Annie is amazingly sweet and very professional. I came specifically for Botox but had a list of concerns and services I thought I needed, in which she took the time to listen and address, and let me know that those services were not needed at this time as my skin looks great, and recommended alternative service for the future. As for the botox (Botox brand) itself, I started noticing results as early as 4 days after the injection. Most of my fine lines were pretty much gone by then! Her experience, and knowledge in facial symmetry is next level, and she knows how to make anybody feel beautiful without overdoing or overfilling. Even on the days I feel ugly, she helps to boost my confidence without gouging off emotions. The condition of my skin has improved greatly since I've started going to Annie! I just finished my 3rd microneedling session and every session has been painless, easy, and lovely. Annie is very attentive and kind and great at what she does. I specifically have troubles regarding hyperpigmentation around my cheeks so I asked if she can focus on that area and she was more than happy to, which I really appreciated! And it's made my hyperpigmentation area brighter and less prominent. Definitely a difference from before. The people around me have also been able to tell my skin is looking better since starting the sessions before I even mention anything to them. My dad (aka the most clueless man) literally told me "woah, your skin looks so good!" after seeing me since a long time. Another plus is that Annie has THE most comfortable chair. I've been visiting Annie for just over a year now, for fillers and Botox, and I always have a wonderful experience. Annie does a great job of minimising my fine lines (crows feet, 11s, bunny lines and frown lines) without using a lot of product. I've been to other locations that use a lot of botox with very little results but with Annie, I always get a natural looking result that lasts and makes me feel youthful without freezing my face. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the anatomy is phenomenal, she really takes her time to analyze my facial structure and mark the areas which need attention. She even came up with suggestions I had never even considered (or been informed about in the past) to tackle certain problem areas.
