She created such a judgment-free environment that I never felt self-conscious or embarrassed during any of my treatments, which made the entire experience so much easier. I also recently treated myself to a Signature Facial with Jessica, and she is an absolute angel. She is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a relaxing experience. Everyone at the front desk is always so welcoming and friendly, and every visit has been a great experience from start to finish. Parking is also super easy, and the spa is conveniently located right next to Chase Cleaners, making it really easy to find. They frequently run promotions on their website and Instagram, which is a great way to save on treatments. They also have a referral program where BOTH you and a friend receive $100 off a service. Just be sure to use it within the promotional timeframe (I believe it's about 3 months, but I'd recommend confirming with the spa). I asked for Chloe and she gave me a full rundown during our consult on treatment recommendations based on my goals. When I received my first treatment of microneedling, Chloe helped guided me and reassured me throughout the process. Her post care instructions were helpful and the results were apparent 3 days post treatment!
