I've been coming to Dream Med Spa for laser hair removal for my legs, and my experience has been amazing. From my very first complimentary consultation, Clara made me feel completely comfortable. She's friendly, easy to talk to, and has such a warm personality. From the moment I met her, it honestly felt like I'd known her for years. She created such a judgment-free environment that I never felt self-conscious or embarrassed during any of my treatments, which made the entire experience so much easier. I also recently treated myself to a Signature Facial with Jessica, and she is an absolute angel. She is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a relaxing experience. Everyone at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly, and every visit has been a great experience from start to finish. Parking is also super easy, and the spa is conveniently located right next to Chase Cleaners, making it really easy to find. They frequently run promotions on their website and Instagram, which is a great way to save on treatments. They also have a referral program where BOTH you and a friend receive $100 off a service. Just be sure to use it within the promotional timeframe (I believe it's about 3 months, but I'd recommend confirming with the spa). Overall, Dream Med Spa has such a warm, inviting atmosphere, and every member of the team has been wonderful. I always look forward to every appointment and can't wait to try more of the services they offer. She said they don't offer that but they offer PRP which was "very similar" when I asked her what is the difference she said she didn't quite know. To me beauty = pain. ;) I anticipated that I would need 6 sessions 6-8 weeks apart however Dr estimated 2-3 sessions 6 weeks apart. I am 6 days post treatment today and it's gotten so much lighter. I could probably stop here but I def want to have as much red removed as possible. Right after treatment, my whole tattoo appeared gone but shortly after the redness started and I was so swollen for 2 days. Used lots of ice and bought the $25 aloe treatment gel mixture they sell. I dealt with severe discomfort and emotional stress from this experience. What has been even more frustrating is how the situation has been handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

I can't say enough good things about Dream Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with care. I was fortunate to have Chloe as my esthetician. As a licensed RN, she thoroughly evaluated my skin and came up with a treatment plan that left my skin feeling so clean and rejuvenated. Throughout each service, Chloe made me sure I felt comfortable and informed. She took the time to thoroughly explain each treatment, step by step, so I knew exactly what to expect. And most importantly, she was so friendly and easy to talk to! Microdermabrasion: This a must if you want a quick skin refresh! My skin was noticeably smoother and more radiant. Dermaplaning: Wow... I was surprised at the results. Chloe removed all the excess hair, peach fuzz, and dead skin from my face. My skin looked so much brighter and felt sooooo soft. Laser genesis: This was a GAME-CHANGER for my skin. I was unfamiliar with this procedure, and for those of you who don't know, it stimulates collagen production in your face using a gentle laser to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, tighten your pores, reduce oil production, and help repair sun damage. I have been here multiple times now. These are the treatments I have so far received: Botox, dermal fillers (Juvederm, Voluma and Radiesse), Laser Genesis, and Laser Hair Removal. I cannot go to any other place for injectable treatments now. The nurse has such soft hands and I was impressed how painless the injections were. I have always been afraid to get fillers because of the experiences that others told me about. The nurse made me feel so comfortable and educated me about the whole procedure so I decided to do it. I did smile line and chin fillers along with the Botox. I LOVE THE RESULT. I am considering lip fillers. I will return to this place when I do lip fillers. Laser Genesis has been my favorite laser. I have been to different places to do it. However, the treatment I received here was amazing. My skin glowed much more and the redness was reduced. My skin felt so much healthier! I felt that the treatment was longer than my previous treatments at elsewhere. The treatment was really relaxing and I felt like falling asleep. It was sooo good and I have my next appointment scheduled! I bought a package of Laser Hair Removal treatments and have completed 3-4 sessions. There is a huge difference. As a woman in her 50's, who has done little upkeep besides moisturizing my face, I loved the experience I had with them. I have sensitive fair skin and my face felt amazing and looked years younger when I was done. My skin was glowing and I felt beautiful. The staff there is great - I didn't know what type of treatment would be best for me and they talked me through all of the options. What they ended up recommending was perfect for my skin type. It's a clean, very professional facility and I felt really comfortable and relaxed the whole time I was there. My first med spa experience here at Dream Med Spa was so warm, relaxing, clean, just the BEST. I was recommended by my friend to come here. I walked in, I was greeted by the front receptionist and I noticed the cleanliness of the place. VERY CLEAN AND NICE. I did a consultation with a nurse. The nurse listened carefully to my concerns and gave me a treatment plan to address my concerns. I followed the plan, which took a few visits. Now I have the skin that I wanted. Everyone compliments me for my skin. The treatments I did are COSMELAN, LASER GENESIS. And skin care products I was recommended and have been using are OBAGI NUDERM SYSTEM. Chloe was amazing! Due to my severe acne, I wasn't sure what treatments to receive. I started with a consultation with Chloe. She recommended hydrofacial, dermaplanning, laser genesis, and acne laser. We started off with the facial and got laser genesis. After these procedures, she cooled my face with a face mask. My face looked so much better already. All the redness calmed down and I was amazed. Then we did acne laser and again she put a face mask. By the end of the procedures, my face looked perfect. Diane did my hydro facial and it was amazing! So calming and relaxing, she made me feel welcome and I love my skin. I feel hydrated and refreshed, my skin is glowing. But instead she said since we ruined your skin the last time you were here and I can see it hasn't gone away, we would like to add a bonus to today's Facial. That bonus landed me with a permanent injury to my eye. They never cared to refund my money. They said we don't believe you got hurt so come see our eye doctor which logically they don't have an eye doctor at the spa. I have extensive medical bills, my eye is hurting very badly a year later. If you go to this place and they offer to steam your eye run out of there as fast as you can. You will end up with your eye permanently damaged. I believe due to a language barrier, I clearly explained I had an issue with my eye, and the woman said oh it's safe don't worry but she didn't understand what I was saying and acted like she did. I now have permanent damage to my eye. And they have refused to refund my package despite I've had extensive medical bills and pain. I have had amazing hydra facials in many cities & NEVER gotten injured 2 facials in a row. Trust me you don't want to go here unless you want leave with your skin damaged or an actual injury. I asked very nicely considering I was permanently injured for my money back and they refused. Don't ever go to the spa unless you want a terrible treatment, damaged skin, and an injury.
