But my last appointment was with Michelle, and she was truly top notch. Her attention to detail was next level. She really listened to my concerns, took her time, shaved certain areas carefully, and even showed me pictures to confirm exactly what I wanted. She explained things clearly and made suggestions for what we could adjust or improve at my next appointment, which I really appreciated. She also made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire session, which matters a lot with this kind of treatment. The results have been amazing, and she gets right up to the exact areas I want treated without overdoing it. I can't recommend Michelle enough. I already booked my next appointment with her and am genuinely excited to go back. Highly recommend this location if you're considering laser hair removal treatments.

Time to post an update: It is now over 10 years that I have been a regular client at Amoderm and I…read morecontinue to be satisfied with the services. It's been several years since I finished my laser hair removal treatments there and my results are holding pretty well. I had literally no hair growing back on my shoulder and back. I added more areas since then and all worked amazingly well. I also did 2 more rounds of Sculpsure for body sculpting and stubborn fat reduction in belly and flanks. As a background, I am pretty fit and just needed some additional toning and the Sculpsure was a perfect touch and greatly helped. I have continued with the scalp treatment for male pattern hair loss prevention and treatment. I am alternating PRP with hair growth stem cell factor to maximize my results and I can confidently say that the treatment was effective in stopping the thinning and stimulating some hair regrowth. As for new treatments, I started doing Botox for my frown lines and lines on forehead at Amoderm around 2 years ago and have done it 3-4 times so far. The results typically last a good 3-5 months for me and I appreciate how I am still able to have full facial expression with natural look and avoid looking frozen while having the lines and wrinkles erased. Same great experience as other treatments I have done at Amoderm and well worth the money. Highly recommend as before!

She had been on two rounds of Accutane and still struggling with breakouts. Cat took the time to talk to me and was up front with cost and her expectations for treatment. Cat's facial made her skin glow. After having some bad experiences, I am relieved to have found a practice that is honest and does great work.

To make matters worse, the staff has a terrible attitude--talking with that signature 'vocal fry' and sounding completely impatient. When I tried to push for details about the advertised deal, I was abruptly hung up on. This has happened twice so far. If this is how they treat potential clients before they even get through the door, I can't imagine how many eye-rolls I'd get during an actual treatment. Save your time and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

When I came to check out, I asked how many sessions I had left and she said one more I said great. I'd like to book that for a month away. She had me sign the screen to give my tip, but it was charging me $100 instead of just a tip when I said that doesn't sound right I was told don't worry you'll get an email when I finally agreed she said oh but the email will take about half an hour. As I left, she texted me to tell me that my final session would not be honored because it expired my package a month ago. Chloe is supposedly the manager and I am embarrassed for your entire organization if this is who you think should be a manager, teaching customer service and treating people as rudely as she does. I will never go back to this location and anyone that's been in the past save yourself. Don't make the mistake. I did go to LaserAway go to any of the other places possible, but avoid this location at all costs. Aerial just called me from customer service I asked for my information per the California resident act to delete my information and she said they don't do that - I said I read it on the website and she said she would have to look Into it. I said what's there to look Into she said it's up to their discretion and she would look into it - talk about shady company
