Great videos on IG and advertising drew me in to try to use them as a new provider. Unfortunately they charge $100 to look at you and tell you what they recommend They also charge a 3.5% to use a credit card. I've seen other professional providers (Image Perfect Laser in Newport Beach) who gladly see you before treatments without charging you a "consult fee", especially if you purchase and schedule treatment (s). Unfortunately I experienced the worst service here. I came in to get my lips dissolved and refilled spending a total of $1,250 and ended up walking out with deformities on my lips. I went through a round of dissolver and my nurse Dawn told me that was enough. I still had unevenness so I opted to do another round of dissolver to make sure she had a clean slate. She told me she felt very comfortable filling my lips so I trusted her and came out with lumps all over my lips. I went in to see her and was offered to spot dissolve the lumps but wasn't guaranteed they'd go away so we decided to completely dissolve and was told they would offer 1/2 a syringe for free as a curtesy but once they dissolved they sent me on my way and never scheduled my appointment or reached out like they said they would. The whole process was extremely traumatic and hard physically and emotionally attached are pictures of how I walked out after dissolving and how they left my lips. read more

Ok, but can I just start off by saying how cute Omniapiel's office is? Both the OC & Norco place is stunning. When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly ladies in the front desk. This review is long overdue. I first found Omniapiel on Instagram and though, it was out in OC (I live in LA) I really loved their emphasis on keeping things as natural looking as possible. I took advantage of Precious special a few months back and from the moment I walked through the door I really felt like it was patient centered. I've been to other spa's to get Botox done and honestly spent more time filling out paperwork rather than speaking to the nurse. Horrible experience that I'm still dealing with months later. I went to Dawn to get my outer cheek filler dissolved, and she ended up dissolving my inner under eye filler under ONE eye. Before dissolving the cheek filler, I made sure to confirm numerous times this wasn't going to affect my under eyes, and she assured me she was only dissolving the cheeks. A few days later, I noticed the hollowness under one under eye, and I was so confused and reached out to her, showing her the results, and she said she was surprised as that's not supposed to happen. After a lot of back and forth, the owner Lauren answered my straightforward questions like "Will you compensate the amount to fix the issue" with a politician-style answer, aka not giving me any clarity, and said that dissolving my cheek filler would absolutely dissolve my under eye and she was sorry that I hadn't been educated. The injector Dawn didn't even know that could happen, so how was I to know? They had Dawn the injector call me and tell me the office would cover the fee for one syringe and to come back in. So I went back in after being hesitant about this being a waste of time since I was flying out for a trip later that day, only for Dawn to say actually, Lauren told her they would give me a small percentage off the syringe, not cover the fee and that she had misunderstood Lauren. Instead of picking up the phone before I came all the way down to the office to inform me, she waited until I was awkwardly sitting in the chair shocked and speechless. The best part is, in that session, she told me she was uncomfortable filling my under eye since I'm not a "good candidate" and suggested other areas to fill. So what was the point in me coming back in? I do not know. After I had paid thousands of dollars over the years to have the under eye of my dreams, Dawn ruined my face, and Lauren, the owner, did nothing to fix the mistake or give me a refund but insisted on me wasting my time coming back in before a trip for nothing. So before you end up in my situation, go to someone professional and a business that actually values peoples time and money. read more

I came in for botox and lip filler on Tuesday, and the experience I had was profoundly moving. I know that seems dramatic but it is truly how it felt. As someone who has had skin issues all their life, and limited resources/education on skincare (my mother doesn't believe in SPF), I kind of always felt that skincare wasn't something I would ever be good at managing. I listened to my friends or TikTok and never had a comprehensive understanding of my own skin and what it needed. Even my dermatologist did not explain in a way that I understood. My dermatologist essentially told me I have hormonal acne and it is largely genetic, She gave me medication to block the hormone and told me to moisturize. I understood moisturizing as something that people say I'm supposed to do but never understood WHY. I felt like I was SOL with my skin and I was just dealt a bad genetic hand. Well, when I came in to meet Lauren Timpe, she asked me what parts of my face I loved, and what parts I didn't love so much. I said all these trivial things like my eyebrow placement and neck vein. She was so kind and honest when addressing my concerns. She said something to effect of, "If we heal your skin, I think that these little issues won't be as big to you - but if they are still, we can talk about it." I felt relieved to talk about something that was such a source of shame for me (my red/scarred skin). She was so thoughtful and detailed when explaining why my unique skin needs extra hydration. She also confirmed my suspicion that I have rosacea which is why my skin gets bright red so easily. It felt like a pivotal moment for me. I was actually quite emotional after our appointment, because I always thought having 'good skin' was not in the cards for me - which is why I didn't even bring it up as an issue. To me, I would never be someone with good skin, just someone who had to distract from it the best they could. I got to the car and called my best friend, teary-eyed a bit, because I never talk about my skin unless to make self- deprecating jokes, so to be open about it felt like a weight off my shoulders. Out appointment gave me hope that I will not have to hide under tons of make up (or the smoothing tool on Facetune) to feel beautiful. She educated me on micro needling and skin hydration but didn't push any products on me AT ALL. She used her time to help me because she authentically cares about her clients and it 100% shined through in how she treated me. I spent less money than anticipated, left with the confidence that my skin journey doesn't need to be navigated alone , and with hope that I will have the beautiful skin I've only dreamt of. I cannot thank her and the team here enough. She also dissolved lip filler I got from someone else 3 years ago (didn't know it had migrated) so we can start fresh next month, and gave me a little forehead botox which is amazing!
