So the photos of her work looked good, she seemed really nice, but the icing on the cake was that as she's talking and touching things like a cabinet or a phone, she's changing out her gloves every single time. Legit the kind of care I value and appreciate bc if she's THAT detail-oriented about germs on her gloves then she's most certainly detail-oriented about the work she's about to do - in my case, a lip blush. Super happy so far with the experience. She promised the lining part wouldn't hurt without numbing and she did not lie. She applies numbing for 20mins before she starts shading in your lips and throughout the process. I only felt it in the middle bottom lip once and she put numbing cream and I was back to not feeling a thing. I'm writing this only having had it done but so far I'm very happy with the overall experience and will post photos after it's fully healed. If you're considering her, just do it. The staff member continued a phone call without looking up without acknowledging me, and then appeared unprepared and disorganized with the paperwork. She asked if I had applied the lidocaine, and when I explained I hadn't (because I wasn't sure which tattoo I wanted treated), she insisted my tattoo was "too large" and tried to downgrade the service I had purchased. The entire interaction felt unprofessional, negative, and untrustworthy. I ultimately decided not to move forward and left. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation, and no regard for the fact that I had driven an hour to get there. Now I'm stuck disputing $300 worth of vouchers with Groupon who by the way also mentioned that this company has had several prior issues and was even investigated over whether they could continue offering Groupon deals. As a business owner myself, I cannot imagine treating customers this way... Save yourself the time, money, and frustration look elsewhere or just pay the full amount. That's what I plan to do.

I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. It's been several years since I finished my laser hair removal treatments there and my results are holding pretty well. I had literally no hair growing back on my shoulder and back. I added more areas since then and all worked amazingly well. I also did 2 more rounds of Sculpsure for body sculpting and stubborn fat reduction in belly and flanks. As a background, I am pretty fit and just needed some additional toning and the Sculpsure was a perfect touch and greatly helped. I have continued with the scalp treatment for male pattern hair loss prevention and treatment. I am alternating PRP with hair growth stem cell factor to maximize my results and I can confidently say that the treatment was effective in stopping the thinning and stimulating some hair regrowth. As for new treatments, I started doing Botox for my frown lines and lines on forehead at Amoderm around 2 years ago and have done it 3-4 times so far. The results typically last a good 3-5 months for me and I appreciate how I am still able to have full facial expression with natural look and avoid looking frozen while having the lines and wrinkles erased. Additionally, she explained that I was supposed to use the products for several weeks before beginning laser treatments -- something I had not been told during the original consultation.
