This was my second visit to The Artistry and having the privilege of Priscilla doing my eyebrows! I went with the combo/microshading per Priscilla's suggestion after sending her a photo of my eyebrows beforehand. The studio is beautiful and smells amazing too. It has a very peaceful, comfortable atmosphere. Priscilla asked if I wanted anything different done this time as far as the style of my eyebrows and she took her time doing an outline before showing me in the mirror how they would look before the actual filling in began. I'm a very low-maintenance type of gal when it comes to makeup, etc., so I really put my trust in Priscilla to determine what looked good. She seemed to be super attuned to detail and had great communication. The artistry must have not wanted my business this day. I was so excited to finally come here. I was able to snag an appt with Priscilla, who had nothing but amazing reviews everywhere online. The day finally came, and she called to push back my appt 30 mins. No worries, I get that appts can run behind. I had drove quite a bit to get there. I found the studio and parked my car. As I'm about to unbuckle my seatbelt, I get a text that she had to cancel my appt due to health issues with her dog. The tears started streaming down my face. I had finally put myself first, arranged childcare, budgeted for this, and was just so excited to be there. I don't know why it felt like a gut punch. Maybe because she told me 5 mins before my scheduled appointment? Maybe with the two reasons for the rescheduling it made it seem like she just had something better to do? Or maybe because they made me confirm my appt twice beforehand? The list goes on.... I immediately asked for a refund to be told "give me a day to do it". It was not until I protested that she was scrambling to refund me the money same day. As a former teacher and someone who works in customer service currently, it's no secret that life happens and sometimes we have to make hard choices. But to not have anyone be able to take over her appt and her doing the bare minimum to rectify the situation is absolutely absurd. She should have been doing everything in her power to keep me as a client (even if I didn't want to be-it's just what you do!!) Such a bummer that a place with such amazing results has the worst customer service. I will be telling everyone how I was treated and telling them not to go "the artistry". read more

I'm a fan of all things natural so I knew that at some point, I wanted to get my brows micro bladed here. By the luck of the draw, she needed a model for one of her apprentices so naturally, I sent in my pics in hopes they would choose me. Well, they did and Karyme did my brows. Microblading update after 2 years. Two years ago I came in for my first microblading appointment and I was very happy with the level of service and attention Priscilla provided. A few weeks later I came back for the touch up appointment and again, was very happy with the results. Now, two years later, I came back in for another touch up. Didn't want any shading so the photos are only for microblading. I don't wear make up so I figured shading would make things look unbalanced. Anywho... Over the two years I've been away, I've continued to follow Priscilla's website and have been consistently impressive with her continuous growth and development. Her skills were always good but the photos she's been posting since 2017 have grown in depth, variety, and talent. Her list of services has also continued to grow which shows she is invested in educating herself and not limiting her business.
