I had the pleasure of being Stephanie's client and student. Both times were incredibly pleasing! As a client, I came in with previously microbladed brows, but weren't happy with the results. Stephanie's work (IG: Dollfacepmu) caught my eyes, but skeptical at first. Lots of times, artists will photoshop their work to lure clients in. I didn't know what to expect, except that I needed to get my eyebrows fixed. I wanted fuller brows and almost symmetrical brows, and she gave me just that! I had viewed so many other artists through Instagram, but Stephanie's aesthetic and consistency is what attracted me. I was very tentative about getting my brows done as I kept wavering back and forth (I have commitment issues). Stephanie was recommended by a close friend of mine so I already held her in high esteem but it was when I saw one of her clients' brows in real life when I made my decision to go through with it. I've been wanting to get my brows done for the longest time and I'm so happy I stumbled upon Stephanie's Instagram! She does it all! Microblading, ombre, microshading, corrections, and removals. I decided with the ombre (+correction to cover my old microblading) because I was convinced from her work that they'd fade out to look really natural. I loved that she was really understanding about what I wanted my brows to look like. Sometimes when I scroll through IG, I feel like some artists stick to a similar style and it seems so cookie-cutter but Stephanie took her time when stenciling my brow shape to make sure to get them to frame my face nicely. You can definitely tell that she is passionate about her work and the art that goes behind doing brows. I appreciated this so much because you want to find a good artist- these brows stay on you for a long time. LOL. After stenciling, she applied numbing cream, then got to doing her work. I was pretty scared for this part but she has such a gentle touch and made sure to check in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Because I had to do a correction beforehand, the process took about 3-4 hours? I honestly didn't even notice the time because there was good music bumpin' in background and we got some girl time to just laugh about random girl things. During our shaping process, she continuously asked for my preference and drawing the brows to perfection. She took what I wanted into consideration and I am in love with my results. If your eyes are the windows to your soul then your eyebrows are your window frames. Cheesy I know but eyebrows can really shape your face. Stephanie is amazing!
