I've had laser resurfacing here twice. It's been exactly 12 months since my last treatment. And I wanted to give the treatment the time it needed to work until I wrote a review. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the laser treatment, it made essentially zero difference in my skin. I received a laser treatment 4 years ago here that was amazing, great results and make a big difference. Both times I bought a Groupon. To prepare for my 2nd appointment I took time off work and anticipated that it was going to be the same laser treatment I had previously with a lot of downtime. When I commented after letting them know that this does not seem like the original treatment I got they told me that it indeed was a different laser than before and that my 2nd treatment was a less powerful laser. Considering I paid the same price both times I would assume that I was getting the same treatment. The treatment was not effective and made almost no difference in my skin. I am very disappointed as I was very happy with my original treatment 4 years ago and was expecting the same thing. When I inquired about how to get the same service I had originally I was told that there would be a considerable price up charge. To the tune of over 1000$. read more

Sublime md is the best! This is my second time going for a co2 fractioning and I'm so happy with my experience. All the staff was so sweet and informative. It was a very safe, relaxing, and clean facility. Dr Dawood is amazing at what he does! He was so fast with the procedure and it didn't hurt! I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend checking them out :) read more

I try my best to be a very positive person. I'm hyper aware of my actions and how I may make others feel. When leaving my appointment I can't help but feeling I walked away from a negative experience. I've been filling this way about this place since my last three visits and now I'm looking for a new dermatologist. The doctor seems like he can care less and a little over it . Take your money elsewhere. read more

Purchased a Groupon for the CO2 Laser and am on day one and so far I have had a great experience. Everything that happened on site was easy and comfortable, although it is a bit painful during the procedure. Thankfully it's quick. Will be posting pics every day. Morning days 2: face still feels swollen and is crusting over and starting to feel tight. Didn't have the best nights sleep because I took some CBD oil from a friend that apparently had THC and it made me obsess over my discomfort and stay up handle the night with weird thoughts Pro tip: Don't get high during this recovery. read more

Got a C02 laser with Dawood and now i have hyperpigmentation all over my face! and its not going away and he doesn't seem to care at all. I would NOT recommend this derm to get your laser/procedures. My acne scars are still there and now my skin is worse than ever before! My skin hurts going in the sun, and its been over a year now! I also have asked the girl at the front desk in redlands to send me my before and after pictures 4 times, and got nothing! such a horrible office staff read more

Accidentally came here on the wrong day for my appointment, but the office staff was super nice and saw me anyway. I came here to have some skin tags removed and it was the easiest thing ever. The office was nice, and Dr. Ronnie was very skilled and funny. Highly recommend visiting this office for your derm needs! read more

Doctor Dawood was very friendly and super gentle with Botox injections. It was my first time in his office and I normally ask for numbing cream. He suggested to try without that and see how it feels. I trusted him and I'm very happy with the decision. He is not a pushy doctor who wants to sell you more fillers or other products. A Very professional and caring doctor. I will definitely be back. read more

He scarred my face !!! It has been almost a year since I went to his office for a laser treatment , my skin hasn't healed. I can't go in the sun even after a year . I did a huge mistake by trusting such a ruthless person who calls himself a doctor. I look much older now because of the texture and scars I got from his treatment that he did so carelessly. I feel very sad. He does not even care. I definitely don't recommend this place. read more

Sublime MD - As you can see i have on both sides of my cheeks very dark pigmentation now. Even with Make-up it's hard to hide the scars. - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

I had a mole on my left cheek that bothered me my whole life. I would cover my face with my long hair so that nobody could see it. Dr Ronnie Dawood removed the mole with the laser and I am very happy. It takes a long time for skin to heal so you have to be patient if you are getting moles removed. You may think I am going to be left with a scar, but no be patient. My skin continued to heal over a year and i am very pleased my mole is gone and there is no scar. read more

If there was a 6th star, I would highlight it:) I originally found sublime via Groupon. With Groupon I've had some scary outcomes but I struck out with this one! I've struggled with acne and had the ugly scars to prove it:/, fine lines and pigment discoloration. I knew I couldn't afford the co2 fractional resurfacing procedure (typically $1600-1800!!) but had my hopes on one day getting it done... then, my dreams came true lol! This procedure is so worth it! Dr dawood performed a miracle on me and was very informative and easy to talk to. Front desk staff was helpful, funny, and also informative. They really make you feel welcome and are very personable. The nurse prior to my procedure was so sweet and I love that the staff hav all tried the co2 treatments as well and made me feel excited to hav beautiful skin like them. Thank you sublime and I look forward to more good times with my face and you:D read more

Most of the reviews here are for hair removal!! I am extremely upset to meet this provider and what he has done to my face. He did not make any attempt to repair his below standard filler job he gave me. I would never recommend him to anyone. Don't like the office vibe either. I was never to obtain a receipt for a month to see what he has put in my face. Why should I trust him especially after his response to me when I said I don't like his job. His response: If you spend another $5000, you will like it, how ridiculous of an answer for a long lump on my face solution. Wondering who writes the reviews very sorry I found him on Groupon. read more

I meant to write this review way sooner!! I wanted to wait for our services to be done before I gave feedback, but I think my mom and I are in love with Sublime MD and we will continue coming back here for beauty needs!! My mom is really cute. She is one of those Asian ladies who don't like to spend any money on herself. She is so humble and conservation, so I really like to spoil my mom with things that she would never get herself!! Before, my mom would ALWAYS complain about her eyelids. She thought they were so saggy/puffy that they LITERALLY hinder her eyesight. I heard this puffy eyelid issue is a common issue with Asian skin. So one day I took my mom in for a consultation for the CO2 fractional Laser Treatment for Upper Eyelids. Ted was very friendly and he explained the process to us. The machine analyzes her face from frontal view and the side views (left and right). Dr. Dawood came and spoke with us and analyzed her face before we schedule a concrete date for the actual procedure. I can go on forever about the small details but in general there's always a pre-op consultation before most major procedures followed by a post-op consultation so Dr. Dawood can make sure the procedure was successful and you are happy w the results and healing correctly. I must say my mom's eyelids look great!! They are much firmer than before and no longer saggy looking. My spoiled Mommy even had a chemical peel done by Dr. Dawood and it left all of her friends and coworkers envious. I was giving out the Sublime MD business cards like it was candy. Her friends even mentioned how they paid more for services or products at other places, but not the same awesome results. On her post-op visit after the chemical peels there were a couple of dark spots remaining that used to be darker and Dr. Dawood was so nice he just lazered those blemish points off without extra charges because he wanted my Mom to be happy!! He is definitely talented, but we love Dr. Dawood because it is clear he has a good heart too!! I always want to give props to his lovely staff!! Lorinda is one of his nurses. She is always so helpful and compassionate prepping for the procedures. I also really love Colleen. She is so sweet!! One time my mom's work and her insurance was having problems receiving faxes of the medical paperwork and Colleen really helped us send the fax 3-4 times until they finally received it. She even gave us a printout with timestamps for the numerous times she sent the fax incase they gave us any more troubles. Great results and a caring staff!! That definitely keeps us coming back!! Dr. Dawood is really in demand!! I recommend making an appointment in advanced to see him :) read more

The best of the best of the best! I am honestly super surprised that I am the first to review this, especially since they are SO legit and their office is always packed with satisfied clientele. I can't imagine a better place to help beautify people who are riddled with unwanted tattoos and unsightly body hair. Dr. Dawood rules this roost with magical laser beam skillz and epic kindness. Everyone there is beyond friendly and super accommodating. Initially I went there because I scored a sweet Groupon deal but I will keep going back because I love the services they provide and the people who provide them. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. In all this chaos, I've had an appt scheduled for tomorrow, for a month now. I've heard nothing from Sublime, I have called them twice and left 2 messages to reschedule or cancel and simply to get an update on what their status is. I get it... there are way more important things going on. However, as a business, and having already paid for my services, you would think they would reach out in one form or another to reschedule or inform their clients of what is to come. To add to this... as of today, the number online for their riverside location is now "no longer in service, or disconnected"... their voicemail a few days ago at the SAME number said the riverside location was open Thursdays till 1:30. I call this morning and now I guess the number is no longer in service or disconnected... so that's great Update: 5 mins after posting this, I got a call. After a month of trying to get a hold of them. Regardless, I am appreciative of the call. I rescheduled my appointment. My hope is they continue to keep their clients informed, sooner than a day before the appointment. read more

Finding a place to have my laser tattoo removal has not been easy! But I really wanted to do it "by-the-book" as in: finding a dermatologist , somewhere local to me, and someone with confidence and experience in specifically removing unwanted tattoos! Dr. Dawood and his staff met and exceeded my expectations I felt like I finally found a provider I could trust. Today was my consultation, and I decided to take the plunge and get zapped ;) . The treatment at Sublime MD was WAY less painful than I expected, probably because the laser was in skilled hands, and his amazing staff numbed the area with cooling. I would rate the pain 4 out of 10. I wanted to write the review the same day of treatment to keep track of the progress as my immune system gets rid of the ink over the next couple mo . Dr. Dawood and his staff at Sublime medical appear to really care about their patients which I found is SO rare, most places I spoke to my gut was screaming at me not to give in, and I am glad I listened to it because now I truly feel like I picked the RIGHT provider for ME. read more

Like a lot of reviews posted before me I also bought a Groupon for the laser hair treatment. It is a clean facility and the receptionist and specialist have always been very nice. Although I am happy with the results so far and the treatments have been fairly painless and quick I am giving them a 3 star rating because I have never waited less then 30 minutes to actually receive my treatments. The first time I was in there I waited 35 minutes in the waiting area and then another 15 in a back room until I was seen to discuss what areas I wanted to have treated. The actual treatment for me (it depends on what areas you have done) only took about 5 minutes so waiting that long for such a quick appointment is not acceptable. I probably will not continue my treatments here because of this. read more

Other than being a bit overbooked due to the groupon craziness this place is amazing! When you walk in, you already feel relaxed. Everything's perfectly decorated and very clean. The receptionists are nice, the office just needs more of them with how busy they get! I've had a couple treatments at Sublime, and the results are nothing short of awesome. They know what they're doing here, and really make the price worth it! read more

I went here for the first time at the start of July due to the Groupon that I purchased. I wasn't sure what to expect since their deal was the best I have ever seen...to be honest, I was expecting the worse but got the best. The office was very nicely decorated, new, clean, and full of nice friendly staff. My laser treatment was over very quick, which was good since being zapped isn't totally painless. I would recommend this place to a friend. read more

The staff are friendly and professional. The office is clean and updated. Dr. Dawood is amazing at what he does. He usually runs a little bit behind but makes up for it with his warm "bedside manor". And an extra bonus being that he is easy on the eyes :-) I recently had the CO2 laser treatment and my skin looks amazing!! I will definitely return to have this done agin. read more

I adore the team because they get me...in and out. And now im 5 years younger. I refer them to EVERYONE i know. They are like a family--all cohesive and in sync with eachother. I use this as an example of how to run my own fairly new business. Thanks again....tomorrow Ill be pretty! And my poker face will be on point! See u in a few months! read more

Dr. Ronnie I love your work with laser hair removal! He is awesome. He is not stingy. He was meticulous and did every spot one at a time. He did not miss anything. He has a great attitude. He must love his work and it shows. Dustin also worked very well with me, though English is not my main language. Whenever two women working there would be stingy and not cover the whole area correctly, Dustin would just make sure Dr. Ronnie did touch ups to correct any problems. Dr. Ronnie would actually correct the problem. THANK YOU DR. RONNIE!!! I was very satisfied with the overall experience and their work on me with laser hair removal. read more

I've been super happy with Dr. Dawood and all his work on me over the years. I've had everything from accutane to clear up my cystic acne. (Which worked like a charm and never came back) a mole laser removed on my cheek which looks perfect (think Of when Sarah Jessica Parker got hers removed) and there is absolutely no scaring, to a large cyst removed and warts removed. Dr. Dawood is careful and precise and does the best job. I'd definitely come back for other treatments by him. Yes the wait can be a while, but just schedule some extra time there and arrive 5-10min early. It just means he is taking his time on each of his patients. Better that than the latter. read more

In 2016 I went to Sublime when I decided to do something more dramatic for my skin than a daily moisturizer. With Groupon in hand I arrived at my consultation slightly anxious. Not to worry though, as soon as I was brought into a private room and met Dr. Dawood he made me feel relaxed and comfortable as he explained the fractional co2 procedure. I went through the procedure, smoothly, healed and loved my results so much that last year I did another co2. Again, my healing went well and I am extremely happy with my results. I plan on going back to Dr. Dawood this spring, although they are an hour away, I could never go elsewhere when I've had such excellent results being treated by such a nice staff a the gifted Dr. Dawood! read more

Simply the BEST! My wife and I have lived in South Orange County for 25 years and have tried many Dermatologists for varying issues. First my wife: She has spent many years trying to eliminate spider veins. She was referred to various Doctors by her friends but ended up each time with poor results. We finely found Dr Dawood and with two treatments the problem was GONE! My wife couldn't be happier. I researched facial Laser Resurfacing and found it very interesting so after a free detailed consultation with the Doctor we both tried the procedure. Again, what a fantastic and professional job with no cutting. We have had a few treatments and we look a minimum 10 years younger. The treatments over time (9 months) did include Botox, Juvederm and Voluma which added to the aesthetics. I am going back next month to have "cool sculpturing" which will reduce the loose skin on the upper portion of my neck. Painless and no cutting or down time. You can also use this procedure to get rid of those "love handles" and "flabby stomach". After seeing my results my older brother had the same procedure done and was equally impressed. My son had some hair on his back and a mole removed utilizing laser treatment and it was very easy. He was very impressed with the results. The bottom line is Dr. Dawood is the kind of Doctor everyone out there is looking for. He treats his patients like a family member, is well trained and has fair prices. He does not rush things. He will spend as much time as needed to inform you of any procedure and generally there is very little pain but he will give you appropriate medicines to relax, etc. Anyone considering a face life should seriously consider Laser Resurfacing with Dr. Dawood. We have all seen the horror pictures of poor facelifts done at significantly higher costs and risks. In summary: Don't waste your time and money as I have looking for a great Dermatologist who has the ability to take years of aging, sun spots, etc off your face and anywhere else. Why look old when you don't have to. Side Note: I have a male friend who had genital warts for three years but was too embarrassed to see a Doctor. I finally convinced him to see Dr Dawood and within a few minutes they were gone. What a relief. read more

The office refused to see me if I did not sign the arbitration agreement. The agreement pretty much stated that no matter how badly they screw up, I give up ALL my legal rights. I bought the co2 laser Groupon and, too, was A-N-G-R-Y when I called and found out they only did consultations on Wednesdays and wouldn't do your treatment the same day. In fact it is weeks in between. boooo I work an hour away and couldn't believe I'd have to ask for a 1/2 day off to go and then take time off AGAIN to get the treatment. So, I hung up pissed and forgot about it until I lost my job and had all the time in the world! lol I do think that info (especially the no saturday thing) should go in the Groupon info. The Mission office is not fun to park at sometimes, so just know that ahead of time and plan. The office chics are living out OC cliches and are not impressive. Honestly people, just know those things ahead of time and get over it because Dr. Dahwood and Ted are super fantastic and you are just short-changing yourself if you don't. Would you always want people judging you on how your stupid kids act, no! so have some mercy on a Dr. trying to run a business with what he has to work with. Treatment was great!
