Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the laser treatment, it made essentially zero difference in my skin. I received a laser treatment 4 years ago here that was amazing, great results and make a big difference. Both times I bought a Groupon. To prepare for my 2nd appointment I took time off work and anticipated that it was going to be the same laser treatment I had previously with a lot of downtime. When I commented after letting them know that this does not seem like the original treatment I got they told me that it indeed was a different laser than before and that my 2nd treatment was a less powerful laser. Considering I paid the same price both times I would assume that I was getting the same treatment. The treatment was not effective and made almost no difference in my skin. I am very disappointed as I was very happy with my original treatment 4 years ago and was expecting the same thing. When I inquired about how to get the same service I had originally I was told that there would be a considerable price up charge. To the tune of over 1000$.

My ink is all black, my tattoo was about 10 years old, and I have light skin tone. All these factors, I was told, make me the ideal candidate for full removal and I should see "amazing results". Three years later and I have had the worst experience with this company, their miscommunication about the process and length of time needed between sessions, along with the constant staff turnover and mishandling of appointments. Expect appointments to be regularly cancelled or reschedule at the last minute. Manager will offer no assistance in extending treatment for desired result, the again want you to continue to give them thousands for unknown number of treatments. They are constantly trying to sell you new treatments when at your appointment, during scheduling, or just trying to get assistance. It's a full money grab so they can see how much they can get out of you, it's pathetic. Rather then treating you for your current procedures and concerns it's all about what they can get you to sign up for next. I've heard great things from patients who choose Removery and they see the results that LaserAway can not provide. I wish I knew about them sooner! Stay away!

To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! Not to mention I was misquoted on the price from the very beginning. $1,400 down the drain. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

The powder brows were painless with the numbing cream and I could hardly feel anything. The photo is immediately after and I have basically no redness or irritation on my skin because she was so gentle. After the treatment, I experienced burns and damage to my brow area that required corrective work, which cost me several thousand dollars to fix. When I later raised concerns, the provider denied that any chemical was applied during my service and stated that a product was only sold to me. I disagree based on my experience during the appointment and the injuries that followed. At the time I checked, the cosmetology license associated with this provider, appeared expired/cancelled on the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology website. I have attached photo documentation showing the results. I'm sharing this review so others can make an informed decision.
