disappointed! Get your brows done by her, you'll be glad you did!! Thanks, Stephanie!! read more

If you're thinking about taking a class from Stephanie I DEFINITELY recommend it ! 100% she's one of the best PMU trainers in the industry. Although I only took her 1-Day Advanced Training Class, she still took her time to go in depth in what she was teaching me. We went over color theory & she went over A LOT- the whys, the how's, the what's I learned so much and will be taking her 3-Day course next ! read more

I'm just going to get straight to the point and say Stephanie is AMAZING. Her skills are freaking flawless. She really takes her time doing a pre draw to make sure the brows frame your face perfectly and she explains everything in detail. I'm so happy I came to her. Definitely worth every penny. It's so great to have amazing brows all the time. I had hair before getting this done but having nice even brows 24/7 is even better. It's great that she goes more natural the first time around and then during the touch up it gives you the option of making the brows more saturated. I am OCD when it comes to any type of healing process so I still texted her a couple of times after even though she did explain it perfectly . Anyways get your brows done ASAP. read more

First things first, I'm picky....i don't let just anyone touch my face. In fact, I will spend months researching someone....dentist, eye doctor, esthetician, facial waxer, etc.....before I allow them anywhere near me. It's my face for goodness sake! It was no different with Stephanie. I watched and I admired. I googled and I yelped. I searched for anything I didn't like, and I failed every time. When I arrived at my appointment, any nerves I had disappeared within minutes. Stephanie was so welcoming, kind, and funny! She spent time talking to me about what I wanted and why I wanted it. She measured and shaped and asked me (repeatedly) about any preferred changes before she started. Throughout the procedure, she kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable (I was!). My eyebrows turned out beautifully. I cannot praise her work enough. From someone who is not "makeup savvy", Stephanie has saved so much time (and stress!) for me every day. My only complaint is that they last so long, I won't get to see her again for awhile. If you've been on the fence, this is your sign to make the jump. Stephanie, and her work, are amazing!! read more

Although I have not had any treatment/service from Stephanie, I wanted to write a review as to my experience with her. I have tattooed brows that were done 3-4 years ago. I sent Stephanie pictures and she responded immediately. We then had a telephone call. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and explained my options in thorough detail. She told me her honest opinion, as she said she wished someone would have done so with her as she has had her brows tattooed in the past. She did not try to lure me in to make money. This woman knows what she is doing. She took her time with me even though she wasn't being paid and answered all of my questions. If I decide to have my brows corrected, I will 100% without a doubt be using Stephanie. read more

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** As a student, Stephanie is THE one! I've been wanting to learn how to do ombré brows for so long and finally took that chance with Stephanie. I took her beginner 3-day training and, let me tell y'all, it was PACKED. I was pretty nervous coming in and had no idea what I was doing, but she was suuuper patient with me and will teach you everything you need to know!!! It's intensive, but the information she provides isn't meaningless. She's also hilarious, personable, and such an all-around great person that ya girl just had to come back (to get my brows done :P). There's never a dull moment with her, so I highly recommend her if you're looking to learn :) As a client, she makes sure you're happy with your brows first before tattooing. I came in with previous work done from over 3 years ago, and she really takes the time to make sure both brows are pretty much the same and that you like them. I got fixed real good and can't wait for them to fully heal and be back for the touch up. My brows are magnificent! I LOVE them!!! Also highly recommend her if you've been wanting to get your brows done! read more

I was referred to Stephanie for permanent eyebrow makeup by a friend and took a solid year to finally commit to the process. I had viewed so many other artists through Instagram, but Stephanie's aesthetic and consistency is what attracted me. All her posts show her consistency and dedication to her craft, and as an artist myself, I appreciate this beyond measure! When I first consulted for an appointment, she advised I should wait until after breastfeeding because hormones may affect the retention of the ink. How considerate! All the yes! When an appointment was finally booked and scheduled, COVID of course reared it's ugly head and put a pause on my eyebrow plans. Stephanie kept it professional with updates and transparency to all the efforts she was making to make us feel safe and welcomed when the time came. Well, the time came! I did get anxious waiting for an appointment, but Stephanie was so consistent with getting back to her clients and setting everything up. She is thorough in all her practices from timing, procedures, and cleanliness! The studio was so clean and stress free. There was absolutely no fuss, amid pandemic precautions, which again made this experience so nice! Stephanie used a topical numbing cream for the majority of the process and it was a game changer! I have a high pain tolerance, so there was no point where I ever felt uncomfortable or overwhelmed by pain or discomfort. I didn't know what to expect, so this was definitely pleasant! The final results speak for itself! I am beyond satisfied with my experience and the quality I received in return. The work performed is exceptional; absolutely no complaints over here, only praise! Thank you Stephanie for a life changing experience and renewed confidence in my appearance. read more

My eyebrows are officially healed after the second session and i am OBSESSED! Getting them done was probably the best decision ever. Not only do i not have to do my eyebrow makeup, i literally can just do my mascara and some lipstick and i look snatched because that's how good my eyebrows look. I've been getting compliments daily on how great they look, even by STRAIGHT MEN. If a straight man can see the difference, you know it's good work. Stephanie is also so freaking awesome! She is so friendly, funny, relatable and down to earth. Both my sessions felt like i was hanging out with a girlfriend. She makes you feel super comfortable and the trust she immediately builds with you is important for permanent makeup. I'm telling everyone to go to her. Everything was incredibly easy from booking, finding the location and even taking care of my brows. Not to be dramatic but she literally changed my life lol I hardly wear makeup these days because with these bomb ass brows and my eyelash extensions I don't really feel the need to. I have been wanting to get my eyebrows done for years but was very skeptical about what artist to go with. I'm so glad that I waited and scouted out before settling on Stephanie. I stalked her Instagram for months before finally booking an appointment. I just got my touch up yesterday and am so happy with it. I cannot wait to have them healed up and roll out of bed for work Stephanie is very patient and will work with you to get the PERFECT brows for you! Now, keep in mind, almost everyone has asymmetrical faces so don't expect your brows to be twins but sisters. She is also an ARTIST and has background on color theory, which plays a big part in helping your brows look natural! Also keep in mind that there is a reason you have a touch up 5-10 weeks later, the initial session is not the final outcome. read more

This review is long overdue. I got my brows done by the very talented and gifted Stephanie in March 2021. Then went back for my retouch in August 2021 after months in the Sun in Hawaii. Not to fear, I let Stephanie know and she gave me all the guidelines on how to preserve the work she had already established. It took me years to finally come to a decision to do permanent makeup. I was worried about if what I get now will still look good later. Also, it's permanent there's no going back once I start then there's no stopping. All I have to say that with all my worries and fears, Stephanie put me at ease with her knowledge and skills in color and precision. As we talked about color she mentioned her background in Graphic Design. Being married to a graphic artist in know how they study the color palette and knowing what color compliments what. Her precision on mapping out your face prior to starting the tattooing process you immediately recognize her passion she has not only in her work but in the person she knows she'll make a difference in their lives. Eyebrows are no joke. They define and enhance your beauty not only on the outside but in the inside too, if done accurately. Her work is natural. Her hands are light. And her skills are impeccable. So good I had to bring my Mommy in to get her 20+ eye brow tattoos corrected (that's for another review lol). Stephanie, Thank You! Thank You for understanding my concerns and needs. Not making me feel like I'm just another face to make money but another human that you can help put a smile on their face. Props Girl read more

I 've always wanted to get my brows done for the longest time. I would have to say since I was 25. A long time! I am a chicken when it comes to pain. But, one day my gf told Me about Stephanie because she had gotten her brows done by her. First thing she told me was "it didn't hurt at all." Obviously I didn't believer her so I had to find out for myself. The day of my appointment I was very nervous but when I met Stephanie she was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She made me feel at ease and that I can trust her with my brows. She answered all the questions that I had before the procedure. She really listened to me and what kind of shaped I wanted and also her input on what she thought would look best with my face shape. Now the part that I was terrified about. As I was laying on the bed, I asked stephanie if she had started already and she goes "yes why?" I was so shook because I couldn't feel a thing! She is the queen of numbing cream. My gf was right about that it doesn't hurt at all or with Stephanie it didn't because she's THAT GOOD! My brows came out amazing and I love it so much. I couldn't stop looking at it that whole day and days after. I would totally recommend her to everyone. She is the sweetest girl and really does care about you and what you want. Her after care kit was so cute! I didn't even wanna open the box lol. I couldn't be happier with the results! DOLLFACEPMU is where to go and STEPHANIE is your girl! read more

I was very tentative about getting my brows done as I kept wavering back and forth (I have commitment issues). Stephanie was recommended by a close friend of mine so I already held her in high esteem but it was when I saw one of her clients' brows in real life when I made my decision to go through with it. I got the ombre and according to Stephanie I have "a lot of hair." I'm really glad I got this instead of microblading! Anyways, this is my first time getting any procedure like this so I didn't know what to expect. Stephanie was super patient with me, and I lost count of how many times we went back to the drawing table so she can give me multiple chances to have my say and ask for changes if desired. What I appreciated the most was how she did not let me ruin my brows!!! She stood her ground and gently lead me to see that she was the expert and she really had my best interest at heart. I thought I would know what's best because they are my brows, but guess what, STEPHANIE KNOWS BETTER. Thank you Stephanie for the beautiful brows - I feel so confident and gorgeous even when I have no make up on! I'll try to post more pics once my brows fully heal :) read more

Stephanie was so amazing!!! She was very sweet and down to earth. What I liked most about her was she was thorough throughout the whole process and had a very high attention to detail. THE PROCESS She first does the pre drawing, Stephanie really takes her time and works with you to get your dream brows.. after you both agree she will move onto the next step of contouring to then really emphasize and have the brows pop . The last step is the tattooing, I would describe this like having your eyebrows tweezed, it is a bearable pain and Stephanie helps by putting numbing cream on too. I would say the whole process of consulting and tattooing is 4 hours total. I recommend everyone going to Stephanie, she listens to what you want and really is all about customer satisfaction. She was such a delight and I'm so happy with my results! I can't wait for my brows to be healed, will post a pic up soon. read more

I've been wanting to get my brows done for the longest time and I'm so happy I stumbled upon Stephanie's Instagram! She does it all! Microblading, ombre, microshading, corrections, and removals. I decided with the ombre (+correction to cover my old microblading) because I was convinced from her work that they'd fade out to look really natural. I loved that she was really understanding about what I wanted my brows to look like. Sometimes when I scroll through IG, I feel like some artists stick to a similar style and it seems so cookie-cutter but Stephanie took her time when stenciling my brow shape to make sure to get them to frame my face nicely. You can definitely tell that she is passionate about her work and the art that goes behind doing brows. I appreciated this so much because you want to find a good artist- these brows stay on you for a long time. LOL. After stenciling, she applied numbing cream, then got to doing her work. I was pretty scared for this part but she has such a gentle touch and made sure to check in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Because I had to do a correction beforehand, the process took about 3-4 hours? I honestly didn't even notice the time because there was good music bumpin' in background and we got some girl time to just laugh about random girl things. I left with a care package with some things that I needed for post-procedure care which was literally the icing on the cake. I've done my brows 3 times in the past, I've never gotten one of these. What have I been missing out on!? Anyways, Stephanie is such a sweetheart. I honestly could not recommend her enough. She does great work, she is so understanding and easy to talk to. Dollface Permanent Makeup is clean, adorable and overall a very beautiful studio Stephanie has all of her licensing and is BBP certified which is already a great start in my book! Shes knowledgeable from start to finish, and explained every step of the process to me. Initially I wanted to get microblading done, but after the consultation with Stephanie shes convinced me 100% that ombre/powder is the best way to go. The "machine technique " leaves less scar tissue behind which will allow my skin to continue absorbing the pigmentation after every touch up, and she says it lasts so much longer! I loved what she said, " it's about being beautiful for a long time, not just right now!" Thanks so much hun read more

I wanted to look effortless, as if I just rolled out of bed. I am also a mom who has very little time to be spending more than 5 minutes on make up. I was waiting until my eye brows healed so I can have pictures to prove for Stephanie's work of art , I've never had eyebrows just a basic line & drawing them on AND them looking pretty was only for times I was coordinated & had plenty of time in my hands. When I found Stephanie on IG I knew immediately she was the one that was going to give me eyebrows because her work is beautiful. I made my appointment in June and had my appointment in November which is perfect because it gave me time to save. After my first appointment my touch up was end of February. BOOK YOUR TOUCH UPS because your eye brows will fade and you want the best result possible. In the first appointment Stephanie helped make my line eyebrows symmetrical and even if I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect she talked me through the process. (Took about 3 hours give or take). For my second appointment I was ready to go and now that it's 3 weeks after I love my eye brows so much and have gotten compliments everywhere I go. My cousin loved them so much that she booked with Stephanie the moment she saw me post my touch up pictures as the pictures speak for themselves. PS remember to also do your part and take the proper after care as well but overall you'll love the results.. she has a wait time for a reason read more

What better way to celebrate my 30th birthday than to pamper myself with ombre eyebrows. After lurking around on instagram, I came across Dollface Permanent Makeup. Stephanie is licensed and BBP certified. She does ombre, microblade, microshading and removals. Her work on her instagram page really stood out to me so I booked the appointment. It was very easy, she accepts Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, and major credits cards. You pay a deposit fee and you have the option of paying the full amount anytime prior to your appointment. The studio is not hard to find, its on the second floor and plenty of parking in HB. My initial session was on Feb 3rd, 2019 Super Bowl day haha. We took a lot of pictures, before, during, and after. She will not do anything without your consent. It is about 4 hours total from counseling, to the stencil, and then the actual tattooing process. I very much enjoyed my time here and this was a great experience. Here is a before and less than 20 hours after the initial session. The color will lighten up 20-40%. I have a touch up to fix any flaws in 4-8 weeks. read more
