The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. Facts, opinions, and personal experiences are not defamation. Since you have suggested legal action, I welcome the opportunity to pursue this further.

I visited a few before I found Concierge Aesthetics, and I can say I have found my "home" with them. Some of the other spas made me feel belittled, and others made me concerned with the cleanliness, thank goodness neither were the case with Concierge Aesthetics. I see Susie regularly, but I've had interactions with the entire staff and they are all lovely. Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've seen her for years and she is consistent, I know I'm going to get exactly what I need. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed. I've never felt more confident in the skin I am in; And that is the entire purpose of these treatments. Whatever your needs, I am confident in referring Susie, her ability to listen and understand enable her to tailor treatments very specifically for each individual. Lastly- the space is so warm and inviting. The vibes are amazing, I feel like I'm with my friends in how we can share stories, joke and have a good time. There is no awkward silence, the space and people make it feel like a cozy upscale spa filled with friends. Honestly if I could afford it, I'd go much more often just to soak in good energy of the space and people. (Honestly that says so much because I normally despise appointments and errands).

To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! Not to mention I was misquoted on the price from the very beginning. $1,400 down the drain. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at SEV Laser Irvine - Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service!…read more I was first introduced to SEV Laser when their PR team reached out to offer me a complimentary treatment in exchange for sharing my experience on social media. I visited their Huntington Beach location and had such a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Because of that positive experience, I decided to purchase a Groupon and book another treatment at their Irvine location. Unfortunately, I couldn't have been more disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 1:50 PM, and I live approximately 30 minutes away. At 1:30 PM, I called to let the receptionist know I was running five minutes late and would arrive at 1:55 PM. She told me that was completely fine. At 1:48 PM, they texted asking if I was on my way. I couldn't respond because I was driving. Shockingly, at 1:52 PM, they had already canceled my appointment, marked me as a no-show, and sent a message saying I would be charged 50% of the service! I arrived at exactly 1:55 PM, just as I had promised, only to find the door LOCKED. Nobody would answer or let me in. I called customer service, and even they couldn't reach anyone at the Irvine location. I stood outside waiting for approximately 30 minutes until an Uber delivery driver arrived. Suddenly, an employee opened the door to accept the delivery. When I approached her to explain what happened, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying she was on her lunch break and didn't want to talk to me. So apparently, they had time to open the door for an Uber delivery but couldn't take a moment to help a paying customer who had called ahead and arrived at the agreed-upon time? What makes this even more frustrating is that I genuinely liked SEV Laser after my experience at Huntington Beach. I was happy to support the company with my own money after initially being introduced through a PR collaboration. Unfortunately, the Irvine location completely ruined that impression. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, but customers should not be penalized after receiving verbal approval to arrive five minutes late. Being marked as a no-show before I even arrived, locked out, and then treated rudely is simply unacceptable. I will NEVER return to the Irvine location. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because no customer deserves to be treated this way, especially after making the effort to communicate in advance. I am now requesting to transfer my Groupon to their Long Beach location because I refuse to return to Irvine after this experience.

Let me start off by saying how incredible Orange twist and the entire staff there is. In may, I learned about a special orange twist was running for cool sculpting. I didn't know much about it, but Lexi helped educate me on all of the benefits. Covid had me packing on some extra pounds in the love handle area, but cool sculpting could help me cut some of the fat. The pricing seemed super good compared to other companies. So I decided to move forward after some convincing On my appointment date, everyone was on time and on schedule. Lexi welcomed me in and I filled out some paperwork and then was brought to a consultation room. I then met Rose who was the manager and who helped analyze the best spot to have cool sculpting done. They then marked me up and took me to my throne. I was made super comfy with pillows and even a TV to watch Netflix. After they hooked me up, I then was able to sit comfortably until I was completed. It was basically painless. Brett, who is the nurse, was even able to help me with Botox at my appointment, leaving my skin feeling silky smooth. It didn't hurt at all, and you could tell she was super knowledgeable and had done this a 1,000 times. I came to Illuminate because one of my friends recommended their services to be. I called and spoke to their client coordinator Sadaf, who has really helpful answering all of my questions and made me an appointment to come in and see one of their providers to help me choose which service was more beneficial for me! When I went in, Sadaf went through all of the forms with me and gave the grand tour! I loved the location, it is so beautiful and grand. I met with Ashley and she answered all of my additional questions and did my botox for me! The girls are both very sweet and helpful. They even followed up with me a couple of days later and check in to see how my experience was and if I had any additional questions! After that I went in for an Ultherapy treatment for my lower face! I have to say I loved my results! Every day I see more and more improvements. I will defiantly recommend Illuminate to friends and family, I know they will be in good hands!!! read more

I went in thinking the location does massages, only to discover that they are a medical spa. After going through their extensive menu, and asking many questions I finally decided on the Vitamin IV therapy & Hydrafacial combo. I was feeling a little under the weather so Sadaf, the client coordinator recommended the myers cocktail for my IV therapy! She managed to book me for a same day treatment, and walked me back to their lounge to hangout while their provider finished with the last client finished. They had everything from Kombucha to beer, and it was nice to be able to just relax! Ashley answered any additional questions that I had when she took me back into the hydrafacial room! I had never had a facial before but I decided to give it try! Afterwards my face felt clean, and once they showed me the stuff they pulled out of my skin I was amazed! I will definitely be getting more hydrafacials from now on!I will back for more treatments! read more

If I could give OTI 10 stars I would! If you're a first-timer and looking for a location that's clean, not intimidating with friendly staff, this is it! Book Nurse Brett for Botox...she's so sweet and delivers even sweeter results. I love that I tell her what I want and without hesitation she's confident in her poking (which doesn't hurt, by the way!). The whole process takes a couple of minutes which surprised me...very non-invasive. Visits with Nurse Brett are now part of my self-care routine! The HydraFacials are so relaxing. This is self-care elevated! Prepare for a longer visit for this service which involves no poking, all cleansing. Trust me when I say, you will be surprised how bad you needed that first HF! Enjoy. I have been to Illuminate for several different treatments! I have gotten vitamin shots for energy, Botox, and the vampire facial! I love the girls that work at the spa! Everyone is very professional, booking an appointment is easy and quick and they accommodated my busy schedule! Sadaf always call to remind me about my appointment and always checks in with me afterwards to make sure I had a good experience! Ashley is amazing, and very skilled! And Jacquie took her time and talked to me about the vampire facial and answered all of my questions and took her time while doing the procedure! I love how smooth and tight my face feels! I was a little worried about what I had read online but when I called in to ask a few questions, Sadaf the Client Coordinator answered all of my questions and helped me book my appointment for next day! This place is absolutely gorgeous and everyone is SO nice. As for the treatment, I got a facial peel with Ashley and I couldn't be happier! She let me know what to expect, before, during, and after, and pretty much everything was spot on. I had seen some youtube videos of peels that looked very intense; however the vitalize peel treatment was a light peel (for me) and I saw peeling for only several days, and afterwards my face felt like a baby's bottom. I have a lot of freckles and the peel did not get rid of them; however, my skin has an evenness and brightness that I have not ever seen before! I recently tried the hydra facial with Ashley Lankford and it exceeded my expectations. Emily gave me the most amazing hydro facial! It was so calming and relaxing. She was extremely knowledgeable about skin care too and gave me some excellent advice regarding skin care products. I'm really happy to finally be writing this review about my laser treatment. I don't usually leave…read morereviews, but I wanted to for this -- and I waited about two weeks so I could see the real changes in my skin first. I struggled with acne from my teenage years into my mid-20s, which really bothered me. Once my acne finally calmed down, I decided to visit the medspa to work on my acne scars and skin texture. This was my first laser treatment, so I was honestly pretty nervous. Lyndsey was my nurse, and she was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and explained everything about the procedure and how it works, which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. The facility was very clean and professional, too. I had Nordlys resurfacing and IPL done. I won't lie, it was a little painful, but totally worth it. Lyndsey made it much easier by checking in on me, giving me ice packs, and adjusting the settings during the treatment based on how I was feeling. Now that I've had time to see the results, I'm really happy with the improvement in my skin. I'm definitely going back (actually planning to schedule my next treatment right after this) and highly recommend Lyndsey. She never pushes unnecessary treatments and really takes time to talk through your skin concerns and choose the right options for you.
