Sophia & Jean are an asset to the company, and Jean single-handedly saved me from a (justified) meltdown after a bad experience here. I was about to leave and start scheduling at a new location, but Jean is great. Happy to stay here as long as they're here. read more

I do not recommend this company/location to anyone. I purchased a package that included 10 tattoo laser removal sessions. To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! Not to mention I was misquoted on the price from the very beginning. $1,400 down the drain. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

I am beyond frustrated with the deceptive marketing and unprofessionalism LaserAway. I keep receiving 'enticing' offers via email/text, but every time I book a consultation, the experience is the same: the representative who calls doesn't even mention the promo I signed up for. To make matters worse, the staff has a terrible attitude--talking with that signature 'vocal fry' and sounding completely impatient. When I tried to push for details about the advertised deal, I was abruptly hung up on. This has happened twice so far. If this is how they treat potential clients before they even get through the door, I can't imagine how many eye-rolls I'd get during an actual treatment. Save your time and go somewhere that actually respects its customers. read more

UPDATE: I completed 18 sessions of tattoo removal at Laser Away Lake Forest and there is still about 40 percent of the tattoo remaining (see attached photo). After that many sessions I expected much better results, so their laser technology is not good. My most recent experience was even more concerning. I received Botox and it left my forehead visibly uneven (see attached photos). My recommendation is to go elsewhere. read more

They cancelled on me the evening before my appointment. They called me at 7 pm just to tell me they were closed and that I had to call the day of my appointment to reschedule. I had to wait two weeks for this appointment, and I have to wait another two weeks and go to another one of their locations that's farther away for me. So unprofessional! I do not recommend this location. read more

Front desk girls are why I'm leaving not a high rating. I walked in to silence and stares. No smile, or any welcome! I had to be the one to say hello and be the first to say anything. I walked up to the counter and she just looked at me until I said "...I'm here for my appointment." Very odd and unprofessional. They looked pretty, but that's it. Lol As she walked me to my room for my hydrafacial she looked me up and down then said something like "you'll be in here. The nurse will be in shortly." and walked away back to the front. It was my birthday by the way. She didn't even ask once how my day was going or how I was. No friendliness of any kind. The nurse that did my hydrafacial was very sweet and was pleasant to talk with. It was a good experience with her. My face felt clean and refreshed afterwards. The atmosphere of the room was bare and could've been a bit more relaxing with dimmed lights and calming music or something but it didn't have that. When I finished, I walked out of the room to leave and passed the front desk girls. They did not say "bye" or anything. They were silent as I walked out. It felt really bad--especially because 1. It was my birthday 2. It was my very first time. read more

After I posted this review, LaserAway publicly responded, stating that someone would contact me to help resolve my concerns. Shortly afterward, I received a phone call from Monica, who told me that I would be issued a full refund. As part of that process, I was asked to provide a copy of my driver's license, which I promptly did. Since providing the requested identification, I have not received the promised refund, nor have I received any response to my follow-up emails. As of the date of this update, I have not been given an explanation regarding the status of the refund. Based on my experience, the public response did not result in a resolution. I was asked to provide personal identification for the stated purpose of processing a refund, but after doing so, communication stopped. I am simply asking LaserAway to honor what I was told and to provide an update regarding the refund. If the matter is resolved, I will gladly update this review to reflect that outcome. read more

Once they changed their front desk personnel everything changed. The current front desk personnel does not have the customer service skills to provide actual customer service. Be very careful when purchasing package treatments. They'll tell you one thing when purchasing and then they won't provide all the treatments you paid for. The front desk personnel makes too many mistakes and you'll find yourself having to remind personnel about your package deal. I've heard numerous customers complain about how they were not satisfied with the results from the treatments. At this location, I dealt with the most dishonest, unprofessional and most unethical front desk personnel. Save your money because the results are not worth it. Results are not as promised. They promise 80% reduction but realistically you may see a 15-20%. Then they get you into updating packages and they tell you one thing but then they do not track it in their system so you have to argue about the services you paid for. read more

The most irritating of hard ball sales tactics are used when you just want to get information, trying to force you into a $2500 package with the monthly payment of a car. Then they impose all these false sale "you only have an hour to claim this deal" or "let me ask my manager if I can give you this discount." Then they keep calling me after I didn't respond. Annoying and predatory like a used car salesman. read more

Most horrible service I got in my life , my skin is burnt and they charged me $560 on the loan they opened for me without me requesting it and they never responded me back, I sent many emails and called multiple times and there is no response from them read more

Amazing clean facility, girls at the front desk are lovely. Best hydra facial ever ! Thank you Laser Away

The staff working here are such incredible, friendly ladies. I forgot the lady's name working at the front desk, but she helped me get a little bit of lotion as my face was quite dry, and I appreciate her effort! . Sophia did my laser treatment today, and she was also very friendly! I would love if they offered individual treatments instead of locking into a set amount, but other than that I am very happy with the service I received for my last two treatments as it does make it a lot more bearable to have to come back for the full 8 treatments read more

My experience with LaserAway has been way better than I could have expected. Everything from the in person staff, the quick appointments, and the phenomenal phone staff who checks in on your progress has all been amazing. Sophie did my first appointment. She was kind and explained the treatment and recovery well. Emily is part of the phone staff. Her customer service and attitude have made the process smooth. She is an upbeat employee every company wants. Overall if you're looking for a top notch laser removal experience, LaserAway is the way to go! read more

It's not perfect nothing ever is so I will not get a five star. However, when I moved out of state for two years you better believe that after trying the locations in Texas in Frisco specifically which was a high-end area that I made sure to schedule in Lake Forest for my procedures. I had hair removal, Botox, and clear and brilliant done in Frisco Texas location I also had to send a few other locations in California outside of Lake Forest and it was below par. Frisco being especially full of hard. Specifically with the clear and brilliant when I did it in Frisco my skin did not get like sandpaper and it did not peel. I I have just come out of a week after doing the clear and brilliant in the Lake Forest office my skin is sandpapery and it is peeling finally. I don't know what the differences between the lasers or how they're doing it but at the Lake Forest office since Haley was working there and manager and I believe now that she's left it is still seemingly a superior location. I actually hate leaving them a positive review because it's going to get so busy. However what I'm hoping for is that some of the other locations will start to catch on and become a better location. Especially if Haley is now working at another location I would definitely follow wherever she is now managing. Simply because I know that she is doing good business and does not play around with my money. I will be starting to try out their Ortega highway location I'm not exactly sure what they call it over there rancho something as it is closer to me now then I will update that location and see if it is as good as Lake Forest. So please continue to do a great job at the Lake Forest location and please start to make the other locations fall in line and be as great of quality as well as care. read more

I wanted to pay cash for the service and This place will try to get you in to a loan with 30% interest rate they are very pushy. Stay away!! When they say they offer there own financing they do not they use a 3rd party. read more

I have been coming to this LaserAway location in Lake Forest for many years and they've always been great however in the recent months I have noticed they're customer service has declined. I had an appointment recently and it took them over an hour to help me. I came on time and I couldn't get a straight answer from the front desk of when I was going to get assistance. read more

First time at this location and I must say Charlotte did an amazing job... she took her time and gave me the best lips!

Wait for the off season for amazing sales or Black Friday, etc... they have unbeatable deals for Clear and Brilliant when you buy a package (some call it a baby Fraxel). And don't forget a membership! All the nurses have been amazing at the Lake Forest location, and Charlotte was phenomenal this last couple appointments I've had her. She corrected an over eager brow with just enough Xeomin the first time I saw her and she was very attentive during my C&B, addressing questions I had about my treatment progress. Note: Make sure your topical numbing cream is applied as evenly as possible all over, maybe into your hairline as well, and focus on your forehead and temples! You'll thank me later. read more

Organized, professional and efficient service. This was my first time getting laser treatment and they were very understanding and patient.

Jen was awesome! What can I say? She was very thorough and also very sensitive to my needs. I was feeling a little oversensitive that day and it was more painful than normal but with the help of the stress ball she gave me..... we got through it! I'm very happy with the recent results as well. read more

LaserAway - 2nd session of Lazer Tattoo removal. - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Lake Forest, California

What a pleasant surprise! I've had laser hair removal at another place. The customer service was horrible there which pushed me to look into other facilities. I've also seen so many post for LaserAway on Instagram and FB I honestly never gave it any thought. DAMN WAS I WRONG! Prior to getting any laser people would explain "it feels like a rubber band". Yes laser feels like that up until now! The laser that LA uses is so unique! I legit feel kind of robbed from the other facility! LaserAway's equipment blows a cool air out as you're getting lasered - you don't even feel the laser! I was so taken back and I wish I had gone here from day one! Thinking about it, DO IT! The lasers are Grade A and the customer service is just an added bonus. A big bonus! Thanks ladies! See you in 8 weeks! read more

Absolutely love coming here. I've been customer for over 4 years and this is indeed my favorite location to come. Always friendly staff and very experienced nurses. Special shout out to Clara at front desk and nurse Charlotte. Thank you both for all you do :) Cheers read more

Awesome session, check in was easy and pretty chill. The receptionist, Yassamin, was lovely and made great conversation (unlike some), very enthusiastic and comforting, especially before a session, whoever hired her, A+ for real effort. Nicky, the nurse that took care of my session, was very informative and very cautious, tending to my requests and needs very gently yet efficiently. Made sure that I was feeling okay and was a lovely chat as well. Ended it off nicely and didn't feel any pain. All in all, great experience, 10/10 recommend, don't be out here hating, just because you didn't follow the nurses post care advice, and please don't take it out on the receptionist :D Stay Humble read more

The team here is incredible! I am always welcomed with warms smiles and genuine greetings from Kira and the team behind the desk. I have been lucky to have the same technician twice, Jenna H.G, is patient, calming and reassuring. There are some sessions that are "spicier" than others and she takes her time and goes at a pace that is best for my pain tolerance. She is also very personal and remember me from 6 weeks ago. For those people that are hesitant to start because of the embarrassment or pain that can come from the treatment, please know that you are in the best hands with this team. This team is professional and considerate of your privacy while able to make you laugh during your treatment so the time flies by. I highly recommend this location. read more

Jenna was incredible for my laser session yesterday. She was very sweet and patient with me. I'm new to laser hair removal and she assured me I was in good hands. Jenna checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and we took mini breaks when needed. I absolutely appreciate her professionalism and care. The customer service at this location is also amazing. The check in process is so easy. Lisa at the front desk is very helpful, friendly, and personable! Yesterday was my second laser session and I'm already noticing great results! 5 Stars! read more

I've been to three different locations and this is my favorite one! My visit yesterday went amazingly well from start to finish. This place is such a ripoff. Do your research, as their prices are ridiculously high and the results are minimal. They'll sell you a $600 package that will be half of that the next week and $2400 the following. The prices they offer vary widely. I purchased three packages (for me and my two daughters) of 8 sessions for laser hair removal, and it didn't work on any of us. They then tell you another package is needed, and the price just went up 400%. Ridiculous. read more

All the girls who work at Laseraway are super nice and knowledgable. The treatments are amazing, and I highly recommend this place.

Charlotte is a knowledgeable and caring nurse. I highly recommend visiting her. It was my first time here because of some trouble areas on my face and she explained the process to the full extent. Makes me feel so confident in knowing what I need for the next visits. If you're like me, you like to know what the plan or course of action is, and that's exactly what was discussed with me. Thank you Charlotte! Wiz with the wands! I also wanted to say thank you to Courtney for making me feel welcome and the tour of the facility and additional perks available.
