I first went to Dr. Le about 1 month ago for a facial thread-lift and I couldn't be happier! (I went for consult first; there was no pressure to make appt). I take care of my skin, good nutrition, exercise, etc. but gravity still takes its course! Dr. Le & Thuy are first great people; informative and guided me through the process. He took his time, always evaluating my face on each side to determine the best placement of the threads. I saw results instantly! I have friends that thought I had "something" done, but weren't sure. I have been seeing Dr. Le for filler/Botox the last five years. He is incredibly skilled and I would not trust my lip filler to anyone else. In all the years I have gone to him, I've never even had a bruise. It is important to me that I age as 'naturally' as possible and Dr. Le makes sure this happens. Quality products and very experienced. I have been going to John Le for Botox for several years now. He does a fantastic job, is very meticulous and knows where to place it. They also use the real stuff, not anything watered down from overseas. He is also great with filler, knows which one is best and what works for each area. I recently also had an awesome result with a small bit of filler and threads on my lip. Just that little bit smoothed out any lines around the mouth and restored my natural shape and volume. He also took more time and care with the anesthetic so that it was less painful, no bruising and a great result. I am going to try a couple more services he is offering in the next few months to replenish and restore a younger look on the forehead. I will let you know how that all goes. There were good and bad results following 4 syringes of filler and 20 units of Botox in my chin. In the chin I saw no results which is highly unusual since I hadn't had treatment in over a year and a half because of the pandemic, so the product should have taken immediately. I can only surmise that I either wasn't given Botox or it was watered down to the point where I saw no results. The filler was effective in some places and lumpy and uneven in other places. Lumpiness is a result of poor technique. I know because I've been getting filler and Botox for 9 years. A good injector knows how much to use to get the desired result. However, the areas around the side of my mouth and chin were almost completely resolved. My lips were not at all what I wanted even though I showed Dr. Le a photo of a previous fill that I liked to give him a visual idea of what I was looking for. After the 2nd appointment I decided to give up on the lips as he seemed rather agitated when I pointed out unevenness or when I could see wrinkles that he said he already injected. He even expressed disdain for having to "chase wrinkles." This was a weird remark since filler, on some level or another, is always going to be about chasing wrinkles. There was a crankiness to him towards the end of both appointments and I just couldn't figure out why. I also thanked him after both appointments and he didn't respond either time. He is literally devoid of any chair-side manner and seriously lacking communication skills. That said, I was willing to endure his off-putting behavior one more time to finish up the small areas left in need of attention. But instead of an appointment I received a text saying that Dr Le recommended laser resurfacing because more filler wouldn't work. No conversation with me, the patient, about how I felt about the results. He was over it. He clearly does not like working with older skin. If you're 55+ this is not the place for you. He probably did me a favor though because if he were a true professional, he would have discussed further treatment and/or options with me first and gotten my feedback. He would have found out that my skin is way too sensitive to endure laser resurfacing and that I have been burned several times by lasers. Fillers and Botox are my only option. But he didn't ask me anything because he didn't care what I thought and his recommendation was really just an excuse to get rid of me because he doesn't even offer laser. I cannot comfortably recommend Dr. Le. 7/22/21 I did not have unrealistic expectations & even said on my 1st appointment that I did not expect miracles. I also did not tell Le where & how much to inject & in fact barely spoke at all during treatment. Only when he asked me to take a look in the mirror did I point out an area that he missed. When I texted for a final appointment, they ignored me so I sent a 2nd. At this point I had had 2 appointments so it was puzzling why he & Thuy were ignoring me. That's when, unexpectedly, they sent a text basically blowing me off. This did not totally surprise me as Le gave every indication that he did not like treating older skin. I sent a 3rd text which was also ignored. Keep in mind this was after 2 appointments. How is this the proper way to treat a patient? I sent a final text that I would be writing a review. Never once said it would be good or bad, just a review. You must have known it would be negative based on how you treated me. I stand by every word of this review as the truth. read more

I had run out of the lotion that I was using to keep my sunspots at bay and went into see Thuy the physician's assistant of Dr. Le. I had my 30th reunion coming up in two months and didn't want to go in all spotty. Lol Not only did she help me with my spots, she made them disappear and under her care which was a very simple two lotion regime, my skin became amazing! Not only were the spots gone but the texture of my skin became smoother softer and fine wrinkles were gone! I did not recognize my skin! She even got rid of my acne and acne scars! Something that I've been trying to deal with for years as an adult.I didn't know this type of result was possible and in only two months of treatment too!
